company introduction
Shanghai Ruiying Machinery Manufacture Co. Ltd locates in Tairi industrial park in Shanghai, It has a factory in Shanghai and an new production base in Jiangsu province. Ruiying has been specilizing in producing of generator and diesel engine water pump.Customization is available to meet different demand of common customers
The power of its generators are ranged from 2KVA to 2500kVA. Its generators mainly contain open type, soundproof type, wind and rain proof type, trailer type, intelligent type.
Flow of its water pump is from 10 m3/hr to 3400m3/hr. and special customers.Self-priming water pump powered by diesel, double suction axial split water pump powered by diesel and mix-flow water pump powered by diesel are Ruiying's main pump products.

Charicteristics of CAM rotor water pump
self priming diesel engine pump
1. As it has the function of self priming, no foot valve is needed, you only need to inject water into pump in first time.
2. it has a compact structure, easy to ues and maintain.
split case diesel water pump
it has a wide flow range, runs smoothly, there is little fluctuation on flow and pressure
simple transmission mechanism
smaller size, less components and size.
CAM rotor water pump
long life span
reliable, less failure, better sealed and low noise.
applicable for liquid with viscosity below 20000CP and liquid with particles.
able to transmit mixture of air, solid, liquid.
multi stage diesel engine pump
endurable for high pressure
small flow(18-155cbm/hour), big head( as large as 270m)
mix flow diesel engine pump
it has a wide flow range as large as 3400cbm/hour.
if the inlet or out let of pump is larger than 200mm, it will be very diffult to transport and assemble the pipe and PVC tape, so we use converter on the pump, then, when you purchase a pump with 500mm inlet or outlet, you can assemble 150mm or 200mm size pipes on the pump set.
its another advantage is, you can pump water at one place and distribute the water to different places, below is engneering case for this part:

- Q: i have the power max xp652 water pump, 2 inch inlet and outlet, 6.5 horsepower, and says it can reach 100 psi. now i bought the pump so i can use it for my mobile detailing business, the problem is im barely getting 40 psi out the end and its not very much water to wash a car with. Im using a two inch suction hose to get it in, then right after the outlet i reduced it down to 3/4 inch into a 50 ft. garden hose. this only got me 40 psi and the nozzle was basically just spitting it out, so i tried using 50 ft. of 1/4 inch pressure washer hose and it didnt change anything still 40 psi. so please if there is any way i can up the psi, please tell me any ideas are good. i dont know if its just because i reduced it down too quick or if my suction hose is too big. someone who is into hydraulics please help.
- Larger diameter inlet and hose pipes will help reduce the dynamic resistance during spraying.. But it is not clear how you are measuring the pressure. If the nozzle is off and you are measuring 40 lbs of pressure then that is all the pump is producing. This could be that the pump cannot provide the pump cannot pump to that pressure, or that the pressure release valve is set too low. Somewhere there is a valve that lets excessive pressure escape. That is usually very near the pump and it may release the pressure back into the reservoir - so you cannot rely on water spilling out someplace.
- Q: Variable flow variable frequency water pump how to adjust the flow?
- Flow plus transmitter control
- Q: How do I tell the difference between a long and a short water pump? I have a Chevy 350 V8, a crate motor the same size is going in very soon. How do I tell which one I have so that I can get the correct brackets, accessories, etc.?
- till it truly is made formerly 1970 it incredibly is an prolonged pump. bypass to a various factors place. the fast pump suits tight against the timing cover. The long pump has approximately 3/4 inch between the bck of the pump and the timing cover.
- Q: And if it needs to be replaced, does that spell trouble for a car? I see a car I might like to buy, but the ad says that the water pump needs to be replaced. Someone please enlighten me. Thanks.
- Most water pumps are fairly cheap either new or rebuilt. Get it replaced it keeps the engine cooled off and prevents overheating. Personally I would avoid that car unless the owner replaces the pump first. The cost is only $100 - $200 for most cars. By him replacing it you will be able to see how the car runs after, any rattling or knocking means it is toast already and not worth any more than scrap iron.
- Q: can i drive my car ,with a blown water pump, 5 miles to a service center?
- fill radator with water leave radator cap lose keep eye on temp gadge dont over heat if gets hot pullover an let cool down for a 1/2 hour an finich run to severce station won herart any thing as long as you dont over heat an most car insurance will renburse tow have to pay first an mail bill ti insuranse company a nother opson
- Q: Was I supposed to lube the water pump or what. I really don't know what it could be making the noise now. But it goes away after about 5-25 seconds of running, what could it be?
- Check closely, you may find that the pulleys are not lined up completely. Have you had the power steering pump replace? Very common to have the pulley not pressed on completely, causing the ribbed belt to not ride properly on the pulley, causing squeaks.
- Q: I have a quot;Rainbow Lifeguard Quiet One 6000external pump that I would like to use on a new chiller for my tank. The pump is rated at a little over 1500 gallons per hour. I'm debating between a couple of chillers, one that has a max flow rate of 1300 gph and another that has a max of 960.I know that you are only supposed to put any valves on the outflow side of the pump and lessening the flow to 1300 from 1500 doesn't seem like it would be that big of a problem, but I was curious it cutting it back to 960 would be hard on the pump in the long run. (I'm leaning towards the bigger chiller as although it may be overkill for my tank, it would let me have a little more water circulation.)
- I wouldn't restrict it more than about 10% or so personally. I would ask you to think about this: The rated flow rate on a pump is under perfect operating conditions and is usually a mathmatical model that cannot really be acheived in the real world. Your pump probbaly is several gallons per hours behind that. If the tank is on a stand and the pump on the floor, the head pressure alone may slow it to 1300 or below. Additional tubing, especially hard angles will further reduce the flow. I would suggest you get a flow meter ( you can probably borrow one from a plumber for a day) and test the actual flow rate in your set up. Remember that the chiller will further reduce the flow itself. Odds are good you are closer to the needed 1300 than you think. You can also install a small diverter valve in the line. Basically splitting the output from the pump into two lines. One can carry about 1250 GPH and the other the rest which it just returns to the tank unchilled. Hope that helps MM
- Q: I just bought a 1997 Honda Civic, done about 85k. There is no record of the timing belt having ever been changed so I want to get this done as a priority. My usual mechanic can't do it for a month due to other commitments so I have been ringing round for quotes, and generally these have all been to change the belt quot;plus the kit- which makes sense, change the lot while you are in there.Surprisingly, the cheapest quote I have had was from my local Honda dealer, however, they have said this is for the belt only as they don't change the tensioner/water pump on this model. Are they full of it? I'm not sure whether to take this as expertise from the car's manufacturer or total BS from some chancer trying to make money from us having to come back when other things go wrong!
- This is a hot topic even among Honda enthusiasts and professionals. The whole deal about changing the water pump, as you probably know, is that the labor to do that is small once the timing belt is out of the way. However - and this is the big issue - most original Honda water pumps last a very long time, even more than 200K miles. Do you feel lucky? One big issue enters here: what sort of antifreeze has been used in it? If it still has Honda antifreeze (dark green in your 1997, as I recall) the pump is probably still good for another 100K miles even if the coolant has not been changed on schedule. If it has conventional (bright) green or some other coolant that is not known to be silicate free I strongly recommend replacing the pump with an OEM pump. See the first source for the reason. In any case, I recommend replacing the water pump with the next timing belt change if you don't do it this time. 300K miles is a lot to ask of a pump seal. I also strongly recommend not going with an aftermarket pump - OEM only. I make a habit of always replacing the pump and tensioner(s). EDIT - Shane A has a good point. If the water pump fails next year the price of a new pump and tensioner will seem trivial. The pain of higher cost is temporary, the peace of mind is lasting.
- Q: 99 Cherokee I6. There is low pitched noise coming from the area of the water pump and alternator. Like a grinding grumbling. The water pump pulley is not loose and will not rock back and forth. Nothing is leaking. Tomorrow is forecast as icey and I have a choice of sending my wife 30 miles each way to work in the Cherokee or a 2005 Mustang, which is absolutely terrible in the snow or ice. I can get the car into the shop on Thursday for diagnosis and repair. Since the pulley is not loose I am thinking it will be OK for another day even if it is the water pump bearings. Thoughts?
- nothing is leaking. you're not even sure, positively that the water pump is the culprit. I learned something last week, that if you spray wd40 on the offending pulley it will silence it. The other pulleys of course will not be affected.
- Q: i already removed all bolts including the fan except for the last bolt on the water pump which the serpentine belt rides on the bolt backs into that so i am trying to find out how to get the bolt from the serpentine belt pulley off do i have to pull the serpentine pully off and if so how there is no bolt or allen holding the serpentine pully onim just trying to replace the water pump
- You will need to remove the pulley from the water pump, first loosen the small bolts around the front of the pulley while the belt is still on I think there is four or six bolts holding it to the water pump, when you get them loose then you can remove the belt,if the belt is not enough to hold the pulley while loosening the bolts you may have to put vice grips on one bolt while loosening the others...
