- Q: My gas dryer in my apt takes too long to dry and I wonder if an electric one would work better. Anything to avoid having to go through the wall exhaust vent I have now and apparently can‘t be unclogged fully
- There has to be some kind of air flow to dry the clothes and if the vent is clogged, it will make no difference if the unit is gas or electric. I would call the landlord for the apartment and have them unclog the vent.it could be a fire hazard as well.
