The nylon overcoated wires demonstrate the same properties as the above wires without polyamide coating. What's more, because of the nylon coating, these wires' mechanic properties are improved greatly. Used in such cases where fast winding is needed.

Q: I was told to install a new CD player in my car I have to get an adapter to connect the cars factory hamrness to.the harness that came with the radio. Where can I find one and how much and what's the best brand and can you show me a picture of what one looks like
any store like wal mart, best buy or auto parts store should carry it they say what make, model and year they will fit and the wires are all color coded for ease. just tell a person at the store what you need and they will show you and help find the right one. price wise varies from $7 to $14 depending on where you go but under $20 you most likely will also need an install kit for your dash to make the radio fit properly they can help you with this also. Good luck!
Q: can i use a US wire harness on a JDM engine?? i need one for my h22 and its been really hard for me to find it. i found one for a desent price, but its a US made wire harness for a h22 t-tec
yes you may have to extend wires abit but it will work i am using my usdm wiring on a jdm b16 motor. Google swaps and they usually tell you what u have to do.
Q: i purchased a wire harness but it does not match up. the vehicle does not have premium sound either. all the wire harness i see online are the same as the one i have that doesnt fit. how do i find the right one? also all the wire diagrams i found for the vehicle show different colors than what are there

Q: i need some help finding a 98 dodge neon R/T wiring harness no part stores has them help please thnks
Id highly suggest you go to a do it yourself auto wreckers . What kind of problem are you having by the way? By the way if your going to change it why not fix it as you have it off car. Just be sure to buy the same safety approved for cars wire and same exact gages of wire. The thing is find out the colors of the wires with the problems and simply replace them and reseal the harness. Comm colors of problem wires are black , green , blue , red/white , yellow and red. Not hard to take an ohm meter and check that that the wires have good continuity and wiggle the harness move it around check the same wire that way. When replacing the wires you can soldier the new wire on and use heat shrink with a basic cig lighter to seal and weather proof the connections.
Q: I am just wondering if there is such thing as a wiring harness plug adapter. My car came factory with a Kenwood cd player. I am wondering if there is a way to swap head units with out having to splice. I have a Kenwood KDC-222, it's ok but to be honest I have had better results from Dual. I'll probably end up going with a pioneer though. Also I use non-factory subs. Anyways any help would be appreciated.
at your local best buy or circuit city for about fifteen to twenty dollars. if there is a swap meet or flea market, they will probably have it as well.
Q: i cant figure out what wires to hook up to the wires in my car, the wireing harness from the car has been cut off so i need to kno which wires to hook up and where. its an xploid cd player.
you will need three power wires (constant, ignition, and ground), plus your speaker wires (8, 10 counting the tweeters) use a test light to test your wires, usually at the radio the yellow wire is your constant, the red is your ignition, and black is always ground to find your constant use the test light, it will be hot at all times so that your radio can remember the time, and your settings- next you need your ignition, it is only hot when the key is on or in the accessory position, to tell the radio when to come on- the ground is self explanatory to find which wires go to what speakers all you need is a 9v battery, put the positive end to a wire and test all of the other wires to the negative side and you will hear a crackling noise from a speaker when you have the right combination hope that's what you were looking for, good luck
Q: i bought it yesterday today a bunch of fuses blew. i went to the ford dealership after my friend check the mechanical and said it was very strong well i went to the ford dealership (i bought it from a used car dealer not ford dealership) they gave me some frightening news they had worked on it for the dealership i bought it from. (and they knew it had wiring problems) that is a good thing for me (tennessee state law states when a sale is made and a dealer with holds information about issues about the car the dealer is responsible whether its an as is sale or not) so i'm relieved to know they have to fix it but i was hoping to know what all needs fixed and how much because i will repair it and sue because i cant be with out my car for the lenght of legal issues.
You could probabaly find a used harness at a wrecker. They're not terrible to replace. Just off the top of my head you could do it for a couple hundred bucks and a few hours . Ford would sell you a new one for about 800 and charge you 300 to install it.
Q: i have a 2000 4runner with the factory stereo and i want to put a Boss 822UA head unit in. Is the current wiring harness compatible with the boss stereo? Also, i want to wire an amp to my new stereo. do i need a new wiring harness?

Q: I need to find an engine wiring harness for a 96-97 probe gt. I have been looking and calling all local and cant find anything. Any info will help
thats cause ford is gay.it stands for found on road dead
Q: All I have found is the adapter harness for an after market stereo. All I need is the stock stereo wiring Harness. Please help.
If there had been some type of 'chop job' performed to the original wiring for the kia previously, then you might want to look for the wiring harness that came new with the vehicle. The dealership would most likely carry that item. Replacement would almost certainly entail taking your dashboard almost completely apart. I have installed plenty of stereos over the years and find that VERY convenient to work with the original 'factory' wiring. Hope this helps.
