- Q: Hello Everyone. Im a 23 year old female and I joined a new gym in which they have a bench press club. All males have to bench press their weight in 8 reps, while the woman have to bench 65% of their weight, 8 reps as well.I was a 3 sport athlete in high school and a collegiate softball player as well. I just graduated in December...I thought I think I wanna live up to the challenge and try to be in the bench press club. I weigh 148 which means I have to bench press 96lbs 8 times. Which doesnt seem like alot the only problem is I dont really know how to I train for this?? I always do cardio everyday, but dont bench press or light weights and its been 5 months since I lifted actively while I was in college playing sports.Granted they do have trainers at the gym, but their arms as as big as my head and I dont want to make myself look like a fool, lol! Can anyone help me??? please?? thanks :)

- the police would have written down all the information, wether or not he decided to press charges. if he isnt pressing charges, then the cops wont do anything but the police report will still exist. if he does, then he's gunna have a hard time coming up with evidence and witnesses to back up his claim. i think that depending on how you play it out in court, the judge should favor your side. if the car was in fact supposed to be repossessed and you left with the car, that could be motive for him to make up a lie in order to get back at you for taking the car.
- Q: Hey ^_^I am looking for some good, light-shaded pressed powder that has good coverage and isn't cakey/chalky. I am very pale so brands that have pale shades would be good for me and I do have a few blemishes but not major so good coverage would be needed. My one at the minute is quite cakey and you can easily see the powder so I would like one that is good at blending in. I live in the UK so please don't suggest ones that can be only found in walmart or another american shop but if it's online and the shipping is cheap, I could probably get it. - if you put your hands really close together, then you work your inner pecs the further you go out you work more triceps, and in the middle is a little bit of both
