Horizontal Single-suction multistage centrifugal pump
1. Introduction
D, DG type pump is horizontal single-suction multistage centrifugal pump. These series pump have features of high efficiency, wide performance scope, operating safely and smoothly, lower noise and long working life and convenient to maintain etc. The product carry out the standard of GB/T5657.
2.Application
It is used to transport other liquid whose physical and chemical characteristic are similar to water. Also can tansport hot water, oil, corrosive or contain grain medium through change the marterial of pump passing parts, seal types and adding cooling system.
3. Operating conditions
Capacity range: 3.7~500 m3/h
Head range: 49~680 m
Medium temperature: D< +105°c DG: -20°c~+150°c
Notice: Use an explosion-proof motor when used in coal well.
- Q: ok so im wondering if there is a water pump out there i can buy that automatically turns on when i turn the tap on. i looking for something thats strong enough to pump enough water to more than one taps at a time i.e kitchen tap, bathroom etc.
- Lots of house booster systems available. Just ask.
- Q: Pump suction and pressure side road why should vacuum table and pressure gauge, and what role they have?
- The pump suction and pressure side roads shall be equipped with a vacuum meter and a pressure gauge to monitor the operation of the system. When the pump is running, if the suction side of the vacuum decreases, indicating that the performance of water pump or water absorption pipe leakage; if the vacuum increases, it may be blocked suction pipe. The pressure on the water side is too large. It may be less water or the water pipe is blocked. If the pressure drops, the water consumption may increase or the water pump performance will decrease. The pressure gauges on the water side also play an important role in observing the pressure changes at the start of the pump to determine when to open the outlet valve. Usually larger pump starts, should first close the outlet valve to reduce the starting current, until the pressure of the pump rising and stable, then open the outlet valve.
- Q: We just replaced the motor on our water pump that burnt out but we are still getting no water pressure. My father in law did a lot of test stuff on it he thinks it's the foot valve. Well I've been trying to call every where get quotes but NOT 1 of the places I called is answering their phone for some reason. So how much dose it usually run to have someone come fix your foot valve so I have an idea to tell my husband?
- a foot valve is not that hard to change, i put mine 3 foot down from the top, the pump is on the bottom [submerged] if your s is out of the water , , check the air pressure in the air tank, also
- Q: I'm trying to convince my dad to get a 1984 Porsche 944 for $900. However, the car need a new water pump and I was wondering how much it would be to get the part installed at a shop. What would be a good estimate as I'm planning on going to more than one place. So included with the price of the part and installation is this a good deal? And is the car reliable?
- Installing okorder /. You really can't scrimp on these cars. Maybe you can save a few dollars if you shop for parts. But if a timing belt fails or the pump bearing siezes, your engine is done. You need to be especially careful about water pumps, as a cheap rebuild may be poor economy. The part in the above post is an auxiliary water pump, not the primary water pump. The electric aux pump is a sort of preheater for the cabin, and need not be replaced unless it's stalled.
- Q: I want to buy a tree spraying rig for my property but would like to know its theoretical capabilities first. The rig has a gas powered diaphragm pump capable of delivering 20 GPM @ a maximum pressure of 300 psi. The hose coming from the pump is 150' long and is 0.75in diameter. It has a solid stream nozzle that measures 0.1875in diameter. What would the maximum theoretical elevation that this setup could deliver a steady stream of water? The nozzle would be aimed at between 45 and 60 degrees from horizontal.
- well water exerts about 1 atm pressure (15psi) for each 33 feet of depth so 300psi is about 10 atm meaning that your pump could support a column some 330ft high then figure what pressure you would need to make your spray effective and subtract 33ft per 15psi this is only a ballpark estimate losses in hoses will be significant
- Q: I am having overheating issues with my 1993 3.4L V6 Camaro,Once I start the car with no AC or Heat on while at idle or driving the car will overheat, almost to the red line. When I get onto the highway it will slowly drop all the way down to operating tempeture. Also if I turn on either the AC or Heat while driving around town the car will not overheat. On my way home I turned everything off and let the car overheating, when I got home I opened the hood and the fans are going but still overheating. Also the major sympton is that the water pump will click on and off when I have AC blowing. It will click on and off every 10 seconds or so.New waterpump?
- I should change the water pump. The vains or fins in the housing are probably worn. You will see that they are when you pull off and flip it over. Those fins is what keeps the water moving......Steve
- Q: My car started to leak anti-freeze Really fast, so i had to pour water in there to keep it from overheating, so i took it to my mechanic, and left it there overnight, and they call me the next morning and tell me that the water pump needs to be fixed, and a few belts got water damage on them, and a a few driving belts need to be replaced. he said it would come out to be 695.97, does that sound like the right cost?
- actual okorder ....bet its 150 dollars..... around...u may get someone to do it for 400 to 500... water damage on the belts LOL,,,every time u go through a puddle they get water on them
- Q: Why does the water pump leak?
- Two reasons. One is that the gap between the bearings becomes larger. Damage the water seal. One is the aging of water seal.
- Q: Trying to replace my water pump and was told labor would cost $90 for an 06 impala 3.9L I don't know if it's reasonable for the amount of work.
- Very reasonable. $90 an hour is a typical rate for a certified mechanic. And replacing a water pump on your Chevy could easily take up to 2 hours or longer.
- Q: I have a '97 Chevy S-10 2.2 with 208K miles. Today on the way to work the heat cut out suddenly.I have had an issue with my engine where the temp will go up and down while on the highway but maxes out at like 215. Today after the heat cut out it was getting up near the redline before going back down to 150.I made sure the coolant was good before coming home but on the way home it was doing the same thing. I changed the thermostat but it's still doing the same thing. When I rev the engine I can see the upper radiator hose collapsing so it seems like there's a clog somewhere but I don't know how to find it. I guess it could be the water pump but then what is causing the suction on the upper radiator hose?Anyone have any ideas?
- You have a leak in a hose. I would suspect a heater hose or lower radiator hose. When you put water into the radiator, you still had air in the system, this prevents you from having the required amount of coolant in the system. Find the leak, fix the leak. Jack up the front of the truck to where the radiator cap is at the highest point in the system, then add coolant. Problem solved.
