Hydraulic performance:

It adopts the internantional advanced computer aided software and the modern design methods(namely optimum design and reliable design approach) for the hydraulic and structural design of the pump so that TPOW double-suction pump boasts efficient and noticeable resistance to cavitation. Compared with home-made like products, this series of product has a 2-4% higher efficiency and noticeably stronger cavitation resistance, which will save a lot of capital for the user .

Working Conditions:

The maximum working pressure of TPOW volute double-suction pump system is 2.5Mpa, namely pump inlet pressure +pump lift head≤2.5Mpa,and the test pressure of pump static pressure is 3.75Mpa. According to the maximum pressure that the pump body can bear, the materials for body and bonnet adopt the grey cast iron(1.6Mpa),spheroidal graphite cast iron(2.0Mpa)and cast steel (2.5Mpa). Please note the pump′s bearing pressure or materials in the order. This series of pump can transport the clear water or other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties as clear water with temperture T≤105℃.

Q:I got a water pump replaced a few month back, ( i own a 95 Honda civic) i have a wierd muffled rattle coming from that part of my car, i was told by a mechanic that it sounds like a bearing is dried out, he says that it wont affect the water pump itself but the ratlle will remain ... is this true . . .: i havn't heard of that, but i hear new things every day, sounds to me like it could be timing belt or gears, or a bad W/P it happens if he says its making noise tell him you would like it replaced under warrnty, cuz any were you get them they have at least a 1 year on them, cuz if you pay for a part weither it works fine or not, should not make noise it is not supose to.......i work for NAPA auto parts.....and ask were they got the pump, if he sayz auto zone you best tell them to get the sec on some were else

Q:I was vacuuming up water from my basement I assumed was from the rain, suddenly water started spraying out of a blue pump at the base of my furnace, don't know what the pump does or why its spraying but its making an awful mess.: Blue pump, usually found on the floor near the furnace (sometimes mounted where plenum meets the furnace frame) is a condensate pump. One of the products of combustion is water. This water is drained from the ventor motor (a motor which runs and sets a artificial draft inside the combustion chamber) to a drain nearby or a electric pump which then pumps the water over a longer distance to a remote drain. If the pump's discharge outlet gets plugged from dirt the result is usually the mess you see. Remove the cover plate of the pump housing, clean it out and run a wire with a small rag attached as a snake through the tube to drain. There is usually some type of float switch inside the pump housing so make sure it is free to move. Check for operation by pouring some tap water in it and move the float switch to on (up) One final note and this is very important. If the pump or tube to drain is filled up with a crud that resembles paste, call your local trusted HVAC tech for furnace service. This condition can be an early sign of heat exchanger failure and is a major safety concern for your family

Q:Where is the water pump?How do i take it out, and replace it?: Another thing that's good to do is disconnect the battery , plus be sure to check the quality and mixture of the coolant with a anti-freeze tester , also have a container handy so nothing falls on the ground bec anti-freeze is poison to animals if they drink it etc. Hope that helps and best of luck.

Q:Do I need to change the water pump if I replace the timing belt ? and does the water pump connect with the timing belt ? if the water pump goes out will it bend the rods ?: i would get out of that thing they are nothing but trouble always! a have a freind got a nice chevy ,never been happier?

Q:cars leaking coolant from the right side just dont kno if its the water pump: Water pump will be at the front center of the engine usually about 2 behind the fan belt Please be very careful never to allow the vehicle to run low on coolant or serious and expensive engine damage will occur. If in doubt don't drive it until its fixed Take a flashlight and take a good look over the whole engine compartment giving close attention to all the hoses connecting the engine to the radiator its best to find the exact location of the leak and get it fixed.Coolant leaks usually leave a discolored stain so this may help in finding it. Also take a look at the carpet on both front floorpans of the vehicle its possible that the cars heater may have failed and this will leak coolant all over either 1 or both floor pans which can then leak out on to the ground below via a drain hole.

Q:Yang Chengtai big, the pump power is too small, the water pump will be bad?: Related to water pump structure, when the pump head is higher than the rated pump head, the current will increase, the water discharged from the pump impeller, back to the inlet of water from between the impeller and the casing exceeds the rated value, if it is a high lift pump, clearance between the impeller and the casing is small, the water pump current increases with increasing lift, current too much faster than the rated value, the motor will burn; if it is a low lift pump design, when the clearance between the impeller and the casing of the strict requirements, and even some of the water pump, the outlet is blocked, the pump will not burn. The drinking water pump used on the table, generally used non-toxic latex diaphragm pump, the head is too much, will damage the diaphragm part, the motor because the circuit has protection, the motor is not easy to damage. Generally do not risk good, according to the actual situation, select the appropriate lift, suction pump.Yang Chengtai large! If the pump power is too small! The pump will break! But not necessarily bad, mainly determined by the pump structure.

Q:I have a 2001 Nissan Frontier the head gasket is shot[i think] checked thermostat and checked for clogs, flushed system, noticed bottom of radiator is cold but top is hot, is water pump shot?does not wiggle, or did i put thermostat in backwards? Q:The water is being put in because it was overheating. We changed the thermostat and everything and it got better, but about a month later it started overheating again and now it is leaking water bad from underneath the car. Whatever is leaking is covered by a shield thing. Im not sure what it is, and I dont want to replace it before I know if thats really what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.: If the leak is on the passenger side of the car (near the tire) then it is most likely your water pump. It is driven by the serpentine belt that drives most of the visible components on the passenger side of the engine. (power steering, A/C, Alternator etc) To check it, you need to look UNDER the water pump, it has a weep hole. If this small (1/8) hole is wet, or shows signs of having been leaking (like discoloration or rust) then your waterpump seals or bearings are going. The unit must be replaced. This should also fix your over heating problems. If the leak is near the back-center of the engine, then it may be a frost plug (also called a freeze plug) these are designed to pop if the enging coolant freezes to prevent damage to the engine block, they can also be opened if the engine over heats. Be careful when replacing this plug, if you drive it INTO the engine, you will have to dismantle the engine to get it out again. On the plus side, you can get rubber plugs that are easy to install and quite inexpensive. I'd place the water pump as the most likely problem.
