- Q: ive head that they are good, but how do you incorporate them into a training routine? do you do them with the normal bench press, before or after? do you do them instead of the normal bench press? and if my sticking point i8s 2-4 inches above my chest, do i position the board at 2-4 inches above my chest?
- Put the boards at sticking point and do instead of normal pressing. Train for strength not mass. i.e. low reps. DO for 4-6 weeks. If you feel yourslef getting stronger reduce board height, at the end you should be presing a bit more. Look up Louie Simmons and westside barbell, they invented this and he has a new book out.
- Q: so i accidentally pressed SPACE BAR + CTRL and it like shrunk only the page, so i pressed it again and again, until i made the screen unreadable. Help how do I return it to normal!!
- Try clicking CTRL and + (plus) key together to zoom in. If you click CTRL with the - (minus) key, it will zoom out. (This is using Firefox, but it should work with other browsers as well). To reset the page to the default view click CTRL and the number 0. If that doesn't work, (Firefox) click: View Zoom Reset (Other) click View and look for zoom settings.

- Q: When wondering if a guy is strong the other person will always ask how much the guy bench presses. But I can kick the crap out of people in football by popping and tackling them and even won a couple fights against people saying they can bench like a 150 pounds. I know they can do it though but I can only bench press 100 pounds like 2 times but am stronger than people who bench more than me. Does it just mean that I have a weak chest or that bench press means nothing or that I;m weak?

Virginia and watch CBS/NBC/ABC affiliate news here! If a military or ex-military person does something wrong, the first thing you hear is his NAME, RANK and DUTY STATION. But let a CIVILIAN do the same thing and you never hear where they work (unless they committed the crime at their work place). - Pressed powder is usually applyed with a poder puff thing, and will apply thickly but will last longer than loose powder. Its less likely to spill and will be easier to apply. Loose powder can go everywhere. It looks more natural and is thinner when applyed with a kabuki powder brush or a blush brush. They both have good points and bad points, so its whichever you like the best.
