1> What's the difference for CHL and CHLF(T) type?
CHL pumps have an inlet and outlet chamber which is made by stainless steel. CHLF(T) is just the section type.
2> Do you have any variable motor for these pumps?
Yes, we have. For the variable motor, the frequence can be changed as the customers' request. If the range is between 30~50Hz, the fan can be just connected with the shaft. And if the frequency is below 30Hz, then the fan has to have another separated power. The variable speed motor would be used for solar energy or some other similar situation with the unstable power.
3> How about the Delivery time?
Actually, this would be depending on the quantity. If it is just small order, 1 week would be fine. For bigger quantity, the delivery would be also less then 20 days. But for the varible speed ones, it will be taking some more time, normally it will be more than a month.
- Q:The actual way to move water (liquid) from a pond with small bits of debris. Trying to find out which system is the most efficient: vane, impeller, rotary, centrifugal...etc...either by hand or using a bicycle to turn the pump. I do NOT want to use an engine or electric motor. I've read about the transfer pumps in the hardware store are only about 50% efficient, I need something better that will provide me a continuous output. Something lightweight that will handle pressure. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!!
- Most efficient (fewest parts) is a lift pump. The simplest example is if you use a bucket. You can make this easier to use with a few extra parts to make a shadoof the only losses are friction in the pivot and any leakage that takes place.

- Sounds like you have air in your engine cooling system. Newer cars are notorious for trapping air pockets in the engine when the coolant is changed. Take the car to an auto repair shop and have them bleed the air out of the system.
- Q:My Toyota 2006 Sienna has 80K miles on it and I asked the dealer to inspect the vehicle. He suggested that i replace Timing Belt, Water Pump, Drive Belt and Trans Pan Gasket. - not sure about the timing belt but water pump seems expensive, so does the drive belt but the transmission pan gasket is a rip off. it should not be $350, those are not that hard to replace. dont go to a dealer for all this, try other mechanics dealer is out to get your money but they will do a good job. other mechanics will do it cheaper but a poor job. if your car has 80K you can possibly go up to 100K, I mean timing belt does need to be checked around there, is your water pump leaking? if not then your wasting money, pan gasket is there a pink oil leak, if so then probably its time for a new pan gasket...

- Usually the water pump doesn't spray all over the engine. You might just need to re-hook up one of the hoses and fill it up with coolant mix. You have to look and see where the leak is. I would try to find out what it is but I wouldn't drive 30 minutes away.

- Hey, your idea about buckets and a bunch of friends sounds like fun. Have a pool draining party! Get a case or two of beer, grill some hamburgers. Then everyone in the pool and have fun. Of course tell them to bring their own buckets.
