- heavy weights less reps, your chest workout should consist of this, at the least. benchpress. 1 warmup +3 sets- total 4 dumbell press 3 sets incline press 3 sets, cable cross overs 5 sets incline flyes 3 sets this is a basic chest workout, in order to gain a high bench press you need to do different exercises, not JUST bench press. also you should be doing at most 6 reps per set, and on the final rep you should barely be able to put it up or need a spot, this is for best results

- I don't know what 20lb weights will do to directly impact your press. One exercise I like to with a 20lb or 30lb weight mainly keeps my shoulders stretched but works the abs too. If you have a bed or an ottoman foot rest next to a chair, and can lay flat with knees bent, feet flat (but not planted), and head (but not neck) dangling off, take one of those weights in both hands. With your elbows at your sides you'll form a triangle with your hands over your chest. Extend your arms up all the way, then back down. Primarily works the shoulder, but also stretches triceps and the chest muscles too. It might not be a bench press per se, but it works a different aspect of that muscle. Look for objects around the house, too. Load up a pack with some books, maybe Just be careful though because of the uneven weight distribution (in other words, if it feels awkward, don't do it).

- You can do just about anything with dumbbells that you could do with a barbell, but not the other way around; so if you do not have enough money to get both, get dumbbells. You can use something besides a weight bench to do flys and dumbbell presses that will target your chest. Running doesn't really help you build muscle but is great for your heart and helps you lose fat. There are a ton of books and things that can tell you how to exercise all the muscle groups without much equipment; the Body Sculpting Bible is one, as is the Naked Warrior, but having a friend that is into body building is probably a good place to start, and is free. :)

- A panini maker will have a weighted top and may have a closure latch to help keep the top closed. This is what presses the sandwich - the key feature in a panini. In addition, most good panini presses will have a different type of hinge - one that's a bit more free floating than the Foreman. This helps allows the grill plates to evenly grill/press even the most stuffed, oddly shaped sandwich. (As opposed to the Foreman, where more pressure/grill surface reaches the portion of the sandwich near the hinge. If you don't want to buy a specialty panini maker, you can always wrap a brick in some foil or place a pan weighted down with a few heavy canned goods on top of your sandwich. Works fairly well.

- When you filed a police report and he was arrested you probably agreed to prosecute. I don't know what the value of the iPod is but if it exceeds a certain value determined by your state laws it will be a felony. The police cannot get you any money for your loss but if they can trace it down to the current possessor they may be able to recover it and return it to you. If the person that accepted it from the thief knew it was stolen (and it can be proven) he may be charged with receiving stolen property.
