Q: i have a 2001 Mitsubishi mirage es.i have a sumas media sm-868cd radio.my friend told me i can get a wire harness that is specified for my car and my radio. he said i should be able to plug it in my car then to the radio without any problem rather than do any wire splicing. where can i find a harness like this? please include links if you can: specific you are able to decrease and splice the wires in spite of the shown fact that that is lots easier and larger to easily get an adapter plug which will in advantageous condition your present harness. As pronounced till now you are able to %. them up at a Walmart or some comparable form shop or maybe do a cyber web seek.

Q: I was swapping out the factory radio for an after market one, after it was wired up I realized that the harness they gave me was incorrect. When I went to put the old one back in it wouldn't turn on, I checked the power at the harness I had 12volts all the car fuses were good and I there are no fuses on the actual radio.Any suggestions?: id make sure u didn bend any of the pins in the harness' connector. then i'd check ur fuses

Q: i have an old chevy single cab, long bed either a 86 or 87.pretty sure its a k20, and im putting a new system in it,tweeters,mids,and a sub and plus im putting new 2way 4x10s to fill the holes where the stock speakers were. i was just wondering if i need to buy a wiring harness cause i see a lot of people saying you have to buy a new one if your putting a new system in a vehicle: did you attempt at like a junk backyard or um mm like walmart i'd think of like a junk backyard would have them low-value reason they have all those automobiles they are going to trash anyhow so as that they are going to sell it to you low-value i actually don't be attentive to of the different place or attempt looking online like at OKorder, or pass to the yahoo seek and form wiring harness in and notice what it says wish this facilitates.

Q: I have a Alpine CDA-9885 that I'm installing into a 1978 Toyota pickup that I'm restoring, which has never had a stereo installed in it. The only info I can find on the web about installs is for specific cars and ones that are designed and prewired for a stereo.My harness has 15 wires. Can you name what the different wires are for and if possible, a vague description of what to do with it, I've done lots of wiring but never a car stereo.
