1> What's the difference for CHL and CHLF(T) type?
CHL pumps have an inlet and outlet chamber which is made by stainless steel. CHLF(T) is just the section type.
2> Do you have any variable motor for these pumps?
Yes, we have. For the variable motor, the frequence can be changed as the customers' request. If the range is between 30~50Hz, the fan can be just connected with the shaft. And if the frequency is below 30Hz, then the fan has to have another separated power. The variable speed motor would be used for solar energy or some other similar situation with the unstable power.
3> How about the Delivery time?
Actually, this would be depending on the quantity. If it is just small order, 1 week would be fine. For bigger quantity, the delivery would be also less then 20 days. But for the varible speed ones, it will be taking some more time, normally it will be more than a month.
4> Are your pumps cheaper than those of your competitors?

It is always best to have a bleed valve as the gas produced by the fermenting sewage is potentially hazardous.
- Q:I just move to this house, it's been empty for a while. The water pump keep screeching everytime I turn it on. What can I do to get rid this noise?
- Check if your water pump has an oil port, and put some oilers. The other possibility is that the pump impeller is coming loose or warped and rubbing. That means the pump is going out and needs rebuild or replacement. That is worse case along with a failing motor bearing.

- Q:does water pump sealers work?
- If your talking about the water pump for a car it doesn't have any pumps those would be the radiator pumps that are connected to the water pump and transmission which keeps the radiator and transmission at a temperature that keeps the vehicle from over heating. If you have a overheating car and a mechanic told you your water pump has a leak then sorry you would have to replace the water pump but just don't go to a popular mechanic for that because it can get really expensive do your research and find you someone with a garage it cheaper because the part itself is not that expensive it putting it in that cost lol. - Q:I'm curious to know, where does the water go after it is sent to a pumping station??
- Potable (drinkable) water pumps placed just outside the treatment plant boost pressure in the water mains, where it eventually gets to homes, businesses and hydrants via the pipe network. Most sewers flow by gravity (downhill) to a waste water treatment plant (or septic field). But if an area is too low to be serviced by a gravity sewer, an ejector pump is set at the bottom of a collection well which pumps the wastewater to a higher elevation in a pressure pipe called a force main. A good pump station will kick on about 4 or 5 times an hour and run for several minutes. Eventually it outlets to a manhole in a gravity system and ultimately the treatment plant.
- Q:can a water pump pumping out air instead of water?
- It depends on the type of pump.Some pumps can others will burn out. Carpet cleaner type suction will happily cope with both air and water,old fashioned hand operated lift pumps do as well. Bilge pumps etc do not like running dry and will have to be reprimed to suck water if the get an air lock.
- Q:No water will come out of any faucet in the whole house and I do not know what to do, if I need a whole new pump/tank or what could be causing this please help
- There are several possibilities as to why you have no water pressure. The pump could have lost it's prime, there could be a crack or loose connection between the well pipe and the pump, resulting in pumping air instead of water, the jet in the pump could have been plugged by a flake of rust broken off the inside of the pump housing, or, if you have a fairly old system, like mine, your air volume control, (a little round silver object screwed into the side of the resevoir tank), could be bad. Did this just happen all of a sudden, are you trying to open up a cottage for the summer that's been shut down all winter, was it pumping recently??? More info would be helpful.
- Q:We still have water, but it keeps constantly running, and won't stop. The pump itself got warm/hot, and we're afraid that it's going to get ruined or blow up or something. We turned it off for about 30 minutes, then back on to bottle up some water. It's the middle of a snowstorm, and a horrible time for a water pump to stop working, help please!! - You did not say if you had a submersible well pump or water jet. I am assuming that if you can feel the pump building heat it is of the jet variety. If the pump keeps running it is because the pressure switch is bad or because there is not enough water coming from the well to allow the pump to build shut off pressure. Try manually shutting off the pump for several hours and then switch it back on. If it shuts off on its own then you have a low water supply problem and may need a deeper well. If it does not shut off and you have good water pressure, then shut off the pump and turn off the electrical breaker and remove the pressure switch by disconnecting the wires and screwing the pressure switch off. Inspect the small water line to the switch for blockage from sediment or corrosion. If it is blocked you may get lucky and only have to clear out the line and screw things back together. If you are not lucky, replace the water shut off switch with a new one and you should be good to go. If you still do not have water, the intake screen to the pump could be plugged up and will have to be cleaned.which involves pulling the pipe from the well.
- Q:How much solar energy would you need to generate and run a small water pump? Say one that is big enough to extract water from a bucket that is 1 ft wide x 2 ft deep? What size solar panel would you need to accomplish this?
- The key is, as 96sentra says, where does the water have to go. We would need to know how high above bucket (minimum) water level will the other end of the hose be, and how fast (Liter or gallon per minute) shall the water flow. This determines the pump type, which in turn determines the solar panel size.
- Q:water pump has small leak
- Is it leaking from the center where the fan shaft comes thru? If so its toast and will have to be replaced. There is a seal there that goes bad sometimes and its too big to clog up. From a hose fitting, replace the hose clamp or the fitting if it comes off. From a crack? You can try Bars Leak or some other radiator sealer from an auto parts store. Buy some, wait for your car to cool down. Open a radiator cap if you got one and pour in. If you don't have one then take off a hose. There will be all kinds of metal shavings, sand and BBs in the bottom of the jar. That is the good stuff, make sure you get it inside. Then drive your car for at least 30 min. A cross country trip would be better. That goo is forced to the leak as water gets out. It is bigger/thicker than water and makes a bandage on the inside, hardening when it gets cool again. They also have it for oil leaks, get the right one. .
- Q:I have a Miniworks EX Water filter with a ceramic filtering element. It has been used a few times without problem, but I am wondering at what point should I replace my ceramic filter? The replacements are $40 and I can't find any information regarding replacement times--only cleaning information. Does this filter need to be replaced often?I've always pumped from a clear river way up in the mountains and the flow is decent.
- If the sparkling out is new, or notwithstanding if it somewhat is been wiped sparkling with cleansing soap, the sparkling out will pump out foamy soapy water. in simple terms maintain to pump water by it until eventually at last it somewhat is flowing sparkling and sparkling. shouldn't take greater effective than 15 pumps grant or take a pair of.
