Product Introduction:
ISG series single-stage single-suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is the second generation of high efficiency energy-saving product designed by our company based on many years of production experience as per the performance parameters stated in the internatonal standard ISO2858 and the national standard JB/T6878.2-93.It is an ideal substitute for normal pumps like SG and D multi-stage centifugal pumps. The series has a flow range of 1.5-1600m3/h and a lift head range of 5-125m, which includes many specifications like basic, diversion and cutting types. According to the difference in working medium and temperature as well as meterial and structural changes of the flow-through part, it can designed and manufactured into TPRG hot water pump,IHG pipeline chemical pump and YG pipeline oil pump with the same performance parameters. Accordingly, this series can be widely applied to replaced the normal centrifugal pump completely to be used in all cases.
Working Conditions:
1.Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of pump system ≤1.6MPa, namely pump suction pressure +pump delivery head≤1.6MPa, pump static tes pressure at 2.5MPa. Please specify the working pressure of the system when placing an oeder. To acquired working pressure of pump system greater than 1.6MPa should be specified separately when placing an order for our conenience to use
2.Ambient temperature<40℃,relative humidity<95%.
3.Volume content of solid particles in medium to be delivered shouldn′t exceed 0.1% of unit volume, granularity<0.2mm.
Note: to handle medium carring small particals, please specify when placing an order for our convenience to use wear resistant mechanical seal.
Rang of Application:
Daily and fire water supply for constructions, air conditioning system, cyclic pressurization for other cold and hot clean medium.

Q: to see if it is pumping coolant
Take off your radiator cap, start the motor. If the water pump is working you will see the water flowing in the radiator. Do you have a temperature guage on your dash or just a trouble light. If you drive it and it does not overheat then it is working.
Q: Our water pump had a leak in one of the pipes which kept making us Los the prime. I've replace the piping so it no longer leaking but I can't get I to work. The pump runs but the water doesn't move-. The pressure says it is at 50 but nothing. Also its a sahllow well pump jut bought last sprig.Any ideas? Sorry for the bad grammar new to this tablet.
The pressure says it is at 50 which means there is water at that point or you have a faulty gage(happens all the time with those gages). Replace the gage and then you can determine if the pump is pumping and if there is a clog after that point in your line, which is actually quite common when one works on these systems., if it isn't pumping, could be a bad foot valve, pump, well ran dry, needs to be primed, ect...
Q: I have a big garden ,I have plant all kinds of flowers, including roses,Chrysanthemum, but everyday i have to water them one after one pot,a little waste time and waste my energy.who can help me ?tks
you can set up a water drip system..with small lines going to each pot..and then all you have to do is turn on the water ..you can get them pretty cheap at any garden store...or take a garden hose and lay it out where the plants are and go along and poke a small hole or two by each pot so the water sprays the plants...or just get a sprinkler ...
Q: My mechanic doesn't get back in town until next week, and I'm struggling without my car. I don't really have any other options mechanic wise and I'm not dropping $1000 like meineke wants. How easy is it to follow the Haynes repair manuals or any other repair manuals? I have a 1996 dodge avenger and I need to replace my water pump. I know it's a time consuming task, but is it especially hard to replace it?
If you don't have any experience working on cars aside from changing oil my suggestion is to take it in and get it done. You need to drain the coolant, loosen the belt, and then try and torque off those bolts that are prolly sticky on the water pump. And if the water has eaten through the gasket you may need to get the engine block redone where the water pump rests. Oh but don't go to Meineke yuck, you might as well pull your pants down at your own house and sit on a plunger handle; at least it is free and will probably be less painful.
Q: The submersible, intermittent pump for my household water well, which is undergound out in the yard, “bangs” when it starts and stops, and vibrates the pipes when it runs. Any idea what might be causing this, or how to make it stop doing this? This all started about 5 months ago and has been getting worse.
It sounds to me like water hammer. There are a few ways to address it, probably the easiest is to add an expansion tank. To find out, try connecting a garden hose somewhere in the system, preferably a cold water pipe. Drain all the water from the hose and put a nozzle or plug on the end so the air can't escape, then turn the valve on. The air in the hose will act as a cushion and, if water hammer is the problem, you won't hear it while the hose is connected. That is not a permanent solution, just a simple test that might give you an answer. Good luck
Q: 1997 Chevy Cavalier, 2.2 engine. In the past 2 days I noticed that my temp gauge was reading a little higher than usual but not in the danger range. I checked and nedded to add coolant. Last night it started making a chattering or maybe klunking sound. As far as I could tell it was coming from the water pump but it stopped before I could get out of the car and look to see. Now the coolant is low again. Are these signs of the water pump being bad or could it be something else?
It is possible your water pump is worn out, yes...but it could be other things too. I would change the thermostat first, being a much lower cost. If the thermostat is sticking shut, or not opening right at all, it can prevent the coolant from circulating right. That lets the whole engine heat up and coolant boil. That may be the sound you hear, normally called a water hammer... If you take it to the shop, which you should do now, ask them to check the thermostat and water pump, to be certain of the problem... I hope it is just the thermostat that is causing this, but check it good...
Q: Im half way through replacing my water pump and im stuck...the power steering pump pully blocks access to the final bolt that needs to be removed so the water pump can be removed so i can replace the water pump... any hints on how to get to the bolt so i dont disassemble something i dont need to?
The PS pump is held in place by three 13mm bolts. Turn the pump pulley to align the holes in the pulley to the bolts behind it and use a 3 in. extension on a short 13mm socket. Then remove all the bolts. You do not have to completely remove the pump, just move it up enough to access the water pump bolt.
Q: 22KW pump motor direct start circuit breaker and contactor size? Concrete calculation method
It's better not to start directly. It's a great test for your motor and contactor. Do a star three start, conditional on doing a star three plus autotransformer start, reducing the starting current. Reduce future maintenance costs. Since do not think about every day to do pump repair.
Q: Okay my well water pump keeps turning on and off, i can hear it click on and off. Then the water stops running completely! What is wrong with it?? It has been doing this since last night.
If it goes on and off rapidly, the tank has no air. If it is a bladder type tank, the tank/bladder is shot. Do not let it continue to flip on and off as this will ruin the pump. Shut it off until you get a new tank.
Q: I have a bad water pump on my golf gti.Engine is 2.0L. I just would like to know how hard is it to do it myself. And also is there some special tools that I need. How much time usually takes to get this done? Thank you
It's about like changing a timing belt. You might as well change the timing belt while you are in there. The water pump is driven by the belt. Get a manual like a Chilton and read it over and over again till you almost have it memorized if you are serious about this. You can usually look at a manual at a library free of charge. You can also copy the part you want on a copy machine. There are also online manuals. You might not want to do it after you read the procedure. If you haven't done it before it will probably take you all day. Be sure to have some band aides for your knuckles. As far as tools go, the VW engineers love allen head bolts. Don't try to use a allen wrench though, get some allen sockets that you put on your rachet.
