Q: Civic engine exhaust system failure light how to do
Hello, I suggest you go to the repair point with a computer detector, the vehicle engine system to check
Q: So i want to put the 2 into 1 exhaust system on my Triumph Thruxton and want to know if it‘s street legal in California. If not, is there some way around this?
There is no way around it. No CARB number means off-road use only.
Q: I wanted to put in a aftermarket dual exhaust to give it some thunder! Only problem is I have limited knowledge on this stuff. I wanted a stainless steel system that gave moderate noise level ( Do not need to wake the neighbors ) and was looking for a good brand with a reasonable price. I also was looking to add on later some 18 inch chrome rims with new tires and maybe a 2 inch lift.
thinking what you replace fuse in would be a problem not the fuse so have what the fuse when to check most likey its bad
Q: Ive been searching everywhere for an exhaust system that will fit the 99 spyder however everywhere i look it says wont fit spyder modelwhere can i find one that fits?
Ok rs magen headers pipes and exhaust on OKorder for $150 or less Or if you want it fast you can turbo your rs 420a rs-t
Q: I want dual exhaust on my 2009 Mustang v6. I just want to know if anyone has put on a Mustang GT take-off exhaust system on their car. If anyone knows how to do this and what Parts i will need it would be much appreciated. I think all i need is a Catted x exhaustThe mid pipes of a GTand the mufflers. But, will this bolt right on to my headers? Im just hoping its an exact match.
Nic is correct it wont fit
Q: i just bought a mazda3 5 door and i wanna change the exhaustmaybe around 600-1000 dollars would be good
Its personal preference. Someone might tell you wow X exhaust sounds awesome! and to you it will sound horrible. Go on youtube and search mazda 3 exhaust and see what videos pop up. Watch multiple videos on the same exhausts to get an idea of what they sound like.
Q: I just got a cat-back exhaust system on my car. if i were to get a new cat-forward exhaust would it make my car faster?
probably not man just get a bigger exhausst my catback is 4 1/2 diameter get a bigger one if u want more flow
Q: I have a 2007 v6 mustang and I recently got a Pypes true dual exhaust kit making it, dual exhaust from the stock single exhaust and giving it a much better sound. i can see the mpg I get on the dash and I was used to seeing 16-19 but when I looked it said 13.8. I have had the exhaust for less them a week and sure, I‘m being a little harder on the gas to hear the noise but a loss in mpg is a lot to lose just to be a little harder on the pedal. my hypothesis is that I am losing back pressure/force because the air is coming out two pipes instead of one, but I am no car expert at all. why is this happening? and how can I fix it?
First of all, what you said is correct. A true dual exhaust system will drastically reduce back pressure, but this does not hinder fuel efficiency. In fact, it actually assists fuel efficiency, as the less back pressure translates to less effort the engine has to make to expel waste gases. Theoretically, your car should run better, but your car's computer, the ECU, is still programmed for the stock exhaust. This may cause the slight decrease in fuel efficiency (which in addition to your heavier throttle produces the results you see). The simple solution to this is to have either a Ford Dealership, or a Ford-specialized auto shop find a program to tune your ECU (or reflash the ECU) to accommodate a catback exhaust system.
Q: I have a 05.5 VW jetta 2.5L and i want to put a magna flow exhaust system on it. How hard is it to do this myself? And any idea how long it will take? I dont know all that much about cars but im thinking i can figure it out.
Its not hard at all. Its mainly bolt on bolt off which is the hardest part if u cant get it off. if you break the bolts u can always get new ones Good Luck
Q: were and how can i get a GT-R exhaust for a pontiac G6
