Q:so on my truck the exhaust system on my truck is off. and is it safe to drive it like that? or could i get carbon monoxide poisoning.? and about how much is that to get it fixed?: CO poisoning is a big worry. I had it once (industrial accident 30 years ago) and it was absolutely miserable. I'm lucky to be alive but you couldn't have convinced me I was lucky at the time. I didn't even know it was happening because the first thing CO does is take away your mental edge. Worse, long term exposure to CO causes brain damage. It all makes a real exhaust system sound cheap, whatever the price.

Q:As of right now I'm going with BBK Long Tubes, Magnaflow Off-road Xpipe, and either 2 chamber flowmasters or maganaflows with 3 tips. This is probably what im going to get, but I'm just looking for some input of what could be better. No Cats at all so dont even try to say anything about cats, and they have to be 3 tips.: probably have air bags in rear leaking

Q:toyota celica 04 performance exhaust system help!!?: A cat-back exhaust and a full exhaust are NOT the same thing But if the cat is welded on and you dont have the tools to cut and re-weld them than your gonna have to buy a new cat with the cat-back exhaust. Just unbolt the exhaust from the manifold and install the new cat and cat-back exhaust.

Q:I have a 2002 camaro and I want to install a flowmaster dual exhaust system. How much would it cost to install it?: I was told by an exhaust install shop that sells Flowmaster and Magnaflow that the Magnaflow is better, longer lasting and better sound. Put single 2 1/2 Magnaflow system on my '89 S-15 Jimmy and cost $200. Call your local install shop and ask questions before commmiting to one.

Q:Choose me the right Exhaust system?: It would help if we knew what kind of car you have. The Magnaflow systems are basically a cheaper version of Flowmaster. For example, I have a 2000 Dodge Intrepid with a Magnaflow catback system installed on it, with dual pipes after the muffler. It is not quite the classic american muscle sound, but still a deep growl. A lot of what makes the exhaust sound is the firing order of the cylinders, as well as how many cylinders you have in the engine.3, 4, 5, 6, or 8.

Q:I was thinking about getting MAC catback exhaust system with MAC o/r H-pipe. I was watching videos of the exhaust system on youtube and they all sound loud, deep, bassy, and gurgly which i'm looking for. I looked up on Ebay and the exhaust systems are cheap! For the system is like 300 and for the o/r MAC h-pipe its about 160.So would you say that the MAC catback sounds good or you dont like it? I think it sounds better than flowmasters.: X pipe because it sounds alot better. Also i think X pipe with borla sounds the best on a Mustang.

Q:Hey I‘m just looking for a cool sounding exhaust for it. Idk if I want a whole exhaust system, or maybe just the muffler. Q:I have a 1986 GMC c1500 p/k with 350 v8 5.0 liter bf goodwrench engine. Is there a website or any books? Also should i get a catback performance dual exhaust system with resonator tips or a performance glass pack dual exhaust system? Which one is louder and gives more horsepower?: first of all, you dont have a 350 5.0. its either a 5.0 (305) or a 5.7 (350). but other than that, you should be able to get relatively cheap headers for this truck, and i dont think they would be too hard to install, since you can nearly climb into the engine compartment and stand up in there. once you get the headers, either re-use the stock cats or buy a pair of new ones (careful, they get kinda pricey) if you need them, but save some money and find a good exhaust shop and get them to fabricate an exhaust system. most of the time, they cant touch the cats, though. they have to have all sorts of stamps and certificates and red tape crap to deal with anything on the emissions system, so you might have to do that part yourself. but theres no use in paying for an expensive cat-back system, then paying for someone to install it when you can just go to a regular shop and have them do the whole thing for less than what you would pay for parts. and i think the glasspacks sound better on those trucks, but really its just a matter of opinion.
