- Q: i dont usually wear foundation, but i do sometimes wear powder to soak up oils on my skin. my skin does get very oily on my t-zone but otherwise my skin isnt too oily. which would stay longer for everyday coverage? i just use them to keep the shinyness away... so pressed or loose?! i just wear them over concealer mostly. thx!Z

- No a pressed powder is used after a foundation to make it last all day to cover up redness use a green color correcter and use a concealer over top the green correcter make sure you us the correcter on top of your foundation to prevent it from wearing down over the day. - Q: i'm looking to buy a new cookie press as my old one has had it. on ebay i see lots of vintage sets. are they worth the purchase? i make cookies so regularly that this is an important purchase. is there a perfect cookie press? i've used wilton before and it broke within the first few uses. my old cookie press is pedrini, an italian brand. i would love to hear another baker's opinion.
- I have been using a vintage cookie press by Wear-ever. It is all aluminum and I have seen it on eBay. Mine was my mother's and I remember her using it at the holidays when I was a little girl. I still use it today.....and I am 50 years old. The one that I have has a trigger on the handle and not the twist handle. Check eBay and get one of these. Nothing made of plastic will last long, and the ones that they have on the market today are just a frustrating waste of time and money. - Q: I am 16 and a half, Junior, and im wondering how much i should be able to max bench press? I weight 143 lbs and 5'11 with a 72in wingspan. Currently my max bench press is 190 lbs.
- There's really no bench press standard. It depends on many factor: how long you've been training, the type of training you've been doing, how good your form is, genetics (shape of muscles and length of tendon attachments), etc. I will throw out the common metric that only about half of men aged 30 can bench press their weight. Another metric to use is if you can bench press 100 pounds more than you're weight, you are probably in the top 10%. If you can bench press double your weight, you are in the top 2%. At age 16 with a bodyweight of 143, a 190 pound press is very good.
- Q: I saw press on nail polish and I was wondering how it actually stays on your nails.
- Press-on nail polish is more like stickers for your nails. You remove the backing and you stick them on your nails. You may want to cut them to suit your nail shape. It gives your nails an effect of wearing nail polish.You don't have to wait for it to dry like nail polish.
- Q: The standing barbell presses that you lift over your head, it works your shoulders. Should I stop doing this since im still growing? or is it safe.Also My friend told me that after you work out you should hang on a bar for 30 seconds to stretch your spine and you dont stunt your growth.. Is that true??????
- PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THIS WARNING Standing presses do not stunt your growth. Standing presses do have a danger because this exercise puts a lot of strain on the rotator cuff of both shoulders. I had to have surgery on my right shoulder because of this so please do not ignore this warning. Before doing this exercise, you should work on conditioning of your rotator cuffs for at least 6 months. You can find exercises for this by doing a Google search. When you are ready, doing the press with dumbells with palms facing is less strain on the joint than standing presses with the barbell.

- if you're willing to spend for a good one to maintain clear skin, go for clinique or lancome other than that, i'm a covergirl/maybelline girl :) sometimes n.y.c. is good, but i think that's not too good on my skin. i was really clear, but then i started using nyc bronzer on my cheekbones and i don't think that's doing so well. remember, if you want a quality one, you may have to pay a little more, but in the end, i think it's worth it! :) good luck! hope i helped!

- You need accreditation from a publisher, (Magazine or Newspaper), or you need to get accreditation from a photographic agency. Look in the Photographers Year Book.
- Q: I tighten the belt as much as I can (sorta hard to adjust) but it still jams. It's an inexpensive mastercraft 10 model. The belt looks fine to me but I don't know what to look for. It jams a lot, almost unusable with a 7/8 forstner bit. Really annoying. I would definately get a new belt if I thought that was it. I think it didn't jam as much when it was new. The other day the belt just came off while running for no apparent reason (it was plenty tight). Thanks for any help anyone can suggest. Could it be alignment?
