QW type non-clog submersible sewage pump is made up of motor and pump, which are separated through oil isolation room and mechanical seal, it is short in length that motor and pump share the same axle (rotor), the structure is compact. 

Structure Features of WQ Series Submersible Sewage Pump
1. Signal line: for motor power above 11kw, we suggest pump equipped with control box, which would protect the pump fully from leakage, phase reversal, short circuit, overheated, overload, etc..

Q:my water pump is making this quot;chuckingsound, and i was wondering if bad water pump creates these sound? and also, do i need to replace the serpentine belt at the same time?
Make sure it's the water pump, but yes, they can make noise. It's never a bad idea to replace the belt when doing that kind of work. It's already off, so there is no labor, but if it's newer, it's not necessary.
Q:After I replaced the water pump impeller in my outboard I fired up the motor and now its not pumping any water through the pee-hole at all and also the prop is spinning in the neutral position (motor seems as if it is in gear and trying to move). Would this be because of the shift rod or the drive shaft not being in the proper position and possibly the impeller is being span the wrong in the impeller housing cup?
First the impeller -- did you find all of the old one, or are a couple of vanes missing? When you disassemble to put on a new impeller, you must account for all of the old one -- pieces like to be pushed by water into the cooling passages. I like a thin stiff springy wire to run through the pee-hole and up into toe water pickup tube. If you can blow air through the tubes, they aren't blocked. Did you put the impeller on upside down? It only works one way -- as it spins, the outer ends of the vanes should follow the vane, not lead it. When you reassemble, you must get the gear set aligned properly -- When it's assembled properly, the prop will be locked in forward and reverse but will freewheel in neutral. You must turn the blade so the flat of the clutch dog faces up, with the shifter in neutral, as you assemble it. Try it a couple times, you'll figure it out.
Q:My family has a vacation home on the bay side of a small island off the coast of Texas. The house has a water well and uses an electric pump housed in a pump house underneath the structure, which is up on stilts. The house is infrequently used and with the seaside conditions the pump has corroded and will not start automatically. What do I need to do to clean it up so it will function? I do not believe that the motor is damaged.
the problem with the pump not running will be the motor only.....most likely the motor rotor has rusted to the winding core of the motor ....soak it down with wd40 on the inside ...should be vent holes to spray wd40 in...try to find some way to turn rotor ....on some pumps there is a screwdriver slot on the end of the motor...if it still wont run take it to shop

Q:water pump pulley has slight wobble in it. not seeing water yet....is bearing going bad
Could be several things. The pulley is not on straight. The pulley itself is not truly flat when made but still within tolerances allowed by manufacturer. .Has nothing to do with the bushing(bearing) They generally wear out over time and start leaking coolant out.
Q:Ac was working fine before the mechanic replaced the water pump. Now the AC only blows hot air. Is this related?

Q:It stops and every few minutes and when it stops, it sounds like water is running.
A car will not shut off and not start again if the water pump has leaked and the engine over heats to the point of seizing. But if the pump has just started leaking then know the engine stall. As for the park issue again not related.
Q:when i drove my truck after about 15 minutes i was parked and let my truck idle afetr about a minute of idling my truck stalled and when i turned it back of it was squeeking and made some noises for about ten seconds and then stopped. I noticed that the pully on my fan coming from the water pump was wobbling. my tempuratue was still normal what could cause this i am suspecting taht the bearings in my water pump went?
After the pully starts to wobble the next thing is the fan comes off and tears up the radiator. If you are going to do it yourself you can rent the tool to remove the fan at Auto Zone or Advance and remember it has left hand threads. Its best to remove the fan before the belt, it will hold the pulley while you smack the wrench with a hammer to break the fan loose. You don't have to but I always recommend new by pass, tiop and bottom radiator hose ans a new thermostat. You'll find that if you unbolt and lay aside the a/c compressor and alternator and breather it is not a hard job.
Q:When we turn our water on in the house it will run for a while and then shut off.. It has been coming back on after 5 0r 6 mins.it used to do this about once a week but now it does it every day we don't mess with any breakers because they don't get triped . Your bladder tank is water logged, you will need to drain the holding tank and refill then check pressure, you will probably have to add air to the tank. There will be a shrader valve (the same kind of valve on your vehicle tire, use a tire gauge) near the top of your tank. Check the pressure first, if the pressure is low(there is a tag telling you what the pressure should be) you will probably have water at the Shrader valve. Very common where soil is sandy.
