1. Introduction

D, DG type pump is horizontal single-suction multistage centrifugal pump. These series pump have features of high efficiency, wide performance scope, operating safely and smoothly, lower noise and long working life and convenient to maintain etc. The product carry out the standard of GB/T5657.

2.Application

It is used to transport other liquid whose physical and chemical characteristic are similar to water. Also can tansport hot water, oil, corrosive or contain grain medium through change the marterial of pump passing parts, seal types and adding cooling system.

Capacity range: 3.7~500 m³^_/h

Head range: 49~680 m

Medium temperature: D< +105°c DG: -20°c~+150°c

Notice: Use an explosion-proof motor when used in coal well.

Q: What is the function of open circulating water pump and shutdown in thermal power plant?: According to the water quality difference, the purpose is to provide the corresponding cooling water, for the system oil cooler, machine seal and other cooling. Q: Yesterday morning I was looking under my hood and I noticed that I was leaking water. It looked like the leak was coming from the water pump.I had to get to work, which is close by so I topped off the radiator and went to work. When I got to work I looked under the car and saw no leaking. I figured the radiator had ran dry although the car hadn't overheated, After work I started to fill the radiator to get home. I saw that I had leaked a little fluid but not much. I topped it off and picked up my son then went home. No overheating. No leaking. Today I've ran several errands and I've had no problems. What do you think was going on with my water pump yesterday?: Sounds like a leaky gasket on pump...A suggestion : Remove lower raditor hose let old coolant drain..Maybe replace thermostat.. Refill with fresh Prestone...Check water pump bolts for tightness . Replace any hoses etc... if needed

Q: yesterday the electric went out for a while we had some big storms and now the water doesnt work, the pump is running but there is no water coming out, i need help on how to fix it, please. hurry: You might need a new foot valve. That keeps the water from draining back into the well. Depending on what type of pump you have, could be at the bottom of the well. To bleed the well, you need to remove the plug on the motor...it looks like a nut...about 3/4. You remove that and fill with water...when its full, turn the pump on and keep filling it till it gushes out...put the plug in (with new teflon tape) and it should work. Be careful not to touch the electrical, could get shocked. Its easy if the foot valve is good.

Q: mercury 9.8hp.installed a new water pump impeller and still no water circulating through engine. no blockage anywhere. now what??? i`m stumped at this point.: I have seen this many times on 9.87.5Merc'sThere is a plastic o-ring under the power head and it is probablly melted closed.There is a way to fix it without removing the powerhead.Remove the lower unit and pull out the water pickup tube.Then use a piece of brake line 5/16th sharpen on a 45 degree angle and push up the opening for the water pickup to open the passage.This will fix your water problem.

Q: There is no water at all! What can we do to troubleshoot this before calling a Plumber? This is the first time this has happened and we never had a well before. Please help (serious answers only): Well, if you dn't have any water, it's not the water heater or the thermostat, it's got to be the pump. Has the circuit breaker tripped? You should check that before you call a plumber.

Thanks.: did u get a mechanic to do it? or do it yourself? if you had a mechanic do it, ask them to fix it if you had no problems prior. Could be thermostat, could be you dont have enough coolant in radiator or even proper coolant to water ratio. All i know is you need to bleed out the radiator to remove all air after water pump is taken off and put back on, because that can cause problems aswell. ok well you just updated it, so i am too, your mechanic sounds like a dumb ****, he should have bled air out of radiator, the fact he told you is weird, should have fixed it then and there. It is an important step of changing water pump. If there is air in it, your radiator and water pump wont be rotating the water properly. Tell him to fix it and say you did your research and you're not paying another cent!

Q: my water is frozen from pump to faucets,do i thaw from pump to faucet ,or faucet to pump?: open faucet nearest pump, use hair dryer on line from faucet to pump. Of course you need better insulation, but you can leave a faucet drip to help keep the line from freezing up until then.

Q: im buying a mazda 626 for 800 abd the owner selling just let me know that the water pump is going out. is it a fairly easy fix or should i keep shopping for a vehicle?: keep shopping, water pump will run about $30 and if you take it to a shop they'll charge $150 if not more to install, it'd be best to find a car in better condition

Q: Had house power washed today and need my water to work again!: I have never had occasion to wash my house power(?) as you have apparently done, but I would guess that you need to dry out your circuit breaker somehow and then it should work fine, I believe. On the other hand, it may have been irreparably damaged, in which case you should go to Home Depot or Lowes and get a replacement breaker and install the new one.( Be sure to cut the main breaker off before attempting any electrical work such as this. )
