- Loose powder is basically powder that comes in a jar, that you can shake out onto a brush. Pressed powder is powder that is in a compact, usually they come with a mirror and a little powder puff to apply it. You can use either one, it really doesn`t matter. It`s a personal preference. I like pressed powder myself because it`s easier to use and you don`t have to worry about powder flying all over the place, LOL! If you get the pressed powder, go with: Maybelline Dream Matte powder because it makes the skin look airbrushed and flawless. Hands down, BEST pressed powder in the drugstore. If you get Mineral Loose Powder, go with Physcians Formula Mineral Wear Talc Free Powder because it`s great for sensitive skin and comes with a little brush. Hope I helped!!

- leg press can be too easy with the 45 degree thing, much better progress and larger muscles can come doing squats and its better for flexibility as well yes bad circulation will exhaust your muscles and the bigger the muscles the bigger the effect. maybe you need some hypoxic training?

- You need to stay with what you can handle for 2 weeks. Every two weeks increase it by 5 to 10 lbs. Any more than that and you can damage your muscle tissue. Only workout the same muscle group every other day. Always do 3 sets of the amount of reps. Only do repetitions in small amounts (3-5 reps) with larger amounts of weight if you want to build muscular tissue. If you want strength, do more reps (about 12-15) with less weight. You need to be especially careful with bench pressing. If you lift too much weight when you are not careful, you can be prone to injury. Start slow and build up over time. Don't let your head get ahead of your body's strength. If you want to increase your overall performance at the bench press while not doing the bench press, work on your chest and shoulder muscles.
