<1>Electrical motor:
High-performance water-resisting squirrel-cage-type motor, Class H stator winding (≤180°C) and longer service life. IP68 protecting class, inserting heat sensor for each phase of stator winding. Direct starting for 3 kW or 3 kW below, ?starting, reduced voltage starting or soft starting for 4kW or 4 kW above.

<2>Shaft bearing :

<4>Sealing:
Separate motor and pump with two layers of mechanical seal, which provides motor with diplex protection.Mechanical seal material at side of pump adopts tungsten carbide/tungsten carbide and it at side of motor adopts graphitetungsten carbide. Special device and spiral seal groove at backside of impeller provide the unit with long-period and Effective protection without enwinding.
<5>Shaft :
The unit adopts coaxial and shorter-overhang design, which depresses interference of shaft, reduces vibration, depresses noise and prolongs service life of mechanical seal and shaft bearing.
<6>Impeller:
Adopts CFD optimizing design, which transports liquid in perfect flow, speed and maximal efficiency without blockage. User could select impeller model as eddy flow, single channel, duel channel, or multi-impeller according to difference of
pumped medium.
<7>Cable seal:
Separated sealing connection box. Adopt waterproofing and sealing cable, and provide inlet wire with anti-tension and anti-wind protection.
<8>Monitoring system:
Equip each phase of motor with temperature sensor that sends out alarm signal ands shut down power supply automatically if motor suffers from overheat.
Optionally equip upper/lower shaft bearing (s) with temperature sensor that sends out alarm signal ands shut down power supply automatically if motor suffers from overheat.Sealing monitoring device is used for monitoring if water immerges into oil chamber from shaft seal. In addition, there is set with individual sensor in motor chamber and connection chamber of motor of 30kW above, which should perform early warning if leakage occurred.

If there is water at the discharge of the pump, but the pump is not running, then there will be a pressure in the system. 3. If the pump is running, the pressure in the system will be higher than at 2.) above becuse it takes additional pressure to move the water through the piping. The flowing water requires additional pressure to get thru the piping system.

- well before you go through a task like that have u checked for opther options? check it out- First: make sure that your radiator is in good condition, check the belts, the hoses and the coolant level. Make sure that there is no coolant leaks. Check the condition of the shroud for cracks its proper installation. Car fluid or coolant circuit element just changed: Your overheating is probably due to air trapped into the coolant circuit. Use the bleed screw to bleed the circuit. Then bleed again, again, again and again. Nothing had been changed, car is overheating while idling or heavy traffic: 1. Check that the thermostat works and opens. 2. Check the fan clutch. Car overheating while driving. Not stop and go. 1. Bleed the cooling circuit. 2. Check the thermostat. 3. Check the water pump. 4. On the 535i, check the bypass hose located and attached just above the upper hose neck on radiator and runs along the inner walls to the Resivior tank. If it is plugged, the car will overheat. - This engine has a hose that discharges a small stream of water when running. But most of the water is discharged through the center of the prop. It's not uncommon for this hose to plug from small bits of sand and mud. a small wire can unplug it. If the thermostat is stuck this might cause what your describing, but it's rare. Is it possible that the little round drive pin that goes between the impeller and the drive-shaft, broke or came out during assembly? Or the guide tube in the lower leg (intermediate housing) is not in place of blocked. Sometimes the sleeve that seals this gets crumpled under during installation and can block the flow. My recommendation is to disassemble and check each step until you've found the problem, or satisfied your self that everything is right.

- What is not working about your heater? Is the air blowing, but it's not warm air? Or is the air not blowing at all? The air not blowing is not related to the water pump. The air not getting warm very well could be related to the water pump. The water pump pushes water all throughout the cooling system- including the heater core- which is where you get your warm air from for your heater. Try what was suggested about running it a while with the radiator cap off to bleed out all air. If that doesn't help, I'd find another mechanic to look at it for you and take their findings back to the folks that put the water pump on. (as a heads up, this also could be an air blend door, which switches the air flow in your car from hot to cold. These doors can get stuck and not give you the air you desire. This would not be water pump related.) :)
