Any suggestions?: I recommend headers, an aftermarket replacement cat with the largest input and output that you can find and 2 1/2 to 3 inch tubing. I noticed a great improvement in torque when I changed out the original system that was in my mine. Exhaust sound is a personnal option that you need to research. Even without headers you'll notice a big difference over the OEM system.

If only the muffler, the catalytic converter or section of pipe needs to be replaced, it's pretty easy.
