Product Introduction: ISG series single-stage single-suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is the second generation of high efficiency energy-saving product designed by our company based on many years of production experience as per the performance parameters stated in the internatonal standard ISO2858 and the national standard JB/T6878.2-93.It is an ideal substitute for normal pumps like SG and D multi-stage centifugal pumps. - you cant really check the water pump. A lot of times city water is not enough pressure to have it pee the best thing to do is to take it to the lake and back it in the water and test it. Also try to apply pressure to the flush attachment and make sure its sealing correctly. If it wont pump in the lake, then most likely the pump is bad or the pee tube is clogged. take something thin and slide it into the hole and make sure its not clogged

If you are going to replace the pump, replace the timing belt also (if there is one), as it's probably overdue, and you have to remove it to get at the water pump. Also the tensioner. Replacing the timing belt is a difficult task. If you screw it up, you could damage the engine. .

- nothing is leaking. you're not even sure, positively that the water pump is the culprit. I learned something last week, that if you spray wd40 on the offending pulley it will silence it. The other pulleys of course will not be affected.

I think my ls Block is from 93-95 acura. which year gsr water oil pump can I use for my motor?. also I have a 2000 si head. do I have to change the timing belt? and Last question is should I use b16, gsr type r pumps? I heard gsr and type r have the same part #. Thanks
- just change both to type r pumps that way there are no problems
