Introduction of Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump ISG Series

ISG series single stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump is a high-efficient,energy-saving product successfully designed by means of adopting the property data of IS model centrifugal pump and the unique merits of vertical pump and strictly in accordance with ISO2858 world standard and the latest national standard JB/T53058-93 and an ideal product to replace IS horizontal pump, DL model pump and other ordinary pumps.

Features of Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump ISG Series
1. Easy to mount. Because the inlet and outlet is located on the same central line, the pump can be directly mounted on any part of the pipeline just as a valve. Covered with a rain-proof cap, it can be operated outdoors.
2. Impeller mounted directly on the long axis of the motor, pump and motor bearing arrangement is reasonable, pump operation can effectively balance the radial and axial loads, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the pump, small vibration and low noise.
3. Mechanical shaft seal, use of imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium and high temperature mechanical seal with carbide materials, anti-wearing no leakage.
4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to open pipeline system, the rotation parts of the pump can be pulled out by removing the screws on the pump.
5. According to the needs of flow and head, the pump can be used in series or parallel operation mode.

Working Conditions of Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump ISG Series
1. Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, the maximum pump system working pressure≤1.6MPa, the pump hydrostatic test pressure ≤2.5MPa.

Q:I just put a new water pump in my jeep and after I put it in I ran it and it seemed to have a small leak while it was running it seems like it was coming from the crank which is under the water pump so it might be a leak coming from the bottom of the pump. When I turn the car off it is no longer a leak its more like pouring water out. What do you think it can be? I put a gasket and the blue silicone gasket sealant all around it and on it before I put it in so I have no idea. Thank you for the help.
Sound like the new water pump is junk. The water is leaking out of the weep hole. That is a hole designed to leak when the pump bearing is going bad. It is a safety precaution so you don't fry the bearing and lock up your pulley system.
Q:Could someone tell me the procedure for removing & installing a water pump on 97 buick skylark 3.1L 3100 SFI?
wow.. lol, did ya look that up in a book. very precise..lol, but kinda correct.. being i work for gm and all..lol... simple hand tool will do it.. listen to the guy who copies it from a book.....loll..lol
Q:my water pump is leaking and chirping would like to know the procedure
Remove all accessories that ate in the way. Drain antifreeze. Remove water pump. Clean block install new pump with gasket. Install accessories and fill with water. This is a very basic description. You need a manual to tell you more.
Q:I have replaced my water heater and water pump because the owner before me didnt drain it over the winter... but know the water suputers when the pump is on.. when I hook up to city water it works great.. I have not been able to find any leaks.. any ideas???
sounds like not enough pressure try to cypher air through it before using, good luck
Q:So I have a 2.4L chrysler cirrus. The water pump appears to be not working(pumping the fluid through) and the car over heats. They location is on the side since its a front wheel drive car. I have both a Chilton and Haynes manual and they both say i need to loosen the front engine mount and lower it. Thats about it really..Now i was wonder couldnt that mess up something. I dont plan on doing this myself but i would like to know how. Is it possible for the engine to fall out? Might sound stupid but im not sure how all that will work so i would like to know. Thanks -Joe
Engine mounts generally keep the motor secured to the frame. It sounds like your water pump may have a mounting bracket bolted to the engine mount. Obviously you should not move a vehicle after you loosen the motor mounts. And for saftey reasons it's always a good idea to rig a chain pulley to hold the motor while removing the mounting bolts brackets. Hope this answered you question.
Q:Okay, i have a 1997 dodge stratus with a 2.4l motor, recently i was out early in the morning when i heard what sounded like a loud whining noise, i quickly pulled over and killed the motor. Turns out the teeth were stripped off the timing belt and the water pump busted. How much would this cost to get it fixed, and what is the possibility the engine may be damaged? Also would it be worth fixing it, or just selling it for parts? Oh yeah, the car has 176k miles
yes its probably worth fixing ,you shouldn't have no engine damage to it because that one doesn't run an interference engine ,all that should have to be done is new pulleys and a water pump, and new timing belt kit put on it,all of this will cost around 3-400 bucks though for everything, but its probably worth repairing, you cant buy a good car for 400 bucks, and if it ran well before then it should be alright once you get it repaired, good luck with it i own on of those and their good cars.
Q:I have an 02 Gran Prix and my water pump is going out. With the recession I don't have the money to take it in. So can anyone give step by step instructions to help me fix it. I am a do it yourself kinda of guy so I am mechanically inclined. What tools will I'll need? is there a timing chain? How long will you think it will take me? Any thing i should pay attention to? How can I measure the pounds of torque that I put on the bolts or what tool will I'll need? Please help!!!
WP replacement mini-writeup 1. Empy Coolant from Radiator drain 2. Remove SC and Acc. belts 3. Remove the coolant resevoir tank 3. Remove the Idler pulley with a 15mm 4. Remove the 4 WP pulley bolts with a 8mm 5. Remove the 2 Power Steering Pump bolts with a 13mm(bolts are at 12:00 and 6:00 accessable through the PS pulley holes) 6. Push PS pump 1 inch to the side 7. Remove all 8 WP bolts with a 13mm and a 10mm(3 are 13mm/5 are 10mm) 8. Collect extra coolant until flow stops(a few cups) 9. Apply RTV to both sides of the gasket and WP bolts 10. WP bolts should be torqued to 11lbs+80*/Idler pulley bolt at 36lbs/WP pulley bolts at ~9lbs 11. Reinstall everything and fill the coolant back up 12.
Q:the pump is pumping hot wtaer from the hot water tank around the domestic hot water system, i.e to taps and shower.
These pumps can have their own bearing or they may rely on the bearings in the motor. Most of these are anti-friction bearings that have a limited life. Also if the pump runs dry it can over heat and seize.
Q:i own a 02 gti 337 i bought back in 04 the water is leaking bad and im pretty sure the water pump has gone bad on it i had it replaced awhile back but the check engine came on it isnt this time so i think its just a leak from the seal my question is where is the water pump located is it on the timing belt or is it on a seperate pulley i dont wanna mess with the timing belt and i dont have the money to get this replaced so any help would be great thanks
02 Golf Gti
Q::) approximatley how many and where would you buy them :/ :) x peacce dudes
Man you are so stupid. First of all, Africa is not a country, its a continent and there are 53 countries in it. 2nd, Pakistan is not a piss poor country like most of the poor African countries you see daily on TV. Pakistan is a developing country with no shortage of water. In fact, just a few months ago about 30 million people were effected by the worst floods in the country's history. They don't need no water pumps. Worlds 5th and 6th Largest Dams, Mangla Dam and Tarbela Dam are in Pakistan. Not to mention Tarbela is also the world's largest earth-filled dam. Another one, Diamer Bhasha Dam (under construction) when completed would be the worlds highest Roller Compacted Concrete Dam in the world with height of 272 meters, leaving behind Miel I in Colombia (188 meters). Not to mention, Pakistan has the largest irrigation system in the world. So in short Pakistan certainty doesn't need any water pumps donations lol. Whatever water pumps they may need for any purpose, they are perfectly capable of manufacturing themselves. The country made nukes on their own for God sakes! You seem like a good kid though, so if you want to do something for poor people, concentrate on Africa and India. Don't be surprised by India's name because according to UNICEF, India has higher levels of malnourished children than Sub-Saharan Africa and more than 700 million Indians don't have access to toilets whatsoever. They have to relieve themselves in fields or along roadsides, thus creating a hygiene and environmental problem. They would be very grateful to you if you donate toilets to them. :)
