Product Introduction:

ISG series single-stage single-suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is the second generation of high efficiency energy-saving product designed by our company based on many years of production experience as per the performance parameters stated in the internatonal standard ISO2858 and the national standard JB/T6878.2-93.It is an ideal substitute for normal pumps like SG and D multi-stage centifugal pumps. The series has a flow range of 1.5-1600m3/h and a lift head range of 5-125m, which includes many specifications like basic, diversion and cutting types. According to the difference in working medium and temperature as well as meterial and structural changes of the flow-through part, it can designed and manufactured into TPRG hot water pump,IHG pipeline chemical pump and YG pipeline oil pump with the same performance parameters. Accordingly, this series can be widely applied to replaced the normal centrifugal pump completely to be used in all cases.

Working Conditions:

1.Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of pump system ≤1.6MPa, namely pump suction pressure +pump delivery head≤1.6MPa, pump static tes pressure at 2.5MPa. Please specify the working pressure of the system when placing an oeder. To acquired working pressure of pump system greater than 1.6MPa should be specified separately when placing an order for our conenience to use

2.Ambient temperature<40℃,relative humidity<95%.

3.Volume content of solid particles in medium to be delivered shouldn′t exceed 0.1% of unit volume, granularity<0.2mm.

Q: does anyone know how to remove the water pump on an 84 corvette its killing me: Step 1. Drain the anitifreeze, the fluids in the radiator, you will find a drain plug on the bottom of the radiator. Dont trash this fluid as its harmful to the environment or reuse the fluid. 2. Disconnect the radiator hoses to the radiator and to the water pump. 3. Remove the radiator and fan shroud and transmission lines, it unbolts from the top. 4. Remove the bolts from the fan, remove the fan. 5. Loosen the altenator, A/C and power steeering pump enough to remove the belts. 6.Remove the 4 bolts holding the water pump to the engine, remove the water pump. 7. Let the water dry and clean where the water pump was as you will need a clean dry surface to apply the gaskets to. 8. Put the 4 bolts in the new water pump, put the gaskets on the toward engine side on the four bolts and install the new water pump. I dont know what the torque specs are, just dont over tighten and enough to break off a bolt. 9. Put the belts back on and tighten, reinstall the fan, the radiator and fan shroud and reinstall the hoses. Reinstall the transmission lines. Fill the radiator with anitifreez water mixture. 10. Start up the engine and allow the engine to warm up, keep the radiator cap off to detect the fill level. Fill when warm to about 1/2 inch to the top is a good level/Reinstall the cap. Finish

The warranty was only for 1 year should it need to be replaced this soon?: You didn't indicate from where the steam is originating. It could be from the radiator, radiator cap, coolant reservoir, cracked manifold, gaskets, hoses, etc, etc, etc, in which case, the water pump may have nothing to do with the problem (of course, a fault pump may CAUSE the problem, but, without more information, it's impossible to give you a specific answer). As far as how long water pumps last, it depends on the manufacture, whether it's new, used, or remanufactured, how much and how hard the vehicle is driven, etc etc etc. Generally speaking, a brand new water pump should last at least 10 years or 100,000 miles. Q: My truck has been over heating, and I cant figure out whats going on...the only thing that gets really hot is the upper radiator hose, and the radiator....I just noticed there was a plug unhooked from the water pump, what does that do? Or maybe it could be the thermostat? It just overheats, and when I park it, it wont start half the time, usually I can let it cool off and go, but sometimes it just dies and I have to let it cool off and jump it off.: Most likely the thermostat. If there is no leak that's most likely. That plug could go to the fan sensor, but I think F-150 fans were belt driven. More likely it goes to the temp guage. If you have an electric fan, check to see if it goes on.

Q: Im considering installing an electric water pump in my car and i dont know much about electric water pumps yet so if you could tolerate a couple of dumb questions....? are electric water pumps reliable enough to be put into a daily driver (i just used the meziere name as an example, its the only name i am familiar with in electric water pumps)? i realise what the engine is basically done if the water pump goes.... could a change this small ever show up on either mpg or hp readings for a 200hp v6? finally, if the electric water pump just isnt worth the reliability risk, would a water pump underdrive pully do (almost) the same job of freeing work from the engine without putting the motor in harms way? thanks!: Ls1 Electric Water Pump

Just want something I can attach a garden hose to. what type of pump and horsepower do I need.: With 100ft of rise your probably going to want a deep well pump. Which means 3/4 to 1hp pump. You'll need a 230V electrical supply on a 20 amp breaker possibly 115V on a 30 amp breaker. This means buried electrical. You could try a cheapo pump and just return it if it dosn't work. Try to figure out the real rise from the lake to lawn. If it's a shear drop of 100 ft, sounds like a deep well pump or similiar.
