1.Structure of  Big Capacity Axial-Flow/Mixed-Flow Submersible Water PumpDescription

ZLB type axial flow pump is characterized by its large capacity, low head, etc. It can transport clean water whose temperature is less than 50º C, and also other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.

Application Area:
Large-small type axial flow is widely used in agricultural irrigation, water supply and drainage for city, circulation water for thermal power plant, water level for dock, aquaculture, salt field pool and other hydraulic projects. Large type axial flow is mainly used in a large area of agricultural irrigation, interbasin water transfer and drainage for low-lying area, lake area.

Q: I need to get my water pump replaced because it is cracked, a coolant flush and my belt is dry. I went to pep boys because my check engine light came on.They want to charge me 950 for the job. I am reluctant to pay that much. I drive an '06 Pontiac Torrent. I am suppose to take my car in today but I am not sure if I am being ripped off or not. Is 950 too much?
I would say that $950 is a very high price for a new water pump, considering that the pump by itself is less than $70. It should not take more than 3 or 4 hours to replace, so even setting aside $250 for the pump, belt, and flush (even that is a high estimate of the cost of those materials), that would mean that they are charging between $175 and $230 per hour to work on your SUV. I would recommend that you see if a male relative or friend can ask for a quote for the same work as I feel they are trying to rip you off. When I was in the Navy, a local repair shop charged my wife almost $900 for the replacement of a $50 ignition part that took 5 minutes to replace. When I returned from that deployment, I asked them for a quote for the same work and they gave me a written quote of $150.
Q: My mechanic doesn't get back in town until next week, and I'm struggling without my car. I don't really have any other options mechanic wise and I'm not dropping $1000 like meineke wants. How easy is it to follow the Haynes repair manuals or any other repair manuals? I have a 1996 dodge avenger and I need to replace my water pump. I know it's a time consuming task, but is it especially hard to replace it?
If you don't have any experience working on cars aside from changing oil my suggestion is to take it in and get it done. You need to drain the coolant, loosen the belt, and then try and torque off those bolts that are prolly sticky on the water pump. And if the water has eaten through the gasket you may need to get the engine block redone where the water pump rests. Oh but don't go to Meineke yuck, you might as well pull your pants down at your own house and sit on a plunger handle; at least it is free and will probably be less painful.
Q: i hear water swirl in my dash board when i take off and when i reverse, i heard its the water pump pushing water through the heater core, but how can i fix it.?
Have radiator flush done. Low or air in system
Q: 2000 3.3L engine. I understand, depending on engine year, it can be a very difficult job. Is this the one or is it much more difficult on the 3.0 L ? One involves timing belt ? Help ? Thanks' Ken
If there are not any obvious leaks, the 1st factor to envision may be the Radiator/coolant reservoir cap for a lacking gasket or o-ring based at this variety of cap, and if ok, do a tension attempt to work out if the cap is preserving tension. in the journey that your engine has a bleed screw, you ought to use compressed air source (and regulator, if mandatory) to pressurize the engine to particularly below the cap score and than seem for leaks. If none chanced on, a compression examine will point out a a probability blown head gasket.
Q: I've been hearing a noise from my truck that sounds like a fan blade is rubbing against something metal but I could never figure out what it was and my truck seemed to be running fine. I recently replaced my radiator and now my truck is overheating. Was that noise my water pump going bad and now it's shot?
wiggle the fan blades and if they move any it is a bad water pump, they will also leak a little bit under the main shaft of the water pump housing, there is a hole on the bottom and top just for this reason, the metal squealing is the impeller in the water pump, it wont last long now I agree....assuming you did put enough coolant back in it after changing the radiator.
Q: 55KW how large is the water pump wiring?
The general centrifugal pump is a three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor with a power factor of 0.85I=P/U/1.732/COS=55KW/380V/1.732/0.85=98.3A, light load, such as the use of YJV cable, ZR-YJV-0.6/1, 3*35mm2 copper core cable can be, such as heavy load or select VV cable, the cross-sectional area should be extended to 3*50mm2
Q: 2001 buick centurywater runs down at area of crank shaft
It am be leaks at them hole.
Q: I am about to replace the timing belt in a 3.4L Toyota V6 at approximately 85,000 miles. The motor has had the Toyota red coolant, which lubricates a water pump very well. Should I, Or should I not replace a Toyota Water Pump also, at this mileage (85,000)? Could the original water pump last until 170,000? Thank you
It's recommended to change the water pump also because your labor cost to open the engine to change the belt, is the exact cost of any future labor cost to change the water pump which, will go bad, eventually. The original pump could last until 170,000 miles but why chance it when the engine is already opened up.
Q: for a school project, i need to boil cold water using a vacuum pump. I did some research, but i still didn't find what i needed. I need to know what kind of pump i need for this, and where i can get one for cheap, since i will only use it for this project. if you know how to actually use it, you can throw that in as well. thanks!
I'm not telling you it all but you can take an A.C vacuum pump and it will lower the boiling point of the water where it will boil at only 65 to 75 degrees Ferlinghetti
Q: i already removed all bolts including the fan except for the last bolt on the water pump which the serpentine belt rides on the bolt backs into that so i am trying to find out how to get the bolt from the serpentine belt pulley off do i have to pull the serpentine pully off and if so how there is no bolt or allen holding the serpentine pully onim just trying to replace the water pump
If the pulley is bolted from behind, the bracket has four bolts that mounts it to the block, you need to find those bolts remove the pulley/bracket assembly. If it is a 3800 engine you might need the plastic elbow from the bracket to the the intake manifold also. Coolant flows through that elbow to the heater hoses. poor design, I know but what are you gonna do? Got to love tose engineers LOL. Good luck
