- Q: Do you know of any device or method to keep a button pressed? I'm talking about real life - physical - buttons of electronic appliances, not buttons of software applications (since these are the only results I find in Google).
- Tape or a weight. If it has to stay pressed permanently, JB weld a bolt onto it and let it dry, then put nuts on it until it's heavy enough to hold it down ( only if tape won't work ). The absolutely permanent solution is to open up the device, find where the button is, and use a bit of solder to short the button on the PCB. Electrical tape works, but so does a hammer. I've occasionally actually used a hammer carefully balanced on a key to keep that key pressed for awhile. But I highly recommend tape as the least destructive solution. ( Reread this post in your favorite comedy actor's voice )

- No. Bench press uses your chest and triceps. Biceps are not used. The best way to improve your bench press is by doing bench presses. Do 3 sets, 4 to 6 reps per set. If you can do more than 6 reps, increase the weight. If you can't do 4 reps, lower the weight. Do this 3 days a week, each time trying to do 1 extra rep than the last time, or 5 extra pounds than the last time.

- No, you will have to witness the destruction of your property first hand. You can call and report vandalism to your car. It would be good to have it already on record. Keep an eye out for them though. Video tape them. Don't lay hands on them, I know personally that is when the police actually do something, they arrest you instead.

- i used to get the expensive Lancome pressed powder at Macys and then decided to try there sister line Loreal Truematch which u can buy at Walmart Target or any drugstore actually. i LOVE it and have gone through SO many powders because its hard to find my color! - are u talking about Covergirl's TRUblend pressed powder or Loreal's true match pressed powder? I havent tried the trublend powder but i have tried the true match and i love it! i use it to set my foundation and it makes it look flawless. Ofcourse you have to apply the right amount using a brush not the sponge cause the results may be cakey.

- Not considering your injury as a fighter you shouldn't be trying to go too high and get muscle bound legs. If you can press 700 you might have a tree-trunk of a leg and it will be rooted to the floor like one. You want fast twitch in the smaller muscles to be able to have control over your legs for both kicking and supporting yourself. I don't think leg press is the best option either. It isolates the quads for aesthetic purposes. You'll look nice but you won't have the full cascade of muscles to have a great kick and you can end up imbalanced real quick too. You want to find more integrative movements that let you use you whole body or at least your whole leg cascade. As for the surgery, I can't speak much about it but I'd say listen to your doctor. If he says balls to the wall, go for it. But if he says you need to work in slowly or never go over a certain weight, listen to him. You might be able to kick the hell out of everyone but you're still a weak little child if you can't trust someone or take the advice of someone who inherently knows better.

You can also go to the Patent Office in Washington, DC and review the files for previously patented presses and you can find ones that have expired. Or you could find a current press manufacturer and become a distributor. I've lived in a number of third world countries were block presses are used on a regular basis and they are an income producing trade. The press is considered a capital asset and giving them away would be frowned on.
