- I use pressed powder pretty much all the time, but in my opinion, it doesn't really do anything. It won't make that much of a difference, but if you do decide to try powder, make sure it's dermatologically tested and all that. You want your skin to be healthy and be able to breathe.

- Q: i see people doing an incline and some lying flat on theri back doing a flat bench press. does it excerise different muslcles or just works the same and its just for comfort? and what the difference also on the bench press machine where the stack of weights are behind your head?
- it works different parts of the bicept. the incline go from the clavicals to straight over your eyes, so it works your tricepts/ bicepts bridge. the flat bench press just works the bicepts, so the both work different parts of the muscle.

- yup. I started benching at 145 every day for 2 weeks then went to 185 for 2 weeks. next is 225 . shoulders feel great as they are always limber. sets are 8 reps 5 sets. my goal is 315 every day. It will happen conditioning is key. most work outs require heavy tearing and recovery which overall is bad. its not a race. I see huge strength gains and stamina doing it this way. no pain or injury either. give it a try.
