Single Stage Centrifugal Spilt Case Double Suction
Application
Single Stage Double Suction Split Case Pump is used for conveying water or the physical and chemical properties similar to water and other liquids suitable for factories, mines, urban water supply, power stations, agricultural irrigation and water conservancy.
Characteristic
Compact structure,beautiful outline,stable operation,low noise;
Both inlet and outlet of this pump are placed under the axial line,so it is unnecessary to remove the inlet and outlet pipeline and motor;
The shaft seal of water pump has fine mechanical seal and soft stuffing seal,which can be selected according to different condition by user;
The impeller is static-balance calibrated,fixed on the shaft with round nut,and its axial position can be adjustedvia the round nut;
The pump is direct drived by motor via resilient coupling,it can be drived by internal combustion engine if it is necessary.

Shaft:C-steel/stainless steel
The rotation direction
Viewed from motor, the direction of the pump is anti-clockwise,that is the suction in the left, the discharge in the right.
The rotating direction of the type pump is clockwise, that is the suction in the right, the discharge in the left.
Also can move the driver to another edge according to the user’s requires. Then, the rotating direction, the suction and discharge direction is in the opposite as the described above.

- Q: I am going to replace the timing belt , tesioner and idler bearing on my 2000 daewoo leganza. I noticed some of the kits have water pumps too. It is likely to break like the timing belt?
- if your going that far to replace the timing belt, sure why not?
- Q: I think the water pump is going out in my truck can I still drive it short distance if I put water in it first?
- Depends on how bad the water pump is. Is it getting really hot already? Is it leaking water really bad? Answer yes to either one of these and you would probably be best to get it towed to the shop. Most vehicles now have aluminum heads, and over-heating the engine can easily lead to a warped head. That is going to be a whole lot more expensive to fix than what it would cost for a tow. If it holds water and doesn't get too hot, give it a try if it's a short distance, just keep an eye on the temperature gauge. Pull over before it gets into the red zone.
- Q: NEED WATER PUMP AND HOSES, AND A PRICE QUOTE...
- That van will have either the 3.3L or 3.8L engine. Both use the same water pump. It should run you somewhere in the $35.00 range for the pump. The hoses will depend on the brand you chose, but you should be able to get both the upper and lower radiator hose, and the pump, for under $100. Any parts store should either have these in stock or should be able to get them for you within a few hours! This does not include labor. If you are going to do the pump replacement yourself, you will need to be very careful when you remove the bolts that hold the pump. They are thin, and have a tendency to break. You have to be very gentle to avoid breaking off a bolt, or you will have to drill the bolt out. There is not a lot of clearance, so it is difficult to drill. When you replace the water pump, check the serpentine belt for cracks. It is easier to replace it while it is loose than to have to do it later.
- Q: I want to build a portable, working steam room display for trade shows. I need to feed water from a storage tank to a steam generator when it's called for. How can I do this? Is there a type of water pump that would work for this?
- I would buy a little aquarium filter pump to feed the steam system.You can regulate it with a little valve in the tubing and use any kind of tub as a reservoir for the water depending on the amount you need to create the steam.
- Q: What is the 10KV pump unit?
- As the name suggests, the water pump unit is a number of pumps, and 10kV is the voltage level. According to the voltage level, what you call a water pump should be a pump with relatively large power
- Q: 1.where is it located and what would I have to remove 1st to get to it. And would I need a torque wrench if so what # would it have to be at when re-installing water pump

- Q: i have a 2003 dodge neon and my thermostat keeps rising to the highes level setting off the indicator (its not broken) i did have a leak in the raiditor and it was very notice able..after pacthing is up there was noproblem till yesterday now the thermostat keeps rising i admit the is very little antifreeze in ther and the rest is water but the is the same mixture tha was in the care that it was rinning off for the last three minths i cannot seem to keep the thermostat down my raiditor is in nee of repair but i m wondering if its the water pump does the water pum help regulate engine temperture? ther are no ivsible leaks and no drippiage could it be that i just need to put antifreeze or could it be the water pump or a broken raidiator? help i will give points for best anwser but really i just need help!
- I'd say the most likely thing is the thermostat. It is the most common cause of overheating when there is plenty of water in the system. As you already know, the radiator can leak and make it get hot. You can add water and it will stay cool for awhile, until the water leaks out again. The same can be true of a leaky water pump, heater core, or hose. If there is no leak, or no obvious leak, and the system seems to have enough water in it, but it still gets hot it is more than likely the thermostat. The thermostat blocks off the water from the radiator until the engine warms up. It can be damaged by getting too hot (like when you had a bad radiator) and fail soon after. Other possibilities are an electric cooling fan that isn't working, or a blown head gasket.
- Q: Okay, I'm setting up an NFT hydroponic garden and am now looking for the water pump. I would like some suggestions for one that will give a steady stream at a good rate for the plants. But, it must have a minimum lift of 5ft to reach the first level.I would prefer one with a flow rate adjustment but if you could at least make a suggestion to the GPH it should pump for the right flow after a 5 ft climb I could search more in that range for one I like.Thank you!
- I think you may want to look at the small pond pumps and just about any nursery or home supply store or landscaping store. they may have the specs on hand, or see if they can demo one for you. some places have a display pond set up already. You also might try a small swimming pool pump and put a voltage regulator in the line and adjust the pump speed that way. maybe rig a sewing machine pedal in the line and use a C clamp for an adjuster. I love rigging thing. It may not work with a gfi plug.

- Q: I am leaking antifreeze, but only when the car is sitting after it has been running for a while, and its quite frustrating..it's coming around where the hoses are, I just got the thermostat/thermostat housing replaced, and also the heater hose and it seems to be coming from the same general area AS those...My car doesn't leak all the time it seems, so I'm not sure what this could mean. It has not over heated, my ac isn't also working at all.I have taken it back to the mechanic two times in the last 2 days and they cannot determine it's having a leak or not..which is quite ridiculous!! It seems to them that they think I'm crazy or something, I just don't like to see antifreeze underneath my car, I mean who does? Does this sound like a water pump? Where exactly is the waterpump located?
- The water pump i believe is a factor of the cooling equipment. If the water pump became undesirable then your temperature gauge would have a bigger than prevalent examining. i'm no longer a mechanic or something yet my maximum suitable wager would be that is something different than the water pump occurring at the same time with your automobile. stable success!
