Product Overview of WQ Series Submersible Sewage Pump
QW type non-clog submersible sewage pump is made up of motor and pump, which are separated through oil isolation room and mechanical seal, it is short in length that motor and pump share the same axle (rotor), the structure is compact.
Structure Features of WQ Series Submersible Sewage Pump
1. Signal line: for motor power above 11kw, we suggest pump equipped with control box, which would protect the pump fully from leakage, phase reversal, short circuit, overheated, overload, etc..
2. Motor stator: its insulation is B grade or F grade.
3. Water leakage probe. This component is installed in the oil room, if the mechanical seal was damaged, and water enters into the oil room, it will send out the signal to the control system so as to stop the pump.
4. Mechanical seal: Adopting in-series seal, the material is the wear-resisting carbonization tungsten, featuring being reliable, wear-resisting, longer life, etc.

- Q: We usually wait 4 - 5 minutes for hot water in our master bath. I've been looking into ricirculation pump systems. This would have to be a retro-fit system since some of the lines run through concrete slab making adding a return loop on the line non-feasible. I have found some people comment on simply using a by-pass valve system without a pump (ie. Hot Water Lobster). We do have hard water which I've also read that can present a problem with pumps dieing quite quickly. While I'd like it, I don't need 1 second hot water, but I can't stand wasting gallons waiting for 4-5 minutes. A reasonable 15-30 second wait would be a huge improvement. Has anyone had reasonable success with the bypass valve without the pump or should I plan on getting the pump too? Thanks in advance!
- Get the pump, the valve is useless without it. Why anybody would advise you to put a tankless heater under the sink to remedy one faucet when the recirc system will do it for all your fixtures is beyond me.You will not need a return line with the rscirc system. They work good!

When you say water pump , do you mean the well pump or is it a pump connected to the furnace that helps cycle hot water through radiators in the house? - Q: Hello, i have a 1987 volkswagen cabriolet that i purchased earlier this year. So far its been a pain in the butt. Recently i noticed it overheats real quick, but it didnt use to. then i noticed the coolant/antifreeze was being used up like no other! I discovered, after being parked at work, that it was leaking. it leaks basically anything i put in there now!! it leaks from the water pump housing,.,.... at least thats what the internet said it was.. its leaking from the end of the hose that connects to the engine... (the hose that comes from the coolant reservoir.) What do i do? I dont feel any cracks? does this part crack? is it an o-ring or somehting? how can i fix it? what happens if i dont? I am really absolutely NOTHING ABOUT CARS. Please help!!

- Q: Iv got a 2002 Chrysler Sebring with a 2.7 in it and recently it started leaking coolant, its been determined that i need a new water pump. Iv gotten quotes from various places and various prices but there all telling me i need to replace different things. One guy said i need a timing kit, the other guy said i dont need a timing kit but need valave covers and a couple other things, another said i dont need anything but the pump itself. Im lost and the leaks getting worse and i need to make a decision but dont know what to do. Some insight from you helpful people would be great!
- typically labor is 300-400 for that task. that scenario would dictate when one is done, both should be done. needed or not. getting them on the same maintenance schedule so to speak. thing is, is that the 2.7 uses timing a chain. not a belt. belts require changes. chains may or may not. in this case, there is no maintenance interval for the timing chain.
