Q: i want some good sound.like the beefy rumble, its a 4cly so i know its not gonna be beefy like a V8. but i like that deep sound. im not looking for a gain in performance if it got better with it on great but its not high on the proirity list. should i do cherry bomb glass pack or something else. im on a tight budget so i dont wanna hand over $200+ for a new exhaust system.: This is so easy: DON'T. Cheap exhausts, like glass packs, cause problems, corrode and need replacement quickly, and can lead to tickets for violating the sound laws. Expensive after-market exhausts are EXPENSIVE (try $2,000 on for size) and will only lead to so much throaty sound from a four cylinder engine.

Q: In Ontario, Canada, what restrictions are there for a classic car (20 years or older) in reference to the exhaust?Would it be legal to cut off the exhaust right before the cat converter and run 2.25 pipe straight back?I know after a car is classic, there is no more e-test. I just don't know if this is legal?: Don't know 4 sure but i would say nostraight pipe no muffler.your ride would sound like a machine gun.

Q: I‘m looking to put a performance exhaust system on my 89 chevy S10 and dont know where to start. Dual exhaust? single? what kind? where do i find it? put up any advice or preferences for me, thanks!: some kind of after market w/stock dem. if you want the look of duals go w/ either a single in dual out muffler or have it (Y ED) after the muffler and DONOT!!!! put the drivers side tail pipe on the outside of the driver rear shock so the spare tire will most likely have to be moved from beneath the truck p.s. have done exhaust for 10 years

They said it was super easy and they loved to show off what they made in class. Actually the classes were full and hard to get since every senior wanted to take it. Q: I would like to purchase an aftermarket exhaust system for my car. I have done some research and have found a Pacesetter Monza. A Borla exhaust part 11734. A Mandrel custom made exhaust. And a Trubendz custom made exhaust. I would like the exhaust to be relatively quiet because I still want to be able to hear someone while hitting the gas but i don‘t want it to be stock. I want some grunt. Plus i would like to have good airflow and a solid all round exhaust. Please help me find the right exhaust for my needs. I have about 300-350$. I will be installing myself.: Just buy something that will work. Come on, its a 1998 zx2. You probably have over 100,000 miles on it. Its a 4 cylinder and is never going to have any grunt. I'm not trying to rip on your car or anything, but just trying to give you a serious answer. zx2's are great cars and seem to last long. To good of air flow causes the engine to have lower torque at lower rpms and hurts performance so be careful if you go with a custom exhaust and do your research on the max size pipe you can go with before hurting torque.

Q: I want to buy an exhaust system for my jeep wrangler?: depends on what car you have, some of them got c-locks, where you have to take out. now my olds., all i do is just grab the end of the axle, push it in , then yank hard on it and out it comes, then when i put it back in, i just kick the end of it, until it locks in.

Q: ok ive been wondering this for awhile. I have looked at plenty of body kits for my mustang and have found really cool ones but was too afriad to buy them cause then i want to put an exhaust system on it but they have diffrent ones that come out the side and the back etc for instance the ones out the back the body kits that have the cutouts for the exhausts in the back will it basically fit all exhausts that go out the back? Same with the side ones like if it has one pipe cut out and i have a two pipe exhaust what would i have to do or would i have to find one that is for two pipes? thanks!: First get the new exhaust and install it on your mustang. Then find a body kit that will fit on the exhaust that you have, if you cant find one that is perfect you can always just slightly change the body kit yourself.
