1.Structure of End Suction Centrifugal Pump Description
End Suction Centrifugal Pump complies fully to the European Standard BS EN733 / DIN24255 of performance and dimensions. They are used for pumping clean water or liquids similar to water, achieving wide application on plants, mines, city water supplies, air-conditioning coolers, firefighting system and irrigation. Pumps of the same model have different performance levels basing on different diameter after impeller trimming. Overall the whole series, there are only four sizes of shaft and five of bearing housing. As long as their bearing housings are of the same size, different pumps can interchange chief parts such as shaft, shaft sleeve, shaft seal, impeller nut, etc.
End Suction Centrifugal Pump is also very easy to be installed and maintained. Back pull-out design, driven through flexible coupling, so that pump casing and motor can remain in position while other spare parts are removed.

First of all, Africa is not a country, its a continent and there are 53 countries in it. 2nd, Pakistan is not a piss poor country like most of the poor African countries you see daily on TV. Pakistan is a developing country with no shortage of water. In fact, just a few months ago about 30 million people were effected by the worst floods in the country's history. They don't need no water pumps. Worlds 5th and 6th Largest Dams, Mangla Dam and Tarbela Dam are in Pakistan. Not to mention Tarbela is also the world's largest earth-filled dam. Another one, Diamer Bhasha Dam (under construction) when completed would be the worlds highest Roller Compacted Concrete Dam in the world with height of 272 meters, leaving behind Miel I in Colombia (188 meters). Not to mention, Pakistan has the largest irrigation system in the world. So in short Pakistan certainty doesn't need any water pumps donations lol. Whatever water pumps they may need for any purpose, they are perfectly capable of manufacturing themselves. The country made nukes on their own for God sakes! You seem like a good kid though, so if you want to do something for poor people, concentrate on Africa and India. - Q: So I purchased this car last week. It ran great for three days until it started leaking water so much that it caused it to over heat. My uncle checked it out for me and said it was either the seal or the water pump. Yesterday we replaced the seal and still leaking water. So we now know it is the water pump. My uncle and every mechanic I know has turned down the job saying it is too much work. I even called two small shops yesterday and got turned down saying it was too much work. It is Sunday so most mechanics are closed. Can anyone give me an estimate on how much this will cost. The problem is everyone is saying that the pump is located inside the timing belt which is hard to put back after replacing the pump. Anyone ever have this repair done before or know a price range. I am a college student and need this car running asap and only got about $500 i can put into it. It is a V6 engine.Thanks

- It's easier than you think. Pull front covers off under hood that cover radiator area. One is a plastic guard and under that is the metal support. Pull electric fan out by onbolting it from sides and 2 clips on top and eletrical connector. Now you have room to work. Loosen belts by losening bolt in center of pulley then loosen them by turning adjustment bolt. pull off belts then pull off these pullies with their brackets as one unit off front cover. Take off front covers by taking off 10mm bolts. Crank area has a triangle shaped plate and you can and just loosen bottom 10mm bolt and take off the two above. now slide cover up and you can see water pump. Set cams on their marks for reference, they have a dot on cams and a slot on housings. loosen timing belt tensioner on bottom of engine and evenly pull bolts to get slack on timing belt about one inch should be enough. now you can pull pump off and slide it out being carefull not to let belt slip on cams and lose timing. install the same way, then slowly turn each bolt up on hydrolic tensioner to ease tensioner center pin back to position. make sure timing marks are ok then put everthing back by reverse order. Or you can also pull radiator and bottom crank pulley with a 3 jaw puller and replace belt with new one. This involves pulling out tensioner also. tensioner can be collapsed in vice slowly then use suitable pin to go through cener pin and its case to keep it collapsed, set on new belt and pull pin after tensioner is installed to set belt tension. I hope this helps, Iv'e done this on a few 3.5 litres my self. GOOD LUCK.

- The easiest way is to pump a bottle of mineral water under the pump. It's too long to cut off some of it.Bottle to the end, the pump can beat oxygen on the line. A hole is under the bottle.

- First- don't make assumptions. Let's begin with what you know: your car overheats when you stop but not when you drive. That's not the water pump. To get a good diagnosis, you should get a repair manual and read the troubleshooting chapter. Look for your symptoms and try to identify the problem. Without knowing more, you're driving a ten-year old cooling system. Possibly there' some build-up in the radiator that reduces flow of coolant. Could also be build-up in the cooling jackets in the motor. The controls for the electric fan could be failing, so the fan's not operating when the temperature goes up. And when you drive, air goes through the radiator sufficiently so it doesn't overheat. Could be several factors, but not necessarily the water pump. Possibly the belt that drives the water pump is slipping, but you'd likely hear a squealing noise. Hope you find the problem without just swapping out lots of parts until the problem goes away. - Point blank, ask the folks at Auto Zone where this water-pump was produced. If it was re-manufactured off-shore leave it on their shelves. I trust you knew these Duralast water-pumps are re-manufactured. All AC-Delco starters, alternators and water-pumps are re-manufactured in the USA. Every part inside the reused housings are factory brand new with parts made here in the US.
