End Suction Centrifugal Pump
1.Structure of End Suction Centrifugal Pump Description
End Suction Centrifugal Pump complies fully to the European Standard BS EN733 / DIN24255 of performance and dimensions. They are used for pumping clean water or liquids similar to water, achieving wide application on plants, mines, city water supplies, air-conditioning coolers, firefighting system and irrigation. Pumps of the same model have different performance levels basing on different diameter after impeller trimming. Overall the whole series, there are only four sizes of shaft and five of bearing housing. As long as their bearing housings are of the same size, different pumps can interchange chief parts such as shaft, shaft sleeve, shaft seal, impeller nut, etc.
End Suction Centrifugal Pump is also very easy to be installed and maintained. Back pull-out design, driven through flexible coupling, so that pump casing and motor can remain in position while other spare parts are removed.
2.Main Features of the End Suction Water Pump
• very easy to be installed and maintained
•Back pull-out design
•Driven through flexible coupling
•Customized design is available, OEM and ODM are welcomed.
•Horizontally and vertically installation as different pipeline system

- Q: Building installation problems, beginners, many problems need to be solved, thank you!
- Because each manufacturer's label is different, the country although some specifications, but not enforced, so purely from the literal meaning is difficult to explainWe will try to solve the following problems:WQ-- sewage submersible pump80-- outlet diameter of water pump40 - M /h fand flow15 lift M1600 speed, r/min4Kw powerAs for J, Y is rated as sealed form and waterproof gradeI don't know whether it is correct or not
- Q: What does 'MCL' Unit stands for water pump. How can convert this Meter head of the pump. For example : 50 MCL to ------- MTR HEAD. What is the formula?
- Maybe that's correct
- Q: my sump pump keeps filling with sewer water. i cant figure out why or where it could be coming from. and the smell is awful.
- The only way you can have actual sewer water in your sump pump is if there is a broken pipe that is leading to the sewer and broke. It would have to penetrate and saturate the ground, then go all the way into the soil under the foundation and enter your drainage system under the basement floor. It then would run back to the pit containing your sump pump which would pump it back up through the pipe and start it all over again. If you have a septic tank the same pipe could be leaking, the tank might have a crack in it, or if you have had a massive amount of rain the field might be swamped and the water is following the pipe back into the house. If on a municipal sewer the municipality is generally responsible from the house to the street and you are responsible from the foundation back into the house. If it is septic system, you are completely responsible for all repairs. First thing to do is decide which system you have and call them if it is sewer system, call a plumber if you are on septic.
- Q: I have a 1969 Chrysler with a new 3 core radiator. It still has the stock water pump and I am wondering if a high volume pump would make it run cooler at higher speeds. It runs hotter when you get off the freeway. I have flushed the system and installed a new thermostat. I also replaced the fan clutch. I am at a loss of why it still runs warmer than the 180* thermostat.
- Sometimes I really wonder about Robert. Yeah, water boils at 212--AT ATMOSPHERIC pressure. But a cooling system is pressurized to RAISE the boiling point. So, ah, Robert is once again in left field. Because if you wait for it to boil over, you've probably already caused engine damage. You do NOT need a high volume pump. The 3 core radiator does NOT need more flow. The temp gauge should not fluctuate. That's the job of the T-stat--to regulate engine temp and keep it at a set point. If you're engine is getting hot at higher speeds, Check for missing baffles or cracked fan shroud
- Q: Can I charge the battery (1.2Vx2) with the suction tube submerged in the water or do I have to remove the suction tube every time I have to charge the battery?
- Since you don't mention the model of the pump, if you can connect the charger with a dry connection, you should not have to remove the pump/tube. If you have to take the battery out, you stand the risk of dropping it in the water putting it back, but obviously (I think) you don't have to remove the pump/tube.
- Q: Water pump motor often caused by water can not run, how can solve?
- You are immersed in water or oil pump pump, if flooding do not be afraid, if you put oil thread wrapped with waterproof tape, general water pump inlet is in the end, you want what the price of copper or aluminum pumps, the price is basically the same, do not buy too cheap water pump
- Q: hiI have very low pressure only on the hot water in my kitchen sink. Cold water is fine. Can anyone recommend a water pump/power shower i can use for boosting my hot water in the kitchen sink tap?Ive already tested the faucet by swapping the water supplies.thanks
- To determine if it's the water system or the faucet, turn off the hot water supply valve and remove the supply line from the faucet (or remove it from the spigot on the wall and use a spare supply line). Turn the water on full and direct the water into a bucket to determine the flowrate (like you did earlier from the tap). Now repeat with the cold spigot. Did you get the same amount of water over the same amount of time (same flowrate)? If so, there's something wrong with the faucet, and it needs to be repaired or replaced. If not, you likely have some restriction in your hot water system, which could be the supply valve itself. Or it could be something anywhere from the water heater to that spigot. Next you would have to do something similar (measuring the flowrate) at various faucets in your house (including a bath/shower) to see if it's a house-wide problem or just local to that kitchen faucet. One thing that does happen in hot water systems is that debris from scale buildup in the water heater can be flushed out into the pipes and create restrictions in the valves that could affect flowrate.
- Q: We've changed the hoses, and thermostat for the radiator. It still leaks coolant but we can't find out where it's leaking from.

- Q: How does a pump pump water?
- Generally speaking, pumps mostly refer to centrifugal pumps. Generally, the centrifugal pump is driven by an electric motor. Before the pump is started, the pump body and the suction line are filled with liquid. When the high-speed rotation of the impeller, the impeller drives the liquid between the blades of a rotation, due to the centrifugal force, the liquid was thrown from the impeller center to the outer edge of the impeller (flow rate can be increased to 15 ~ 25m/s), the kinetic energy is also increased. When the liquid enters the pump shell, the flow rate of the liquid gradually decreases as a result of the gradual expansion of the flow passage in the volute pump housing, and a part of kinetic energy is converted to static pressure, so the liquid flows out at the higher pressure along the outlet. At the same time, the impeller center because the liquid was thrown out and formed a certain vacuum, and the liquid level of pressure Pa than the center of the impeller to be high, so the suction pipe of the liquid in the pressure difference into the pump. The impeller keeps rotating and the liquid is continuously sucked in and out. Centrifugal pump is able to transport liquid, mainly due to centrifugal force, so called centrifugal pump.
- Q: Domestic pump does not use water, or turn, I do not know why?
- The motor should be kept working, may be the motor switch problem, idling motor pump long time will certainly be bad, ha ha, the solution is to find a water pump maintenance master to work safety first!
