- Q: I am wanting to start reloading my .270 and my 30-06 rifle. Which one would be better
- The second one is a kit, and includes many things you will need to start reloading. I bought the same kit a few years ago and have no complaints.
- Q: when i work out i always start out by benching. recently, instead of taking a break between my bench press sets, i have been doing sets of 10 - 20 pushups, then taking a short rest, and then doing another set on the bench. i usually do about 3 - 4 sets of eachdoes anyone know if that is a good way to do it
- you need to rest for get some ATP back, so take a 20-30 sec rest in between bench pressing sets bench pressing = more strenuous than pushups, and they target the same muscles so you're actually doing less weight when you do the pushups. in other words, if you weigh 150, and you're bench pressing 200 x15, then u do a set of pushups, say 25...the pushups will act as a lesser weight...so do them later in your workout, by the time you're done you should barely be able to do 4 sets of pushups.
- Q: want to get a progressive press, on a right budget and need to get it right the first time. what do you guys use and what would you recommend for me? my budget is $300, and need to be able ot load a wide variety of calibers- from pistol to magnum rifle, such as 9mm, 38 special, 45, 40, 10mm, 500 SW Magnum, 357/38, 44mag/44, 30-40, 45-70, .223, 308, 7.62x54r, 32 acp, 7.62x38r, 30 carbine, 5.7x28, and so on. I've looked at the lee pro 1000 and lee load master, they look good and price is great but not able to (and cheaply) able ot load a wide variety of calibers, which is a big problem. i want ot know whats a good progressive press that can also load just as many calibers as my single stage press can?
- Is you budget of $300 just for the press? Because each set of dies will run at least $30+ and up (way up) depending on the brand you purchase. Most dies are interchangeable so you can use RCBS dies in a LEE press for example. You listed at least 15 different calibers, so you're already looking at over $500 in dies alone - and that's a conservative estimate. For $300, I think you should look at a turret press, not a progressive press. The LEE turret presses are great - I load a half dozen different calibers (mostly pistol, some rifle) on mine with no problems at all. I have a LEE Classic Turret Press, and I've loaded thousands of rounds on it. Dillon presses are great, but you'll have a hard time finding a used one within your budget, and the conversion kits (dies) are pricey as well. The Horandy Lock n' Load presses are great too - but again even finding a used one within your budget is going to be a challenge. There is little point to having a progressive press if you don't have a powder drop as well - so when you shop around you should check to see if this is part of the setup. Case feeders are nice, but will cost you close to $300 as well, and they are not necessary. When you do buy dies, make sure you buy carbide dies in the pistol calibers. You won't have to lube the cases, and they are not too much more expensive.
- Q: So after I press my flowers in a book for about a month and take them out, how do I preserve the color?I've read so many answers but nobody seemed to have answered this. I don't expect my orchids to be vivid after pressing them but is there a way to make them fade LESS? Or do they not fade at all once they're pressed? Also, does anyone have suggestions about how to ARRANGE and CREATE something with the pressed flowers? I was thinking of arranging them on some kind of special paper type of thing and framing it because i want to mail it to someone. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
- I'll okorder /.. It seems that you are only limited by your imagination. So play with what you have!!! Best of luck. :) P.S. If you don't want to cover the card with contact paper, slip a sheet of transparent paper on top of the card when mailing to protect the flower.
- Q: I am a 17 year old girl and I want toner and skinnier legs. If I do leg press will it thin up my legs?
- This Site Might Help You. RE: What are the benefits of a leg press? I am a 17 year old girl and I want toner and skinnier legs. If I do leg press will it thin up my legs?
- Q: 1) can u list everyone an everything besides newspapers that are guaranteed freedom o the press?2) how can the average citizen ensure his or her freedom o the press?3) what responsibility does an editor of a newspaper have?4) who if anyone should censor what you read?
- 1. Freedom of the press and freedom of speech are pretty closely tied together. Press has been defined by the Supreme Court as any publication that affords a vehicle for information and opinion. Magazines, books, pamphlets, web sites, blogs, TV, anything that is intended to be read or viewed by others. If it doesn't fall under that definition, then it likely falls under free speech. So signs, letters, art work, speeches, things not designed to be viewed as information or opinion. The guarantee is that the GOVERNMENT can't try to control the press. Plenty of other organizations can. Schools, TV networks, libraries, corporations do it all the time. But that's allowed. 2. Make sure that it isn't abused, thus tempting restrictions. 3. An editor has a responsibility to make sure that a story is true in its details, not libelous, doesn't incite riots, isn't on a malicious vendetta against people, and doesn't deliberately expose the subject to danger. 4. Me. I should be the only censor of what I read or watch. But then I'm an adult with a pretty good sense of skepticism.
- Q: Hi, I just wanted to ask a question about basic press-ups.For the last few weeks i've been doing 100 press ups a night, in two sets of 50 (with a good few minutes break in between), anyway i noticed a huge difference at first, but for a while it's not actually improving anything. Anyway i was wondering if it would be effective to switch this exericse to alternative days, and on the other days to do 50 normal press ups, 10 narrow ones (with hands together touching) and 10 wide ones (with arms considerably far apart) or other amounts depending on how difficult it will prove; so my question is would this prove effecitve and is it worthwhile? Otherwise i'll just continue with 100 press ups. Many thanks
- the best thing you could do to get results with press ups at this stage (seeing as you can do more than 50 pushups) is to condense your workouts one set once or twice a week doing as many pushups as you can till failure. that's it. each time you do pushups try and do more than you did previously and that will help you get results. another good way to go about getting results with press ups is to switch to a more difficult variation whcih will decrease the number of reps you can do. you can also try wearing a backpack with weights put inside to weigh you down as you do the press ups.
- Q: Do progressives want to restrict the press only to the extent that press disagrees with their agenda? Trotsky, the darling on the left, advocated a restrictive press.
- It is more of a power thing than a party thing. But if you define progressive as those liberals who want to force certain policies on the public for their own good that definition would certainly consider control of information as part of that force. But there could be, and historically have been conservatives who decided restricting the press was a good idea. That is why I think we should focus on small government more than on left and right.
- Q: I am making longboards and its a pain to get a concave my tech teacher has told me about skateboard presses and said that his cost around $180.0
- Presses okorder they have a step by step guide on how a skateboard is made.
- Q: my bench pressing hasnt improve in over a month, altho I do it every other day, I dont know what is the problem but I just dont have the strenght...
- switch to dumbbells, presses and stop doing it every day you are not giving your arms the rest they need do other things like curls then legs then triceps then stomach then chest and so on rotate them so you do not do work your arms on the same day or the next day same with chest as you have to use your arms for this ok. also go up in weight like start with low weight and move up 5 lbs at a time, till you hit max. also do 5 sets of 10 reps or better cause this will build strength and endurance.
