- Due to the thickness and amount of moisture in a rose, it would most likely turn Brown, get moldy and/or rot if you pressed it in a phone book. Phone book pressing is good for leaves and flowers that are more on the flat side.. For your Rose, your best bet would be to purchase Silica gel pellets (inexpensive) at a craft store and follow the directions. Silica are small crystals that will suck all of the moisture out. You just layer the silica upon the rose until it is covered completely. In a couple of days it will be preserved (dry) and ready for framing. It will also keep its shape and would be more suitable for a shadowbox frame. The silica can be saved indefinitely and can be reused too :) Good luck to you.

- This works if your cookie press is non-electric. Put the cookie press on the cookie sheet with the prongs or feet sitting on the sheet, turn it so enough dough is placed on the sheet. Give it a slight turn back. This should cut the dough so the cookie should stay on the sheet. Hope this helps. Lots of Luck.

- Q:my shirts say tumble dry low but my dryer only has tumble press. is it the same?
- No, actually it isn't the same. Regular Perm Press it hotter that Perm Press low. I also have the same issue. What I do is, put them on for about 5-10 min on Perm press, then 15-20 min on air. The heat from the regular Perm press stays in the dryer but doesn't keep getting hotter, and the then the air cools it off. Sometimes I go back and forth between the two until it is dried.

- I have found through my experience with exercise that people with shorter legs find it easier to leg press. It does not mean that that person has more leg muscle than you, it means that they do not have to lift the weight quite as high as someone with longer legs such as myself. Also, the farther away you spread your legs while lifting, the easier it is to lift the weight. For a real challenge, put your feat togather when lifting. When lifting, the closer your hands and feet are togather, the more of a workout you will have and the results will appear much quicker.
