- Q: I wear concealer, (When I need it) mascara, brown eyeliner, light eye-shadows, blush, and lip-gloss. I was thinking about wearing pressed powder. What is your opinion, should I?
- I use pressed powder pretty much all the time, but in my opinion, it doesn't really do anything. It won't make that much of a difference, but if you do decide to try powder, make sure it's dermatologically tested and all that. You want your skin to be healthy and be able to breathe.
- Q: I want to know how to gradually increase my bench press max? and any other helpful weight lifting tips
- I doubt you'll be able to get your max up to 170 THAT fast, but the best strength routine for bench(or any lift) is the 5x5 routine. You'll do 5 sets of increasing weight each time. For you and your max, I'd try this- Warm up set- empty bar, or maybe a lil weight. Set 1- 85x5 Set 2- 95x5 Sets 3-5- 105x5 Then throw in more reps if you feel like you can do it; and lower weight if necessary. Be sure and fully heal your soreness before you do another chest day, and you should see results! As the weight and reps get easier, just add more. Work hard, and if you don't notice results right away, remember that progress doesn't come instantly! Good luck!
- Q: How long does it take to see results, usually? And what is the best way to make the chest poke out, I guess? I heard doing incline bench presses help; can someone verify it please?
- Dude the point of working out is to breakdown muscle mass and giving it time to recover so it gets stronger and bigger. So just workout each muscle group once a week, it might sound like it's not enough but it's the amount for the muscle to recover. just remember to get to muscular failure with each set and get a good diet otherwise all your working out will be for nothing.
- Q: Im 22 years old currently leg pressing 720 lbs.. I went from 655 lbs to that huge number it seems that i can't do no more then this, The machine will max out at 810lbs doubt i can get there. I would like to leg press 2,300 lbs like Ronnie Coleman what did he do to get that whopping number. How can i do that and what else should i eat. Is he on steroids

- Q: Ok, so I really need to know, fast about Pressed Flower Art. Especially from that kit where you get the colorful envelopes, trinket boxes, cards, glue, paintbrush, et cetera.
- picking depends on weather, morning with no dew is best i think. have supplies ready for pressing before you pick, so they don't wilt. you need: a thick book, napkins or paper towels, a flat surface and a brick or something heavy. next, lay flowers out on paper inside a page thinly and not piled on top of each other, go like ten pages and repeat, making sure paper covers both sides of flowers. they will dry in a sunny spot in about 2 weeks this way. if needed sooner, put between paper towels and waxed paper on outside, use low iron, no steam, then press in book for few days. use modge-podge glue/sealer to cover card-stock paper, press flowers down into glue, then let dry. you may need to weigh the corners down. repeat after dry to seal. your card should be beautiful. no need for a kit! you can sprinkle some glitter dust on top before 1st layer dries, or glimmer mist after dried. i have never tried to write on leaf but they get very brittle after dried, so try before? have fun!

- It’s a tough situation. Is the press a mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic? In all cases, solution will be in releasing pressure between punch and die set. Think and act accordingly Also you may try these If mechanical kind: Reverse the locking key and jerk move flywheel in opposite direction manually If tool is clamped over a parallel block: try to forcibly remove them If done rightly neither machine nor tool can get damaged Prevention hint: Never overload the machine capacity

- I use my Foreman grill to make my veggie paninis. So, I'll say yes. I don't know what kind of sandwich you're making (in terms of fillings) you may need to add some weight in you have a big sandwich, but other than that, I would say yes.

- If you have access to a brick then make sure you clean the brick first, and then wrap very carefully in aluminum foil. Place this on top of your sandwich.

- Most hotels will provide an iron in your room but you can keep things pressed by layering the shirts with tissue paper when you pack; also there is usually an elastic-type pull-out line of sorts in the hotel bathroom where you can hang your shirt on its hanger while you are showering, and the steam from the shower will steam out the wrinkles. Certain fabric blends show wrinkles less than others--- try a couple of different rayon or nylon and cotton blends till you find something that you are comfortable in and doesn't show the wrinkles. Do not count on being able to hang your garment bag on the plane--- many planes no longer have little closets and when they do, they are reserved for first-class passengers (although with that much travel, you should have free upgrades to first class pretty quickly). A small aerosol bottle of Static Guard helps a lot too!
