- If you injure your growth plates with those 5kg dumbbells, then yes. If you bench press 100kg without and injure your growth plates, then yes. Yes, you will stunt your growth. If you use those 5kg dumbbells and don't injure your growth plates, then no. If bench press 100kg and don't injure your growth plates, then no. - I am a former 4/color stripper, cameraman, platemaker. This is how it was done before computers. I have some knowledge of computerized stripping. I have been in the business for over 30 years. An offset press is an offset press. They all operate pretty much the same way. With water and ink. Flexo printing is done for labels that are put on bottles. Believe it or not the image is distorted in prep. This is because the label wraps around a cylindrical or somewhat cylindrical container. Believe it or not the distorted image comes out looking right because of the shape of the container. An assistant pressman's responsibilities will vary from shop to shop but you pretty much are helping fill ink fountains, putting up paper, hanging plates, setting color, and you get to wash up the press among other things. It has been awhile but I do miss it. If you are good you can write your own ticket to a certain extent. I am older now and it was kinda fun thinking about this. I hope at least some of this helps. Sour Cream Spritz 1 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 1 large egg yolk 1/3 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda Preheat oven to 375 F. Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg yolk, sour cream and vanilla. Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda. Gradually stir flour mixture into butter mixture. Fill cookie press with dough, then form cookies on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Note: Can also be made using a pastry bag using a large pastry tip. Here is another with cream cheese.You can add more sour cream or cream cheese and in place of some of the butter to make them even softer. CREAM CHEESE COOKIE - SPRITZ 1 c. butter 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 egg yolk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. sifted flour Food Coloring, optional Mix all ingredients; cool. Put in your spritz gun and have fun. Bake 8-9 minutes at 350 degrees.

- My team used a very easy press break. It's a bit hard to explain, but when it comes together, it works like a dream. - First, you have two players on either side of the court, waiting for the inbound. - Once inbounded, the Passer, steps into the center of the court. - They pass amongst themselves till they find an opening in the press. - Meanwhile, there are two other people standing at about midcourt, on both sides. - The person at midcourt standing opposite the side the ball is on will run to the middle of the floor looking for possible passes. - If the ball is passed to them, he/she can either bring the ball up more or turn, and pass to the opposite side.
