Pneumatic Double Diaphragm Pump Product description

QBY air operated double diaphragm pumps not only can transfer the flow liquid, but also can transfer some uneasy flowed medium, with the merits of self-priming pump,diving pump, shield pump, slurry pump and impurity pump etc.

  1.It’s unnecessary to pour the drawing water, the suction lift reaches 7m height, the delivery lift reaches 70m length and the outlet pressure≥6kgf/cm²;

  2.Wide flow and good performance. The diameter allowed to pass the max grain reaches 10mm. The damage is very less to the pump while exchausting the slurry and impurity.

  3.The delivery lift and flow can pass the pneumatic valve open to realize the stepless adjustment (the pneumatic pressure adjustment is between 1-7kgf/cm²) ;

  4. Pneumatic Double Diaphragm Pump has no rotary parts and no bearing seals. The diaphragm will completely separate the exhausted medium and pump running parts, working medium. The conveyed medium can’t be leaked outside. Thus it will notcause the environment pollution and human body safety danger while exhausting the toxin and flammable or corrsive medium.

  5.No lectricity.It’s safe and reliable while using in the flammable and explore places.

  6.It can be soaked in medium to work.

  7.It’s convenient to use and reliable to work.Only open or close the gas valve body while starting or stopping. Even if no medium operation or pausing suddenly for long time because of accident matters,the pump will not be damaged caused by this. Once over-loading, the pump will auotomatically stop and possesses the selfprotection function. When the load recovers normally, it also can start automatically.

  8.Simple structure and less wering parts. This pump is simple in structure, installation and maintance. The medium conveyed by the pump will not touch the matched pneumatic walve and coupling lever etc. Not like other kinds pumps, the performance will drop down.

  9.Gradually because of the damages of rotor, gear and vane etc.

  10.This pump needn’t the oil lubricant. Even if idling, it has influence to the pump.This is a special characteristic of this pump.

Q:I was vacuuming up water from my basement I assumed was from the rain, suddenly water started spraying out of a blue pump at the base of my furnace, don't know what the pump does or why its spraying but its making an awful mess.
Furnace Water Pump
Q:Was I supposed to lube the water pump or what. I really don't know what it could be making the noise now. But it goes away after about 5-25 seconds of running, what could it be?
It is the belt slipping on the pully before the material warms up from friction to make it grip better. The squeeling sound is the pully and the belt slipping as the motor is warming up. It is nothing to be concerned about and it is definately NOT your water pump. If the sound bothers you, as it would me, then goto your local auto parts store and buy a cheap can of belt stop slip. It costs less then five bucks and it is a sticky substance like stickum or sapp in a spray can that will help your belt to better grip the pullies and it will stop your problem. What you want to do is this, wait until your car is cold and have someone start the car while you are standing over the motor ready to spray the can onto the belt. You will instantly hear the noise quit as soon as you squirt the can onto the moving belt. Once the engine starts and the belt is moving, just hold the spray down for 3 seconds and it will coat the underside of the belt and your problems will be over. You might want to try to spray an area that will allow the spray to coat the underside of the belt, i.e. the part that comes in contact with the pully. You only want to spray the belt while the engine is running and the belt is moving. That way your 3 second squirt will coat the entire underside of the belt as it moves under the spray can. Kinda like oiling a bicycle chain while moving the pedals and spinning the chain while holding the can in one place as opposed to oiling the chain while the chain is stationary and trying to cover the whole chain. It is impossible to reach all the places becuase some will be hidden behind other parts. That is why you want your motor running while you squirt the belt with the can of sticky belt stop squeel. It will stop squeeling immediately as soon as you spray it on the moving belt. The guy at Pep Boys or Advanced auto parts should know what you want.
Q:I have a 1990 GMC K1500 Sierra and about 1 week ago I went to check the anti-freeze level. I noticed it was a tiny bit down. So I look down at the lower radiator hose and it had a slow drip. So the next day I changed the anti-freeze, New thermostat, and a New lower radiator hose. So I thought it was fine but yesterday I went to go check the anti-freeze and the level was down. I look at the lower radiator hose and it has a slow drip again. The hose I replace was Brand New. Could this be a water pump? I did notice a tiny bit of anti-freeze on the water pump. Or what could this be or do I have to change the hose again?
It depends a lot on the engine in the car, and knowing the year would really help. $600 is outrageously expensive for the 2.2L engine and outrageously cheap for the 2.4L engine. You can replace your own on the 2.2, with a little help from somebody experienced. I definitely don't recommend trying water pump replacement on the 2.4L engine! No timing belt on either. If the leak is slow enough you can carry conventional antifreeze and purified water (no tap water!) and refill every morning and every afternoon. When you are adding more than a quart of the combined liquids (either premix or manually use half of each) you will have to come up with an alternate plan. As thebax says, stop leak won't work on a water pump.
Q:Standard said that the fire pump should be certified by fire water pump, fire water pump and living water pump what is the difference?In addition to the brand, the same function of the pump, the impact of its price factors? Please advise Master ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ only feel so hard ah
1, fire pump is actually divided into many kinds, such as car, fire hydrant system, spray system, etc., life pump is also, the distinction between them is sometimes difficult to tell the exact. Simply put, the fire pump in its design must meet the corresponding fire requirements, such as pressure, speed, work adaptability, etc., specific requirements can be found in "national standard GB 6245-2006, fire pump Fire, pumps""2, the same function of fire water pump, its price is relatively stable. I personally feel that we must find more manufacturers to understand the reasons for the price difference, and then make a choice.
Q:Difference between primary hot water pump and two hot water pump
A hot water pump is a water pump circulating between the boiler and the heat exchanger, and the two hot water pump is a circulating water pump between the heat exchanger and the user. That is, there is no relationship between a water pump and heating users.
Q:I would like to pump water from a canal which is approx. 65ft from my existing sprinkler plumbing. the height of the water level on average is approx. 6ft from the surface of the ground. I will need about 35 psi to operate the sprinkler zones. would the following pump work given the lose of pressure?... Horsepower:1.5Voltage:110V 60hz 9.5AmpPower ( max ):1100 WMax Flow :330 L/Min (87 GPM)Suct Hmax9M(30ft)Max Head:18 MInlet/Outlet Size:1.5quot;RPM:3450
You did not say where you live and or what kind of canal it is. If this is an irrigation canal and they catch you pumping water out of it , you will be in for a great big surprise when the law shows up at your door with a very expensive ticket or fine. These canals are checked regularly for things like this and they do not put up with people stealing their water. Strongly suggest that you find out who owns the canal and contact them before you start pumping water from it. It could save you literally hundreds of dollars if not more in fines and fees.
Q:I have an 1982 El Camino 305 small block and am having troubles with determining if it is the gasket or the pump. I can't quite locate a leak, but it seems to centralize from the water pump and drip down the hose to the radiator. After my engine gets hot, which mind you my temp light has never turned on, and I shut of my car steam rolls out from behind my pump. I think it is the pump and please be it so. (Easier and cheaper fix. Replacement with a inexpensive part XP.)
that would be a failing water pump, a head gasket would leak into the oil or exhaust most of the time.
Q:for the water pump in MY car that he has been using for his job!! He has threatned that the water pump cost $400 - 500 dollars but I didn't hear abut that when it was done!!! We are breaking up and it is My car but he says that he is taking te water pump out! Can he do that??? We also ave a daughte but I will ask about that later!! TRUST ME!!! I need to know about Custody Battles in Anoka or Hennipin County, Monnesota, 55433!!!! Please Help!!!!!!!!
I don't know so much about legal issues, but 4-500 dollars for a water pump sounds about right. The pump costs about 80 but you have to take out the engine to get it. Usually when they replace the water pump they'll replace the timing belt, too, which again adds to the cost. If he takes the pump out, it means the engine will be out, too. Engines are really heavy, so I doubt that he could do it on his own. If he has a mechanic do it, the car will be stuck at the mechanic's until you get a replacement part, and he still has to pay $300 in labor just to get the thing out of there. It is pretty much, then, an idle threat. He could however, do quite a lot of damage to your car with a hammer. However, that would be vandalism and he would go to jail for it. If he has already paid for the repair, he can't really sue you. He can, but the judge should look at it as a gift, which he can't get back.
Q:we are trying to replace a water pump on our ford windstar mini van. my uncle cant figure it out and we can not get a manual until tomorrow. was wondering if anyone knew how. thanks

Q:I have just replaced the timing belts on my 94 Civic Si and my 00 Elantra GLS. Both were done at different shops, but i got the same hounding to replace the water pump when doing the belt. My Elantra has 66k and my Civic 85k and i know how important the timing belt is-especially with a negative clearance engine like the VTEC. previously, i've never been told to replace the waterpump with the timing belt til now. is this just a ruse to extort more money out of me, or is there some validity in what the guy behind the counter is saying??
Not sure about Elantra, but for Honda, the water pump is driven off of timing belt. If you are going to put in 4 hours of labor tearing up to replace timing belt, it would be silly not to replace the water pump because if water pump goes out, then you have to put in that 4 hour labor again. In my experience, water pump life is around 80 - 120K for most cars.
