Single Stage Double Suction Split Case Pump is used for conveying water or the physical and chemical properties similar to water and other liquids suitable for factories, mines, urban water supply, power stations, agricultural irrigation and water conservancy.

The rotation direction
Viewed from motor, the direction of the pump is anti-clockwise,that is the suction in the left, the discharge in the right.
The rotating direction of the type pump is clockwise, that is the suction in the right, the discharge in the left.
Also can move the driver to another edge according to the user’s requires. Then, the rotating direction, the suction and discharge direction is in the opposite as the described above.

- Q: n my water pump hoses feels like theres no pressure
- well before you go through a task like that have u checked for opther options? check it out- First: make sure that your radiator is in good condition, check the belts, the hoses and the coolant level. Make sure that there is no coolant leaks. Check the condition of the shroud for cracks its proper installation. Car fluid or coolant circuit element just changed: Your overheating is probably due to air trapped into the coolant circuit. Use the bleed screw to bleed the circuit. Then bleed again, again, again and again. Nothing had been changed, car is overheating while idling or heavy traffic: 1. Check that the thermostat works and opens. 2. Check the fan clutch. Car overheating while driving. Not stop and go. 1. Bleed the cooling circuit. 2. Check the thermostat. 3. Check the water pump. 4. On the 535i, check the bypass hose located and attached just above the upper hose neck on radiator and runs along the inner walls to the Resivior tank. If it is plugged, the car will overheat. Overheating with A/C on, or very high temperature only. 1. Check that the auxiliary fan is working properly(Bentley manual page 170-4). 2. Check the fan clutch.
- Q: I have a 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis vehicle. How do you know when the water pump is going. Is their any particular noise I should be hearing.
- There is no noise associated with a water pump going out that I am aware of other than the engine exploding due to excessive heat. The dash guages; especially the engine temp guage, will give you a clue as to a cooling problem, whcih is what the water pump is for. The water pump prevents the engine block from overheating. When the pump fails, the engine overheats and will either shut down, or the engine will burn out. The best way to tell is to monitor the temp guage. If the engine is running hot, it either the water pump, lack of water in the cooling system, or Thermostat failure. Best to have a mechanic check it out. Cheers!
- Q: My toilet has a water pump to deposit water to the toilet and a floatie that will stop the flow. But now it does not flow water through the hose, instead it looks like it's clogged and water drips from the floatie handle. Do i need to replace it? Or could it be something easy to fix?
- The okorder /... Every hardware store has them. You can get the part I think it is 400A that doesn't have the flapper included. I'm not crazy about fluidmaster flappers because they always leak on me after a very short while.
- Q: Water pump. A drip on the edge of the pump or drip on the ground. Serious concern on which one?
- if its starting to drip coolant from it and it isn't a gasket you need to replace it ,they don't last to long once they start to leak,you can look at it and tell where the leak is coming from,i have seen a few on occasion that was leaking from the gasket where somone had replaced them and not got a good seal back on it,but most of the time your looking at repalcing the water pump,depending on what its on it can be a big job to do,good luck.

- Depending on the year and make, you may find some guys who'll do it for a case of beer for labor....just check with your neighbors. Seriously. My brother does this on the side sometimes.
- Q: Van died on the road. It wants to turn over, but it won't start. I had it towed to Firestone. They're telling me that it needs a whole list of stuff. I ask them, quot;What does it need to just get it running?They say, quot;A new timing belt, water pump, thermostat, and coolant flush.quot;If the timing belt is indeed broken, I know that it will need to be replaced. And, probably the water pump, too. But, what is the importance of the thermostat and coolant flush? Will the car not run if I don't have a thermostat? - Yes as the water pump moves the coolant. They could have collected and reused the old coolant and added a bit of water to get the level up. Get it checked at a local garage(or buy a tester yourself) to see how strong the mixture is so you know how low you can go.

- Your pump switch's on when the demand for water is required. The pump, pumps water at a certain rate of P.S.I (Pounds per Square inch) and depending on brand of pump will maintain a standard of pressure through out the house. If for any reason the pressure drops, the pump will automatically kick in to maintain pressure and volume of water required by it. A leaking faucet, or a toilet that is constantly running will drop pressure slowly. Check all your plumbing fixtures, including hot water heaters/storage heaters, boilers, furnaces, and any item/fixture the requires water to see if it is leaking, or passing water into a drain constantly. If problem persists contact a plumber. If the pump starts to labor to much, or starts to run constantly if may burn out rendering the pump useless.
- Q: Where is the water pump located in a 1995 Toyota tacoma pick up truck. Please be as specific as possible as the the location of the pump. Like what is it undwr or next to...etc
- If you have the v-6 then the water pump is driven by the timing belt and you have to remove the fan belts and the timing cover just to see it . The 4 cylinder the pump is driven by the fan belt that drives the alternator and the fan .

- it sounds like to me you dont know what you need. Is your car running hot if not then you dont need a water pump. But if it is then you should do the timing belt at the same time since you need to take the water pump off to do that anyway. timing belts a good for about 100000 mile.
- Q: 89 Dodge van overheats, no water leak, replaced thermostat but still overheats.
- leave the cap off and start it. if it circulates then the water pump is still good. you say it overheats? flush out the radiator. if that van has a electric fan then make sure it is kicking on.
