- Every hair stylist i've been to doesn't use any. Moisturize your hair before and after you press it. I just use simply gloss after i've blow dryed it. Then I apply more gloss after it done.

- don't confuse the leg press and squat. the leg press is usually an incline system and the squat is a vertical system. so if you go to do squats don't weigh down the rack. i remember a guy did that back in high school. think he almost killed himself. anyways, is it good? yeah pretty good. if you keep at it you will see that number go up. if your wanting to know why though, best guess i can provide is the fact your legs are used to balancing 215 lbs on any given day with ease. that would be considered a light load to the muscles. being athletic helps too. so you should of been able to do about 220 no problem. as you add weight you muscles will work harder. you made it up to 610. a difference of 390 lbs

- I've heard that pressed powder has a lot more oil in it than loose powder, but I've never actually used the pressed powder before. I personally like liquid foundation better, but that's just me.

- The incline bench press will focus more on the upper pec region whereas the flat bench will focus on greatly on the mid portion. You should include both in your workouts but not in the same workout. Steve Reeves alternated Flat/Incline every 3 months. Also, though you should include dips or decline bench press to define the lower pec line. A more effective bench press is done by bringing your legs off the floor with your knees against your stomach. Then bring the bar down to your neck or clavicle. This takes your legs out of the motion and puts the bar out of line with the deltiod thus hitting the pec more completely. You'll have to lower your weight a lot though.

- some people say that coffee from a french press is much more flavorful, and I agree with them. The way it works is that the coffee grounds steep in hot water longer and you get much more flavor from the coffee grounds. A regular coffee maker works with dripping hot water through the coffee grounds. A lot of people like this method also. It's also very convenient for making a lot of coffee. The cons on making coffee with a french press is that you need coarse ground coffee. All preground stuff is made for regular coffee makers. Also, it's a hassle to clean a french press. Also, you can't make large quantities of coffee with a french press, unlike a coffee maker. If I were you, I would find a french press at a thrift store since they always have used ones for cheap there. Try it out and decide. edit: youtube has great vids on how to use a French press.
- Q: I can curl 85lbs on a preacher table, squat 250, 75lbs skull crushers, leg press lbs, but for the life of me I can't bench 160+lbs I don't know why? I'm 26yrs old, 215lbs. I take pre-workout energy drinks, whey protein 2-3 times a day, and nitric oxide pills. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week up to 3 hours. All forms of bench pressing incline, flat, decline. All of which I do pitiful weight..?? I practice, train and no solid results please help. Thanks
- Impressive numbers on the other exercises, congratulations. 3 hours seems a might long to be in the gym, but if it's working great. Now, don't get me wrong on this, but when you hit the plateau on the bench press, did you ever consider dropping back the weight. Say you have tried 160 3 or 4 times, and went to 170, but hit a wall. Well, next time time try 150lbs in a few workouts, with more reps than you did with 160, and than go back to 155, 2 workouts, 160, 2 workouts, and 165, 2 workouts. We all hit a wall at one time or another, and the hardest thing for us to do, is drop back weight. One other side note, throw in a few extra dumbbell presses. This may have sounded corny to drop weight, but it does work. Good Luck

- Yes and No. You can build your chest, triceps, shoulders with bench press. But you can not build biceps and forearms. Then I suggest you to buy an adjustable bench and 2 dumbbells (don't buy fixed one). You can do full body workouts with them.
