No., do not get it. You will spend well over $500 and you might gain 5 horsepower and have a really annoying car.

for a usual exhaust system there are a few parts, header, downpipe( a piece of bent metal), catalytic converter, resonator, muffler and the tip is added to the tip of the muffler. an exhaust tip its about 3-7 inches long and can be purchased for less than $15 and is not going to do a thing for either sound or performance. If you want better performing and better sounding exhaust you need to know that bigger isn't always better. 3 1/2 inch exhaust for your 1.5L Honda is going to sound like complete and utter crap. you should be slapped if you do that. 1.5 you should go no higher than 2inch 2L- 2.4L up to 2.75 inches unless turbocharged. Eliminating your catalytic converter may be illegal in your area I would suggest checking into local emission laws before you modify anything. In most states exhausts louder than stock decibel is fine able.

HI, Mostly because the oil is in a closed system and the exhaust is open to the elements and the moisture in the air. Like said above what you are seeing is mosture in the exhaust system. Unless it is overheating bad and the oil looks milky then its head gasket or cracked block good luck tim

I MY OPINION THIS WOULD BE A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. IF THERE IS ANY WARRANTY LEFT ON THIS VEHICLE THEN I WOULD SAY THAT ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES WOULD BE VOIDED. THE EXHAUST SYSTEM IN MOST CASES WILL BE WARRANTIED FOR AT LEAST 6 YEARS AND OR 100,000 MILES.
Q:I was wondering what kind of exhaust system to get for my Firebird 92. I am looking for the best one for the best price with the best performance for my model of Firebird. I would like it to be a dual exhaust I was looking at some of the flow master exhaust systems but all it said about them was what kind of series and not much about the performance. My car is just a regular Firebird and not a trans am so please don‘t think that it is just a 5.0L V8 engine with dual exhaust but still has a bit of fight in it but would like to add a bit more. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
Dynomax UltraFlo SS cat-back exhaust system $317.00 from Summit Racing, for a good start. Flowmaster is restrictive junk, Dynomax outflows them by 48%, stock exhaust flow rates (in CFM) are even worse, completely horrific numbers! Headers are a going to be problematic, and engineering a true dual exhaust with X-Pipe crossover and still being able to pass inspection is an expensive proposition. You really might want to start with an Eddy (Edelbrock) High-Flo TPI manifold first and then play with exhaust system improvements. Real improvements in HP and Torque are accomplished with parts made of steel and aluminum not chips.
