- Q: my shirts say tumble dry low but my dryer only has tumble press. is it the same?
- No, actually it isn't the same. Regular Perm Press it hotter that Perm Press low. I also have the same issue. What I do is, put them on for about 5-10 min on Perm press, then 15-20 min on air. The heat from the regular Perm press stays in the dryer but doesn't keep getting hotter, and the then the air cools it off. Sometimes I go back and forth between the two until it is dried.
- Q: I want to know how to gradually increase my bench press max? and any other helpful weight lifting tips
- well benching almost everyday helps but say your max is 100 do that until you can do at least ten reps easy then move up to 105 and just simply repeat also maybe doing pushups will help

- behind-the-neck shoulder barbell presses work out the same muscles as barbell front press, but it emphasizes the anterior deltoids to a much greater degree than standard shoulder presses because you're doing these presses in an unfavorable position. however, front presses should not be replaced by this as a standard mass or strength builder. i wouldn't recommend doing behind-the-back presses unless you've developed some form of shoulder strength and flexibility. having a spotter to help you on the heavier sets wouldn't hurt it either.

- They are mostly the same. On the bench press you also need them little balancing muscles to maintain control of the weight, you know what I'm saying? The major muscle groups are the same though. Usually push ups are more of a endurance workout, and bench press is a strength workout. Usually. If your'e in good shape you should be able to bench about your body weight at least once. But, there is nothing wrong with shooting for more. And what does being white have to do with it?! haahah

- just start out using the bar only and focus on your technique. compound exercises involve the use of multiple joints and multiple muscle groups. these are the most effective exercises at increasing strength when performed properly.

- permanent press doesn't wear out clothes as quickly as running them thru the regular cycle, yet gets them very clean. i actually used it for all my clothes. i got this tip from martha stewart's website when i got married 2 years ago and it does indeed work better for my clothes. it keeps them looking newer longer.
