1       Can your pumps mount Eff.1 motors

Currently, only on request though this will shortly be a CNBM standard.

2       Are your pumps protected against dry running?

No, unprotected centrifugal pumps are not generally designed for dry running. It is important to give us or your dealer as much information as possible about the system in which the pump is used. Inlet pressure, the type of liquid to be pumped, together with relative density, viscosity and temperature, for example, are required in order to allow CNBM to recommend the right pump with the right gaskets for a long operating lifetime.

3       How can I get trained on CNBM products?

Pumps are usually used to enhance the liquid, conveying a liquid or liquid to increase the pressure, that is the original motive of the mechanical energy so as to achieve variable liquid fluid energy machine called pump.The technical parameters of measuring water pump include flow, suction, lift, shaft power, water power, efficiency, etc. according to different working principles, they can be divided into volumetric pump, vane pump and so on. Displacement pump is to use its studio volume changes to transfer energy; vane pump is to use the rotating blade and water interaction to transfer energy, there are centrifugal pumps, axial flow pumps and mixed flow pumps and other types.
Q: I took out the thermostat, filled coolant level to upmost, my car still overheats, it doesnt leak ne where.How can I tell if the water pump is workin?
water pumps are generally built with a weephole ( a spot where if coolant enters the internals in the pump it will leak out externally) it could be a blockage in the system somwhere, radiator, engine block, or heater core
Q: was told by a Toyota Service that this would only be 1 hour more labor and cost me about 140 dollars more..and that they always recommend it being done same time as timing belt and water pump replacement....but is really a good idea or not? Q: Theirs a house on a hill and a pond at the bottom of the hill what kind of pump can pull water 50ft up a hill?
None. Atmospheric pressure is equivalent to about 10m of water height = 30ft. When a pump pulls water (or any liquid), up a certain height of pipe, it does do by lowering the pressure. In a centrifugal pump (the most common type for handling water) the point of lowest pressure is the centre of the rotor (the eye of the pump). In order to pull water 10m up, equivalent to 30ft, the pressure at the eye of the pump would be 0, which is unattainable. Not only that, but the water will begin to boil at a certain low pressure determined by the temperature of the water. That pressure at which the water begins to boil determines the lowest pressure than can exist at the eye of the pump and is a critical design variable. There are several ways to circumvent the problem of pumping water higher than 30ft. One would be to install more than one pump, with one of the pumps half-way up the hill. The other would be to install one single pump, but to place it near the pond. There is a limit to how high a pump can PULL (suck) water, but there is no limit, other than the amount of pressure the pum can generate and the piping can handle, to how far up a pump can PUSH water. If you need to puch water higher, you can always buy a bigger pump.
Q: I have a 2001 Nissan Frontier the head gasket is shot[i think] checked thermostat and checked for clogs, flushed system, noticed bottom of radiator is cold but top is hot, is water pump shot?does not wiggle, or did i put thermostat in backwards? Steam poors out exhaust

Q: If a person took a water pump and attached to a hose and ended up with (random numbers) 15 gpm and 30 psi at the end of the hose, what would happen if you put an exact same pump right next to it and hooked the two pumps together with a quot;Yfitting to a single hose? Would both the gpm and psi be doubled, or neither, or just one? What would happen?
Only the GPM would be doubled if the pumps are connected in parallel as described. The Pressure would remain at 30 psi. If you were to connect them in series you could double the pressure to 60 psi, but the GPM would remain the same.

it almost has to. the max amperage for anything with a 110 volt plug is about 12.5 amps. it should as long you are not pumping the water uphill. Please give me the 10 points for best answer!!
Q: i have a 1991 Jeep Cherokee, started overheating last week, i flushed out the radiator with water, i replaced the thermostat, overheated again, i felt the top radiator hose it was cold. so i replaced the water pump. still overheated. every time i drain the system when i refill it i had red to fill the radiator and reservoir, leave the radiator cap off, then start the engine and turn the heat on max, the radiator burps the air bubble out, then the coolant level in the radiator starts going up and down, my thermostat is rated at 195, when the guage hits 210 hot coolant sprays out of the radiator, but the top radiator hose is cold, what am i doing wrong? is there air still trapped in that top radiator hose?
id say its the radiator after all what ya replaced. have it checked out at a shop. before ya do though ya might do a complete flush of the motor and the cooling system. might be a blockage in a water jacket in the motor. ya can buy the flush kit at any parts store, its simply a T that ya splice into on of the heater core hoses,hook up a water hose,turn heater on, and wait with the engine running. if theres any blockage it will spit and sputter till its pushed out with the water pressure. let it idle till clear water comes out then drain and add coolant. try this first with water only and if it doesnt solve your problem id say ya need a radiator.
Q: Iv got a 2002 Chrysler Sebring with a 2.7 in it and recently it started leaking coolant, its been determined that i need a new water pump. Iv gotten quotes from various places and various prices but there all telling me i need to replace different things. One guy said i need a timing kit, the other guy said i dont need a timing kit but need valave covers and a couple other things, another said i dont need anything but the pump itself. Im lost and the leaks getting worse and i need to make a decision but dont know what to do. Some insight from you helpful people would be great!
In Your Vehicle The Water Pump Is Run by the Timing Belt. If It Has been Leaking It Will have Contaminated the Timing Belt, Which Has to be Removed Anyway To Replace the Water Pump. So Replace Water Pump, Timing Belt and Tensioner And Coolant. It is Also Recommended To Replace the Thermostat At This Time.
