End Suction Centrifugal Pump
1.Structure of End Suction Centrifugal Pump Description
End Suction Centrifugal Pump complies fully to the European Standard BS EN733 / DIN24255 of performance and dimensions. They are used for pumping clean water or liquids similar to water, achieving wide application on plants, mines, city water supplies, air-conditioning coolers, firefighting system and irrigation. Pumps of the same model have different performance levels basing on different diameter after impeller trimming. Overall the whole series, there are only four sizes of shaft and five of bearing housing. As long as their bearing housings are of the same size, different pumps can interchange chief parts such as shaft, shaft sleeve, shaft seal, impeller nut, etc.
End Suction Centrifugal Pump is also very easy to be installed and maintained. Back pull-out design, driven through flexible coupling, so that pump casing and motor can remain in position while other spare parts are removed.
2.Main Features of the End Suction Water Pump
• very easy to be installed and maintained
•Back pull-out design
•Driven through flexible coupling
•Customized design is available, OEM and ODM are welcomed.
•Horizontally and vertically installation as different pipeline system

- Q: I have a pontiac grand am 1996 v6 with a 3.1L 3100 SFI engine. I have a coolant leak and I think it's coming from the water pump. When the car is cool and then turned on, about 4 to 9 minutes into warming up, coolant is hitting a belt and spraying out of the car's front end. When this is happening I see that there is coolant dripping off of the waterpump housing. The coolant started to spray everywhere about 15 seconds before the radiator fan kicked in. Why would this happen when first warming up only? Can a defective thermostat cause this to happen?
- Stop guessing and have the cooling system pressure tested.
- Q: Who can tell me such water pump medium flow direction should be what kind of, from left to right, or from right to left, is low into the higher?
- In the picture, to the right is the entrance, the left is the exit, the water pump inlet channel section area generally will be bigger than the export.
- Q: HelloMy question is about a 2000 Nissan AltimaThe coolant in my radiator seems to be emptying out very often. When I re-fill the radiator and start the car, coolant slowly starts dripping from below the a/c compressor. I do not know if its the a/c compressor that is leaking or some other part there. Is there a possibility that the compressor itself is leaking coolant or could it be the water pump? I checked the hoses that go in and out of the compressor and there seems to be no leak. All I can see is coolant from the bottom of the compressor dripping at a rate of, say 1 drop per 2 seconds.Thank you
- i think of that particularly some the coolant have been given interior the compressor and now it is being heated up by ability of the warmth out of your compressor rotation jointly as the unit doesnt artwork , it nevertheless spins whilst you're taking the belt off the compressor, and replace it with a smaller belt that fits without the AC it would end the smoke. or you are able to desire to absolutely eliminate the AC compressor (as a results of fact it wont artwork) and be rid of the comprehensive subject.
- Q: Colleagues, could you explain the principles of operation of the water vane vacuum pump? What range of pressure can one achieve with this type of vacuum pump? If somebody could post a reference to books, app notes, commercial datasheets of such pumps, that would be simply great.

- Q: Plumber quotes installing system using cross-over valve which some way ties the recirculation through the cold water pipes. This sounds like a short-cut. Are there any disadvantages to this system?
- what your plumber is installing is a pump and temperature sensor under a sink , hopefully the furtherest from the water heater. what it does is sense when the hot water temp drops below a certain point, at which time it pumps the water into the cold line until the temp rises again.. the obvious advantage being , not having to wait a long time at the faucet for the water to get hot.. the also obvious disadvantage being electric consumption.. not only for the pump and controller , but also with the water heater clicking on a little more often.. not a lot of expense but a balance against convenience..
- Q: Hello, I'm having an issue with grinding/metallic noise from engine bay. Alternator was replaced today and didn't fix. However, when I got the car back from the garage the oil level indicator is saying quot;inactivequot;. I seem to find some answers on the web that say the oil level indicator is in some way connected to the water pump. Car has 95k miles on and I doubt it had been changed. Could this be the cause of the noise? And could anyone possibly tell me which pulley it is on the belt? Many thanks for your time :)
- Alternator replaced? Will you be getting credit back for that? Anyway, at 95k it's almost about time to do a full preventive maintenance thing. That includes the water pump, belts, radiator hoses, I would do the tensioner and idle pulley too since one is there already. Would replace the radiator expansion tank too. Change the spark plug and valve cover gasket too while you are at it. The spark plug can be done separately, but it's time to replace them.
- Q: 97 izusu rodeo has constant squeal after timing belt, water pump and all belts being replaced what could be the cause. It sounds pretty bad.
- Are the belts the proper tension? Have you stuck your head under the hood while the engine is running to figure out where the noise is coming from? (Be very careful not to hurt yourself while doing this.) If it's still a belt making the noise and it has the proper amount of tension, then get a bar of soap. While the vehicle is on, apply the soap to a pulley the squeaking belt is on. This should get rid of the noise. If it destroys your car and kills you or your cat, I am in no way responsible...Do all of this at your own risk.
- Q: first off i should say it is below freezing here....with that said, the water pump pulley is not turnning so.. the fan belt busted which leads me to believe the water pump is frozen...... right?i am currently traveling and have little money to spend on a new water pumpis there any way that anyone may know to dethaw a frozen water pump without damaging it?... i should say, the motor is running great, no cracks or leaks from the cold.
- when a pump is froze like you say the bearings are shot and you must replace the pump
- Q: My dads needs a new water pump for his '83 Silverado v8, anyone have a DIY or a schematic or know of where I can find one? Maybe someone could tell me how. He's pretty handy with cars just doesn't know what needs to come off and in what order. -Thanks in advance!
- remove the fan shroud , then the then belt, then the fan. drain coolant then remove hoses from pump. then the water pump .. it is a 2 hour job at most . can be done as little as a hour if you have the right tools and understand the job. you will need special too to remove fan. rest is 10mm 13mm , 14mm or 15 mm bolts .. press clamps need pliers or flat screw driver to remove clamps .
- Q: Do you need a stop valve for the pump at home?
- Pump used at home do not take the water stop valve, the water level is too low, it can not pump up. In addition, there is no stop valve, not immediately pumping water, will have to wait a short time. The valve is actually a floating ball valve, when water is accumulated to a certain height, the float top, open the valve linkage; row water, reduce the water level, the valve is automatically closed, it realizes automatic drainage to steam pipeline.
