- Q:how can i emboss paper without a press? would it work it i just put heavy things on it for a while? i'm not sure if the embossing would reach the edges. ideas?
- confident, traditionally it quite is complete with a press. although, you could take a blunt merchandise with a small tip and press gently into the back of the paper once you're basically embossing some spots...yet i does no longer propose that if it quite is for a consultant undertaking. it quite is often trial and blunder doing it that way.

- Well bench press is mostly tri's and shoulders and some chestso your going to want to work on these tgree muscle groups if you want to improve it so military press, flys, incline press, declime press, tricept extension, hammer tricept extension, kick backs and shrugs are some isolation exercises you can do to help it. Or just simply add bench press as part of your routine and work at it consume lots of protien and eat your fruits and vegetables and dense calorie foods. Good luck hope this helps! - sure, basically be careful while submitting because of the fact in case you get nail airborne dirt and dust on the sticky section they won't stick as long. So make constructive while your filling blow them a splash and wash your nail top with cleansing soap and water and cleansing alcohol.

- Only for criminal offences. Such as statutory rape, raping a child, murder etc. a civil offence however needs charges pressed for you to go to court this si things such as damage to a neighbours fence, assault, damage to a mailbox ina street etc.
- Q:I'm trying to get my bench press form right, with free weights, but whenever I try my left side seems to always be lower than the right causing it to be unbalanced. The weight isn't an issue here as even with the bar stripped of free weights, I still have this problem. However, when I go to the bench press machine, I am able to do that with no problem at all, so I'm sure it's my form that is a problem. What can I do?*I'm right handed if that matters...
- im exactly the same, im strong enough to lift the weight easily but my form makes it very difficult to lift hardly anything whilst doing bench press i am also right handed, and because my right side is used alot more its the stronger of the 2 and you can see that on the bench press. you can fix it either by using dumbells and doing more on your weaker side, or you can use weight machines and just lower the weight alot more than normal and do it 1 handed. alternatively if your not bothered about bench press and just want to work those muscles then you can use a bench/shoulder/chest press machine.
