- Pushups or press ups are a calisthenic exercise and mosts people can rapidly improve to the point that they can churn out lots of repetitions. In which case there is no longer enough resistance going on to allow you to get a bigger chest. If you want to increase muscular size, you need to do progressive resistance exercise...Weight lifting where you can constantly increase the weight as you grow stronger. Updog is right in that you may become more defined, but that's about it....

- both, depending on what u get, MAC cosmetics has some good powders, the studio fix powder + foundation is a pressed powder and foundation in one. the Mineralized skinfinish natural is a powder that goes over foundation. so depends on how much coverage u want or need, pressed powder can be used as both.

- You are not pressing charges. In the USA criminal charges are pressed by the State, in the person of the DA, not by the victim. You reported the crime to the police - as you should of done - and they will pass the file to the DA who will press the actual charges. At this point, even if you changed your mind the DA would continue with the charges. If he is fined for the assault, that is a criminal penalty, and the money goes to the State. He may also be ordered by the court to pay restitution - if so, that will go to you. Those are the *criminal* issues. There is also a potential *civil* case. He injured you, causing you medical bills and pain and suffering. You can - and definitely SHOULD - sue him in civil court for compensation for that. As a minor, your parents will need to proceed with that. Edit... The law in Canada is exactly the same in this instance, except that it is the Crown, not the State, that presses charges. I know that cops often ask you Do you want to press charges?, but the legal reality is that what they really mean is Do you want charges to be pressed?. The final decision is NOT yours - it is the Crown Prosecutors. He can choose to prosecute even if you do not want him to, or choose not to prosecute even if you want him to. Depends on the court system How much time would she get? Depends on her past record, the amount of money stolen, how she stole it, will this friend claim in court that it was a gift? - are u talking about Covergirl's TRUblend pressed powder or Loreal's true match pressed powder? I havent tried the trublend powder but i have tried the true match and i love it! i use it to set my foundation and it makes it look flawless. Ofcourse you have to apply the right amount using a brush not the sponge cause the results may be cakey.

- Unless you do LOTS of shooting, and therefore lots of reloading you do NOT need all the fancies of an expensive progressive press. Starting with a full kit from any of the quality makers is usually a bit cheaper than a piece here, a piece there type of setup. Note that MANY competition shooters use single stage presses to guarantee consistency from round to round.
- Q:Will doing pushups hinder bench press gains?
- The straight answer is no, but what really matters is, who cares? I have been doing exercise daily because I was military. Doing bench presses is a vanity exercise anyway, and people just looking for bragging rights, macho stupid stuff. They have no real world applications. Doing sensible body weight exercises is all you need to do, unless you just want to try and show off to your friends.
