<2>Shaft bearing :
Service free upper/lower shaft bearing is designed as 50000 hours service life, and assembly of temperature probe according to requirement is allowable.
<3>Cooling system:
Cooling system is divided into open-type circulation and cooling system and close-type circulation and cooling system, which ensures normal operation of motor below/above level surface.
Open-type circulation and cooling system: Pumps parts of liquid and circulates it from back side of impeller to clearance between tube cooler and casing to remove heat generated by motor, provided with excellent flow property and performance avoiding blockage Close-type circulation and cooling system: Eliminate heat with build-in rotating wheel, which is provided with performance of blockage-less and service-less.
<4>Sealing:
Separate motor and pump with two layers of mechanical seal, which provides motor with diplex protection.Mechanical seal material at side of pump adopts tungsten carbide/tungsten carbide and it at side of motor adopts graphitetungsten carbide. Special device and spiral seal groove at backside of impeller provide the unit with long-period and Effective protection without enwinding.
<5>Shaft :
The unit adopts coaxial and shorter-overhang design, which depresses interference of shaft, reduces vibration, depresses noise and prolongs service life of mechanical seal and shaft bearing.
<6>Impeller:
Adopts CFD optimizing design, which transports liquid in perfect flow, speed and maximal efficiency without blockage. User could select impeller model as eddy flow, single channel, duel channel, or multi-impeller according to difference of
pumped medium.
<7>Cable seal:
Separated sealing connection box. Adopt waterproofing and sealing cable, and provide inlet wire with anti-tension and anti-wind protection.
<8>Monitoring system:
Equip each phase of motor with temperature sensor that sends out alarm signal ands shut down power supply automatically if motor suffers from overheat.
Optionally equip upper/lower shaft bearing (s) with temperature sensor that sends out alarm signal ands shut down power supply automatically if motor suffers from overheat.Sealing monitoring device is used for monitoring if water immerges into oil chamber from shaft seal. In addition, there is set with individual sensor in motor chamber and connection chamber of motor of 30kW above, which should perform early warning if leakage occurred.
- Q: How to determine the pump installation elevation, why should we determine the pump installation elevation?
- Determination of pump installation elevation: the geometric height between the suction well level and the center line of the pump impeller, plus the hydraulic loss of the suction pipe, is the actual installation height of the pump. (notice: if the suction level is higher than the center of the impeller, it should be negative)To determine the water pump installation elevation reasons: general water pump nameplate on the "NPSH" value, the above calculation of the value must be less than this NPSH value, so as to ensure that water pump is not prone to cavitation.[NPSH] - allowable cavitation margin is to determine the conditions of use of the pump cavitation margin.
- Q: I recently bought a 1992 Honda Accord. It has high mileage but the records kept on it were impecable up to about the last 3 years. I have read that you need to replace the timing belt/water pump every 80k miles. However; I do not know when it was changed last. The Only record in the book on the subject was back at 90k miles. That was the first time they had the timing belt changed. So How do I know its time to change it again? The car now has 199k miles. I do not want to do unnecessary work before time, however; I also know that the affects it will have on the engine is great if its not done within the right TIME! Is there anyway to know it needs to be done? What kind of signs will the car give? And how much is it going to cost me when it has to be done? Thanks!
- A water pump is mostly pretty obvious when it is going/gone it chirps it squeaks and your temperature will usually be higher than it usually was [not always]. As for a timing belt... they are relatively inexpensive, the labor isnt that bad since the car is VERY easy to work on, and it is difficult to tell when one is needed since the most it will make is a whining noise when its getting weaker, only sometimes though. This is hard to hear too. Best advice I have is to just get a couple appraisals/estimates, or have a friend who is mechanically savvy take a look to see if he/she can tell if the belt is worn to the point where it needs replacing. I had a timing belt done for $120 parts and labor on a 91 accord (same car)
- Q: I Have a 1982 Suzuki DT8 Outboard motor, i rebuilt the water pup, new impeller, wear plate, all that. This is the first time iv run it in a barrel, it wont pump water now. But here is the thing, when i take the inspection cover off(the little round cover that lets you acces the shift linkage), and i run the motor, it will pump water. i noticed that wile i have that cover off all the exhaust comes out that hole and not out the bottom, is the exhaust getting sucked in the pump and stopping it from circulating water?

- Q: I would like information to use an automotive water pump to ( or possibly another device ) to pump water approximately 60 feet (20 meters) elevation from creek without electricity. I only need enough water for 25 chickens. So we are not talking about a households supply of water.
- a car water pump is run off a belt like your alternator etc so you would really be able to use its not a pump that u can just stick anywhere. if it is only to feed 25 chooks then it wouldnt hurt to just fetch them a bucket of water of every morning that would do.
- Q: Question for you. I'm looking for a 12v (no AC converter, please) water pump to drive up to 4 water misters. Needs to run off the battery, without an AC converter (already found those). The pump will pull from a water reservoir and provide cooling relief on hot days through the misters. BTW... the pump should be reasonably small, limited to a few pounds...If you have any ideas, please advise. Thanks again,Robert
- Again, I'm going to make you work for this one. Call around to junk yards. See if they have any parts you can use. There's a bunch of Pull Apart places where you can look up online to see if they have any particular part you're looking for. I don't know how much a typical automobile water pump weighs, but I don't imagine it would be too big. Ask around. If you know any mechanics, or just people who work on cars as a hobby, they may know. Sorry I'm not much help in the automotive department. I can put gas in it, start it, change my oil, and change a tire. But as far as the rest goes, I don't know too much.
- Q: i have little leak from water pump need to replace it in my mazda 6 2006 v6 3.0l. i have little over 120.000 miles on it. Any body know how much it may cost me?
- I don't know why, but the water pump costs between $125 and $160. That seems a little high. It probably retails for $186. Under normal conditions, you just get things out of the way, unbolt the old pump, clean it up and put the new one in. The problem is the other stuff that gets in the way. I'm just estimating the job will take 5-8 hours. Just multiply times the labor rate in your area. Don't forget the anti-freeze when you're done.
- Q: Submersible pump and self-priming pump which is easy to use?
- If the injection pump, submersible pump is self-priming pump well.
- Q: a picture of a water pump and its parts, picture of cross section of a water pump how water pump works

- Q: Could it make coolant quot;Boilquot;? Ive heard myc ar's behavior is Normal, and most likely just heavy condenstaion as it DOES go away, also the behavior of the coolant and the tank.. but i DO know the Water Pump is quot;Weeping,or quot;Seeping,so i wonder what interaction that would have ont he Cooling side of the motor; what effects can it produce? What would i notice? My 1991 Calais 2.5L quot;Iron Duke,
- Water pumps have a small weep hole that leaks coolant when the pump seal is bad. If the mechanic saw water leaking from that hole, that's how he knew the pump was bad. It's not a hard thing to replace, and it's cheap. They can do it in an hour for $50 - $70.
- Q: I don't want to have to rent or purchase a electric pump to pump the water out of my pool so are there other ways to get the water out besides the obvious (a bucket and alot of people). I am really tight on money so purchasing a device to do the work isn't a real option but I really need to drain the pool without damaging it.
- You can do a back wash, which will drain it.
