Application

66 series pump is single suction multistage submersible pump that can applied to farm irrigation, garden sprinkling, fountain landscape, rainwater recycling system, mining drainage, emergency rescues, urban water supply, enterprise and government intuition water lifting. It can be used in horizontal position(while its service life will be inferior to that of vertical using). This product has some advantages of low noise, high efficiency and energy saving.

Its suitable for enterprises and public institutions such as bath center, district heat supply, power generation, underground hot water lifting. Different specifications and types provided for different wells.

Structure description

66 series submersible pump applies the space conductance guide valve structure, and it composes of pump, motor, controller. The pump contains working part, pipe (including check valve ).

1) working part

For pumps with strong axial force, we equipped with balance hole in order to relieve the pressure, then the motor could bear the rest.

We are strict about the concentricity and axial movement. With exquisite accessories and accurate axial locating dimension, the machine has a long service life and can be operated smoothly and reliably.

2) Pipe

The pipe contains check valve, discharge pipe and pump frame. Outlet of check valve is connected with the discharge pipe to prevent the water regorging when the power is cut off. Water flows out from check valve through discharge pipe, pump frame, ground gate valve and pipes to the destination. The pump frame is fastened on the concrete plinth, supporting the whole weight of the pump.

Medium Range

1        Clean water, cold water, rainwater, gushing water of mining, drinking water, etc.

2        Water temperature range: +5--+105

3        Solid content (mass ratio): ≤0.01%

4        PH: 6.5-8.5

5        H2S content: ≤1.5mg/L

6        Cl- content: ≤400mg/L

7        The full set must be submerged into water completely in vertical position and the model must be matched with the well diameter.

Motor Parameter

The submersible motor is lubricated by clean water. It must be filled with clean water, or else its service life will be lessen. If you forget filling, the motor will be broken.

Motor protection level: IPX8

Insulation Class: E

Power Source

Low-voltage: 380v/ 50HZ, or 660v/ 50Hz

High- voltage: 3000v/ 50HZ, or 6000v/ 50HZ

If you need special voltage or frequency, please inform us in advance.

Q: I have a 2000 Chevy Malibu with 123xxx miles on it. I notice coolant being leaked on the floor heavily and my car gets hot driving. It leaks when the car is on and stops when it is off. Could it be a water pump? What r the signs of a bad water pump?
Doubt it is the water pump, it is more likely the lower intake manifold gaskets are leaking. This is a common issue on the 3.1L Malibu. NOTE: DON'T drive it like this, you may do serious damage to the engine. Better take it in for a Cooling system pressure test.
Q: PUMP RUNS BUT DONT PUMP WATER
If you just installed it you may have hooked it up backwards. The intake and output may be reversed or your electrical connection my be opposite what it is supposed to be. Take of the output side and put your finger over it. It should be creating pressure and blow on your finger. If that is not the problem check to see if you have a water filter between the tank and the pump. That my be clogged.
Q: We had to have our well pump replaced yesterday, how long before the well settles down, and the water tastes like it used to?The company who replaced the pump told us when changing a pump it disturbs the well, and it would take time for everything to settle back into place. Thank you in advance for any and all suggestions.
I had my pump changed and the water remained the same. It looks like you didn't really need a new pump, but a new screen on the well itself. Ask a well company what they think. I thought it was my pump, too, until I found out they had to change the points in my well to the tune of $1,000. Changing the pump should have never changed the well....sounds like you hired a plumber.... Good Luck!
Q: I have a '97 Chevy S-10 2.2 with 208K miles. Today on the way to work the heat cut out suddenly.I have had an issue with my engine where the temp will go up and down while on the highway but maxes out at like 215. Today after the heat cut out it was getting up near the redline before going back down to 150.I made sure the coolant was good before coming home but on the way home it was doing the same thing. I changed the thermostat but it's still doing the same thing. When I rev the engine I can see the upper radiator hose collapsing so it seems like there's a clog somewhere but I don't know how to find it. I guess it could be the water pump but then what is causing the suction on the upper radiator hose?Anyone have any ideas?
doesnt sound like water pump you may have lost a heater core thats what it sounds like to me its getting vacuum and temp is jumping but you dont have heat sounds like it to me check that next but as with the other selection check if your thermostat is in wrong
Q: I was recently driving and noticed my heat gauge in the red. I have a 1992 Honda Accord 4 door LX. When I opened the hood what appears to be water was all over the place. Is this the water pump or something else? I want to fix it this weekend so I was hoping for a better understanding of what it might be. I am aware of the labor involved with the water pump and removing the timing belts to get to it. Thanks a bunch in advance!
could also be the thermostat. but be catious if it was in the red for too long then it might have damaged the head i would chech the thermostat first because they are more likley to have problems (plus they are cheaper)
Q: How tight to a tighten down the bolts on a '86 volvo 240 water pump. The manual I bought doesn't say. The torque won't help me cause I don't have a torque wrench, so just general discription would help a lot. (I stripped the threads on a stud last time)
Volvo Water Pump
Q: Okay, the fan has the clutch unit on the front with the large nut attaching it to the water pump. Then 4 screws attach the pulley to the water pump as well. What's the best way to immobilize pulley/pump so I can get the fan blade clutch nut unscrewed? Can't hold onto the fan or clutch unit since it simply spins. Can't realy seem to hold onto the pulley either as it prefers to spin? Any suggested best ways?
First remember this tighten is loosen and loosen it tighten with the big nut on the fan clutch. And there is a tool you can buy (BMP design and Bavarian autosport have them) but I never bought one because I only could have used it once, and I try to keep my tool box as empty as I can. All this with the belt on..Get the biggest screwdriver you have and a heavy hammer. Now put the screwdriver on the tighten side one of the flat sides edge. Take hammer and give it a big wack. As long as the last guy put the fan clutch on right it should take no more than 2 tries to loosen it. Once its loose just spin it off by the fan blades and pull it out. I only once had to use a sawsall (only time I could have used the tool)on both the water pump and fan clutch to do a water pump job and after inspection I found some moron used lock tight. When you reinstall just spin it on and that's it no need to tighten.. I like to put antiseize on the bolt threads so I know the next time I have to remove the fan it will come off like buttahr...
Q: This is what it is doing- the actual pump that is in its own little shed CLICKS all of the time water is being ran, even a small amount of water. The water pressure goes to a slow trickle and eventually stops completely. After about 20-30 minutes I go back and check the spickets and the water is fine, but quickly repeats this same cycle. We just installed this pump about 3 weeks ago. It was doing fine until last week. Does it need to be primed or pressure switch settings increased or decreased? Or am I talking totally out of my head?!
Its either faulty, or was installed wrong.
Q: Hi! I need to find out what kind of water pump I need to buy for an 1978 Swinger RV we just bought to refurbish. I've searched the internet, but nothing seems to tell me what kind I need.
sarah, okorder and they can help u...but i'm sure sureflo sells the pump u need as its virtually universal. if its the engines water pump then we need to know who made the chassis; dodge or gm. under the hood in the front should be a metal tag saying dodge/fargo or general motors... if its a dodge, the only 2 engine choices for a motorhome are the 360 and the 440. the 360 has the distributor at the back of the motor straight up and the 440 has the distributor in the front of the motor tilting at about a 30* angle towards the pass side. if its a gm, there are 3 motor sizes possible; the 350/400 and the 454. the 350/400 has 4 bolt valve covers and the 454 has 7 bolt valve covers. hope this helps.
Q: I was wondering if the noise from a water pump can bother my crested gecko. I have a water pump that cycles the water that is in the leca balls, it does not make a load noise but the noise is there. Will this bother him?
It could potentially. Just see how he does-any decrease in activity or appetite-86 the pump
