Cooling water pump in the implementation of the foundation JB / T8650.1 improved design standards on products.

The products in addition to the advantages of similar products, the main technical parameters have improved significantly, and the model has been extended to 650L / min flow rate of the pump.

The product uses a unique shaft end bearing design, to avoid the traditional rolling bearing maintenance difficulties due to corrosion caused by wear and tear, reduces operating noise and improve the life and reliability of the pump. In addition, due to the rational design, the load is reduced, under the same power, can ensure the safe use of the pump motor running open.

Features and Scope

The company GYB series high lift pump, flow, efficiency indicators superior, smooth running, no special cleaning requirements for the media, novel and attractive appearance, compact structure, the main flow components made of stainless steel.

As high-lift pump to meet the large and medium-sized machine tool cooling, cleaning, lubrication, chip removal, filtration requirements, but also suitable for low head, high flow conditions of the selection.

Note: You can provide special products according to customers' special requirements. K form for the impeller for sewage (containing impurities) pump with adjustable flow

Rounded to 200-550L / min, head 10-24m, power 1.5-2.6KW.

Q: Hello! Can someone please tell me where the water pump is located on this vehicle? Or where I might find the answer to this question? Thanks!
You see the big hose that enters your rad on the top well follow that hose and see were it comes from the engine..and that's the water pump..pretty simple thing to find my friend..good luck
Q: I just noticed a slight leak from my water pump. About the size of my fist. I called one mechanic and was told the 2001 BMW Z3's water pump seals are tight and do not leak with the car is running (engine is hot) but once the car cools the water pump seals expand resulting in the small leak, that I shouldn't worry about it unless it leaks more, the engine over-heats, or dash light turns on. The BMW said I should have the water pump replaced but he may have just said that to make a repair sale. Anyone out there know the truth?
Some seepage through the bearing seal is normal for new pumps. I've never had it happen to me, but that is what I read in the information sheet that the pump came with. If it's leaking out of the gasket area, then you will need to put on a new seal. If the new seal doesn't have anything on it to help the gasket seal such a Felpro's printoseal, use RTV sealant on it and allow it to cure before driving. It is sticky and messy, but it works great.
Q: What's the function of the engine pump?
Random occurrence of Internet cafes; on; come; time; two ah is a few karma; feeling ah; ah, just
Q: Our water pump had a leak in one of the pipes which kept making us Los the prime. I've replace the piping so it no longer leaking but I can't get I to work. The pump runs but the water doesn't move-. The pressure says it is at 50 but nothing. Also its a sahllow well pump jut bought last sprig.Any ideas? Sorry for the bad grammar new to this tablet.
replace the sump pump or try placing a check valve in the line if the pump it too far away from the water source
Q: Do I need to change the water pump if I replace the timing belt ? and does the water pump connect with the timing belt ? if the water pump goes out will it bend the rods ?
There are always two reasons for which mechanic or the car owners should insist to change the water pump whenever, is time to change the timing belt -If your water pump is driven by the same timing belt; you should have to replace it ; or else you may pay more money for real serious damage in the future if it seizes due to high mileage on it or any fatigue of it,s own. -But if the water pump is driven with a separate belt . You should put that consideration in account for the reason to save money at this point, and furthermore prevent any Sudan over heating condition at any given time. The best way to know if your water pump whether driven by the timing or not ! You simply need to find out what type and size engine you have . Then you go to any auto part and ask them to show you the new pump. Try to show them some sign that you are going to buy the pump in order for them to show you the right pump. If that pump comes with a sprocket pulley. definitely is driven by the timing belt. If in fact your water pump is driven by the timing belt- Yes! you should anticipate to prepare a large amount of money to take care of that big damage within that engine( If that engine is interference engine )
Q: Stop the engine immediately and stop the circulating pump and the condensate pump. What's the harm to the turbine?
Stop the condensate pump is not required to condensate users, such as reducing water, mechanical seal water, shaft seal cooling water, deaerator, whether you need water. Stop circulating pump requires three: 1, exhaust steam temperature below 50. 2, there is no circulating water users. 3. No drain to condenser. If stop immediately stop circulating water and condensate pump, the consequences can be imagined.
Q: I am trying to change my daughters 2004 Grande Am water pump because people tell me it is squealing. We purchased a replacement pump and blue gasket glue. I know to remove the Serpentine belt (not sure which pulley to reduce tension on) then I need to know which bolts to un-tighten, won't the pump turn as a use the wrench? Is there a good video available on changing out the water pump? I've done maybe 5 water pumps in my lifetime all on V-8s with rear wheel drive, so they had easy access. Does anyone know the steps of removal or can someone point to a video of removal replacement?
better make sure it,s not the belt squealing and not the pump. usually when a water pump goes out they will leak. i would be checking the belt first.
Q: I have a 1997 mazda 626 4cylinder. For a while now, my hot n cold gauge keeps wobbling back and forth. I was keeping water in it and it was fine. A week ago it went all the way to hot and started smoking. There is water gushing out right beside the pulleys. I'm not sure if it is the water pump or not. Now, my car won't crank. Someone told me that it was the rotor button, but i can't tell if it is bad. I don't really want to take it to a mechanic. Can someone help me?????
That's what happens to water pumps, they start leaking and you loose coolant. When the gauge started acting weird that should have been your first clue. Unless you or someone you know can replace the pump you will need to take it to a mechanic. When you said it would not crank, did you mean the engine is seized up or just would not start, there is a difference.
Q: Replaced the water pump in my 89 f150 and now I have a pretty steady leak coming out. I don't know where the leak is coming from, but its running down the lower hose and dripping off it. I've replaced the lower hose and water pump, what could be causing this?
Forgot the water pump gasket or sealant. Didn't torque the bolts. Didn't clean off the old gasket good enough. Left a piece of debris on the sealing surface. Didn't get the hose all the way on the water pump, didn't tighten the clamp enough. Check the simple things first. It's got to be one of those since the pump is new. Although not all new things work!! Sometimes you get a bad one especially if rebuilt.
Q: I would like to make a simple electric pump that can pump water. I would like to know how it works. I would be most thankful if you can provide me a link of an animated video on how motor works.
