- Magnaflow usually has the best model coverage and they have a mellow muted tone, performance wise they're all pretty close. For longevity, pay the extra for the stainless steel system.

Certainly, legality in another jurisdiction is meaningless. On the other hand, if you ride you bike in a courteous manner, NOT intentionally revving the engine, you'll find few complaints. If you drive the opposite way, expect a lot of hassles.
