5. RFQ

1> What's the difference for CHL and CHLF(T) type?

CHL pumps have an inlet and outlet chamber which is made by stainless steel. CHLF(T) is just the section type.

2> Do you have any variable motor for these pumps?

Yes, we have. For the variable motor, the frequence can be changed as the customers' request. If the range is between 30~50Hz, the fan can be just connected with the shaft. And if the frequency is below 30Hz, then the fan has to have another separated power. The variable speed motor would be used for solar energy or some other similar situation with the unstable power.

3> How about the Delivery time?

Actually, this would be depending on the quantity. If it is just small order, 1 week would be fine. For bigger quantity, the delivery would be also less then 20 days. But for the varible speed ones, it will be taking some more time, normally it will be more than a month.

4> Are your pumps cheaper than those of your competitors?

CNBM aims to give its customers the highest standards of quality and service and delivery times, all at a reasonable price.

5> Do you have self-priming pumps?

Yes, our product portfolio also includes two ranges of self-priming pumps: self-priming electric pumps and self-priming side channel pumps.

6> Is it really necessary to fit a bleed valve for the boxes?

It is always best to have a bleed valve as the gas produced by the fermenting sewage is potentially hazardous.

Q: I am putting in a new water pump this morning on my 2006 chevy trail blazer and i rented the clutch fan removal tools but im new at this and i cant afford anyone else to do it. any advice for a rookie it looks so simple am i wrong
It is simple, make sure you buy a Hayne:s repair book for your make and model and follow all inst. The part store carries them,
Q: what is a submersible well pump?
lets break it down... submersible- able to be put underwater... well- deep hole that water comes from... pump- sucks the water...
Q: Hi I just brought a chrysler sebring V6 that needs a water pump. I found a water pump on OKorder for only $30 and it only had 900 miles and it works great. Should I buy it?
No. Absolutely not. New water pumps or remanufactured water pumps aren't that expensive. The money you would save doesn't justify the extra costs involved if the used pump ends up being bad. Used parts are fine to use for a lot of repairs - water pumps definitely aren't one of them.
Q: What causes a water pump on a car to go bad????? and are they a pain to change by yourself?????
the corrosion is the main cause, corrosion is caused by using water coming by the faucet, that water came with some minerals and stuff and the engine at high temp activate those minerals and react causing that brown water (acid water) so the best way is adding a nice mixture of coolant and destilated water is the best but if you dont have that water at hand use some radiator coolant aditive, it will neutralize the effects of the regular water coming from the faucet making that will not make your water pump last forever but your whole system will last many more years
Q: can a water pump pumping out air instead of water?
# Water pumps are generally centrifugal pumps except few specific applications. #Centrifugal pump will not pump, untill and unless the the pump is properly primed [atleast ,casing upto impeller top should be fully submerged with water.] #Since the weight of water is approximately 8000 times that of air (50 miles vs. 34 feet or 80 Km. vs. 10 meters) the centrifugal pump can produce only 1/8000 of its rated liquid pressure. In other words, for every one foot water has to be raised to prime the pump, the centrifugal pump must produce a discharge head of approximately 8000 feet (each meter requires a head of 8000 meters) and that is impossible with conventional impeller diameters and speeds. *All of this means that if you intend to use a centrifugal pump you're going to have to come up with some sensible method of priming it. Your choices will include : *Install a foot valve in the suction piping to insure the liquid will not drain from the pump casing and suction piping when the pump stops. Keep in mind that these valves have a nasty habit of leaking. *Evacuate the air in the system with a positive displacement priming pump operating between the pump and a closed discharge valve. *Fill the pump with liquid prior to starting it. *Convert the application to a self priming pump that maintains a reservoir of liquid at its suction. # Also it is advisable to prime the positive displacement pump to run the pump smoothly, as if for some time it is pumping air, there will not be force balance which can cause damage to the pump spares.
Q: water pump on a Suzuki forenzakia optima
The suzuki ( I done it for a 05 due to you had no year); OEM Part cost Water Pump 1740085Z00 $203.67 Water Pump Replace 2.0 hours Timing Belt 1276185Z01 $92.05 Timing Belt Replace 1.8 The cost of doing the water pump and timing belt; Parts: 295.72 Labor : 3 hours times the shop labor rate. The kia has what engine in it???
Q: The garage told me my water pump was pumping quot;weaklyand needs to be replaced.
It is very seldom that a water pump will work weakly as you put it. In order forthe pump to work at less than capacity, the impellers would have to be worn out, and that is not likely. Usually the shaft bearingwill be the first thing to go in any water pump. See another mechanic, and don't ask him if the water pump is not pumping properly, just ask him to check the cooling system and see what he says.
Q: I have a leak coming from the water pump that flows down on the side of the AC compressor before landing on the ground. I cannot verify exactly where the leak is coming from on the pump, but I am sure it is the pump leaking because it also sounds bad like rattling. My question is do I have to remove any other components, such as the AC compressor to be able to remove the water pump. I would be great full for any suggestions.Regards,Steph
1. Disconnect the Ground Cable. 2. Drain the Coolant. 3. Remove Fan Shroud. 4. Remove Fan Visco Clutch. 5. Remove Radiator Hoses and Thermostat Housing. 6. Remove the Serpentine Belt, pay close attention to the path of the serpentine belt. Suggestion draw a diagram as to it's path, before removing. 7. Remove the Water Pump Pulley and Power Steering Pulley. 8. Remove the Tension Adjuster Mechanism. 9. Loosen the Power Steering Pump and move it to the right a little. 10. Remove the Water Pump, and you're done. Tools Needed .... A nice Stereo, plenty of Beer, and a couple of friends to keep you company. Good Luck !
Q: My water pump is broken and so far we can't get the fan off so we need instructions.
what does that tool look like to take the fan off
Q: I have a bad water pump on my golf gti.Engine is 2.0L. I just would like to know how hard is it to do it myself. And also is there some special tools that I need. How much time usually takes to get this done? Thank you
the water pump is external to the engine, no need to touch timing belt unless your changing it, tools needed- 13mm wrench-22mm wrench - 1/4 drive ratchet-10mm 1/4 drive socket- 3/8 drive ratchet- 12mm 3/8 drive Socket-13mm 3/8 drive socket-19mm 3/8 drive socket-16mm 3/8 drive socket 3/8 drive Extension-pliers- flat blade screw driver- 6mm 3/8 drive allen socket--- remove drive belt's- remove p/s pump, a/c compressor( do not disconnect either they will move out of the way)- remove alternator(disconnect battery first)- remove the bracket assembly( four 13mm nuts three hidden in the holes) there is the water pump(two 19mm tall bolts with studs hold it down, 10mm T bolt passes through the timing cover)
