5. FAQ

1       Can your pumps mount Eff.1 motors

Currently, only on request though this will shortly be a CNBM standard.

2       Are your pumps protected against dry running?

No, unprotected centrifugal pumps are not generally designed for dry running. It is important to give us or your dealer as much information as possible about the system in which the pump is used. Inlet pressure, the type of liquid to be pumped, together with relative density, viscosity and temperature, for example, are required in order to allow CNBM to recommend the right pump with the right gaskets for a long operating lifetime.

3       How can I get trained on CNBM products?

Yes, we provide training courses in our factory (products, general and specific pump technology, hydraulics, and practical applications). Please consult your sales manager or get in touch with our headquarters for more information.

Q: i replaced the water pump and redid the timing belt. now when i start it, it sounds like one of the cylinder is misfiring and makes a chucking noise. do you have to reconnect everything together to see if thats the problem? the engine worked fine before i replaced my water pump. engine like vibrates at each chucking noise. could it be incorrect timing even when the engine starts fine? or is one of the valves bent which is causing the vibration and noise? i checked teh spark plugs and they are fine could if be bad coils? or is the crankshaft weared out? please help and thanks for you help about my situation.
Call or go up to your local Mitsubishi dealer, the techs should be able to show you a diagram or tell you where the marks are.
Q: Can I install a recirculating hot water pump to a boiler? Someone just told me that I have a boiler not a water heater, but I have to wait for minutes for the shower to heat up
I merely positioned one in my homestead and did no longer use a pump. Mine is precisely gravity. I decrease into (with a tee setting up) the present warm water feed line at a factor which became farthest from the water heater and then deliver a clean line back to and teed into the drain on the very backside of the heater. I positioned a diverse off valve interior the line merely up from the hot tee close to the drain so it quite is adjusted or close off if mandatory. (Mine is open and has been considering I put in it) some structures could require a verify valve interior the hot return line on the horizontal area of the return line close to the water heater. I positioned one in in spite of the fact that it does no longer enable my equipment to artwork so I bumped off it and all is definitely now. All you're doing is making a loop so the nice and comfortable water is often circulating from the heater by way of the feed lines and while it cools slightly it returns by potential of gravity to the tank. this is the very ultimate subject I even have accomplished in some years. this gives you instantaneous warm water and no pumps, no electric use. you may learn this equipment on the internet. merely Google for it. solid success
Q: Multi storey residential buildings also need to set up pressurized water pump room, direct water supply can not be?
The tap water supply pressure is enough, so there is no need to pressurize.
Q: I live in a residential/country area, and I have a well pump down cellar. I notice that, even if I am not using any water, nothing is running (toilet, etc) it tends to cycle on and off every hour or so. The pressure is always good, so that's not an issue. I am just wondering....is it normal for it to do this?
How long does it pump when it turns on? This sounds like short cycling; you might have a leak somewhere in the system.
Q: It DID start after the Water Pump was put on. And i have not yet been able to detect a vacuum leak. The quot;whistling noiseseems consistent with RPMs, and the quot;dieseling(run-on) stopped in all but a rapid succession of 5 quick ~1-minute start/stops when the engine was fully warmed.. then it minorly ran-on.Could i be driving myself nuts over a Water Pump sound, and if it IS a Water Pump bearing, do i need a new Water Pump?1984 Chevy Camaro. 2.8 V6 carb'd 165,000 miles Auto.
nicely, whilst you're like me you should make effective your self which you're turning out to be performed what ought to be performed. So, to locate precisely the place the noise is coming from, get your self a stethoscope. we are going to use component of backyard hose for this and it artwork great, 3-4 feet long. place one end on your ear and flow the different end around the engine (being careful of all shifting areas) the place you think of the noise is coming from. this variety you would be waiting to pinpoint the place the noise is and what section is making it. you would be attentive to you have discovered it whilst the noise is loudest. get rid of and replace. attempt this and that i assure you will locate the priority. you will be able to choose help revving the engine at those rpm you indicated. sturdy success!
Q: It is used in a water pumping station.
What Is Submersible Pump
Q: A pump, the flow rate of 30T/H per hour, lift 30 meters, should be allocated more power motor?
Depends on how big your water pump is. How long is the pipe length?
Q: I have gotten oil in my coolant, and coolant in my oil..It might be the head gasket, no doubt, but many people said (online forums) that my bike, has issues with the seal that is separating oil pump from water pump. They go bad, and when they do, the oil mixes with coolant and vise versa. Now, I am seeking from professional help, on how to take out both of the pumps, without messing up timing, and also without messing up anything else. I have removed the entire exhaust system, dropped the oil pan, and i can see the oil/water pump pretty good. What i do not know is how to remove it properly. Any help is help, I have searched and searched on google and forums on how to perform this task, but couldnt find any specific help on how to remove the pump. Thank you!!!!!
