1. Specifications

1.Model: TD
2.Material: high chrome alloy or rubber or ceramic
3.Flow Rate: 10.8-5400m3/h
4.Head: 3-118m
5.ISO9001:2008

2. Application

Various centrifugal pumps for pumping heavy slurry in agriculture, petrochem, manufacturing, energy and mining.

3.Features

1) Decrease electricity consumption and increase pump life

Our uniquely designed pumps limit slurry contact thus the efficiency is significantly higher and hence very big conventional slurry pumps can be replaced by a pump with a 20% of more smaller motor without affecting pumping performance. If energy bills and high cost of ownership is of concern, these pumps are the answer.

2) Lime and ash applications

Lime and ash pumping applications are particularly difficult for centrifugal slurry pumps because acceleration inside the pump causes the slurry to clump together into a solid clay degrading performance. We have a unique solution proven to work more efficiently and outlast conventional pumps.

3) High viscosity liquids

Superior throughput rates compared to gear and vane pumps using a unique new design. Great for bitumen, all emulsions and fats.

4.Material

1. high chrome alloy: strong abrasive resistance

2. rubber: corrosive resistance

3. ceramic: abrasive & corrosive resistance, high temperature resistance and cavitation resistance (Please refer to detailed introduction as follows)

5. FAQ

1       Are CNBM pumps available in DIY stores?

Yes, currently, we’re available for DIY stores all over the world.

2       Where do I have to send pumps for service?

You must send them to the CNBM PUMP Service Point or, after contacting Customer Care, to the CNBM PUMP service center in China.

3       Are your pumps acid-proofed?

To choose the right pumps for chemical applications, we do need further details on hydraulic operations as well as on the type, concentration and temperature of the liquid.

Q: how do u know when u need to replace ur water pump or how do u know when its not working??? thanks
i like the way you said that.h2o pump.well if the water pump isnt working like it should, then it will overheat and the temp.light will come on and also if its leaking anti-freexe,its time to change it.also if the bearing is making a racket,it is time for a new 1.
Q: the pump is pumping hot wtaer from the hot water tank around the domestic hot water system, i.e to taps and shower.
These pumps can have their own bearing or they may rely on the bearings in the motor. Most of these are anti-friction bearings that have a limited life. Also if the pump runs dry it can over heat and seize.
Q: How do the water pump work please till me water pump mechanism?
Water pumps can be positive displacement or impeller type. Either of these increases the pressure of the water and so can move or lift the water. Centrifugal is an impeller type where a sort of fan blows the water. If the fan stops the water can flow back. You'll need to prime these if they get dry. Fishtanks might use this. Positive displacement means that the water is pushed by some sort of piston. Diaphragm pumps are positive displacement and useful if you don't want the water to run back. Also you won't need to prime it because won't drop the water out when it stops. I'm not sure where hydraulic ram type pumps come into this scheme but they rely on the inertia of moving water to generate high pressure pulses to pump water.
Q: The meter on my dash was reading low even after driving for 20 minutes on a sunny day. Then all of a sudden it jumped over the 270 mark. I have a relatively new thermostat could my water pump have gone bad? I did not see any leaking coolant or anything under the vehicle.
Either the water pump... Or it could be the radiator that might not be performing as well.
Q: i took off the water pump cover on my 1986 cr 250 and discovered that the impeller wont come off. ive tried turnig it the wrong way and the right way. can someone please tell me how to get it off.
Remove the water pump cover, Now you will see the impeller and it has a little 10 mm(I think) nut fitting on it. Put the bike in gear and apply the rear brake. Now unscrew the impeller with a socket wrench. Take it easy as they are quite soft. Once that is off, you should be able to pry the seal out, and pop a new one in. A good way to get old seals out is to use a screw, screw it in to the seal then grab it with the pliers. You might want to replace the oil seal while you are there since they are so cheap. To do this though you will have to remove the rh crank case cover cause this seal sits in the inside of this cover. This is also an easy job. When you remove the rh crank case cover ( with impeller already removed) the water pump shaft should just slide out from the inside and give you easy access to both seals.
Q: The water pump was just put on by the previous owner! It was in water! So what could cause this to happen? Is it bad? Should I wait for water to pump up to it? Or should I just put a new one on?
Couple of things. What is the pump on? Is it just the tell tale stream has stopped?
Q: how to change a water pump on a 99 ford tauras?
well u first losen the bolt, remove that stuff, and put another water pump on =?
Q: I have a 1990 js550 that i picked up for a project. When in the water it overheats and minimal water comes out the tell tail. When on the tap it runs fine no overheating, so i disconnected the hose from the back of the ski where it sucks the water in and ran a garden hose directly to it. And the ski ran fine.I also cleaned all the tubes out with air.I am not getting enough water flow through the ski when it is in the water. Is there a water pump inside the motor? There is definitely no blockages, there is just no enough pressure to keep it cool. Thanks
Jet Ski Pump
Q: Can the water from the fire pump enter the roof fire tank? Why?
This should be divided into two cases, the key depends on the use of your water tank!If you fire water tank roof is a constant pressure water tank fire control system, the requirements must be set on the water tank outlet check valve, which can only flow from the tank outflow, then pump the water can not enter the roof fire water tank.If the roof fire water tank acts as a water transfer tank and uses it to transport water to a higher building, the fire pump water can enter the water tank
Q: I would like a website that has pictures but any info would be helpful...
if you have problem with overheating you have to upgrade your radiator and upgrade your fans too installing an external waterpump you have to install it on your passenger side like many drag cars have
