2. Application
Various centrifugal pumps for pumping heavy slurry in agriculture, petrochem, manufacturing, energy and mining.
3.Features
1) Decrease electricity consumption and increase pump life
Our uniquely designed pumps limit slurry contact thus the efficiency is significantly higher and hence very big conventional slurry pumps can be replaced by a pump with a 20% of more smaller motor without affecting pumping performance. If energy bills and high cost of ownership is of concern, these pumps are the answer.
2) Lime and ash applications
Lime and ash pumping applications are particularly difficult for centrifugal slurry pumps because acceleration inside the pump causes the slurry to clump together into a solid clay degrading performance. We have a unique solution proven to work more efficiently and outlast conventional pumps.
3) High viscosity liquids
Superior throughput rates compared to gear and vane pumps using a unique new design. Great for bitumen, all emulsions and fats.
4.Material
1. high chrome alloy: strong abrasive resistance
2. rubber: corrosive resistance
3. ceramic: abrasive & corrosive resistance, high temperature resistance and cavitation resistance (Please refer to detailed introduction as follows)
5. FAQ
1 Are CNBM pumps available in DIY stores?
Yes, currently, we’re available for DIY stores all over the world.
2 Where do I have to send pumps for service?
You must send them to the CNBM PUMP Service Point or, after contacting Customer Care, to the CNBM PUMP service center in China.
3 Are your pumps acid-proofed?
To choose the right pumps for chemical applications, we do need further details on hydraulic operations as well as on the type, concentration and temperature of the liquid.
- Q: Do I need to change the water pump if I replace the timing belt ? and does the water pump connect with the timing belt ? if the water pump goes out will it bend the rods ?
- i would get out of that thing they are nothing but trouble always! a have a freind got a nice chevy ,never been happier?
- Q: how do you check the water pump? We started the engine with water running through the bunny ears and no water is running out.
- if its hooked up on the hose, and it doesnt piss, you replace the pump like you should of already done as part of routine maintence. and since you are behind on maintaining that, you are probably behind on everything else too..... the yamaha guy, if your hose only has 5 psi of water pressure instead of the usual 30-40 psi, that is still 5 psi more then the lake has. running on a hose makes it easier for the pump to move water through the engine. even if your impeller has totally broken into pieces, the hose will still push water through your engine all by itself.
- Q: I bought a new water pump for my 89 S10 Blazer with the 4.3 V6. The guy at Autozone wanted to know if I wanted a standard one or the heavy duty. I bought the heavy duty one because it was only $5.00 more. Are they just built stronger or do they actually move more water?
- Mistake #1. Auto Zone doesn't stock anything close to the quality as an OEM part. If you want a better than average OEM water-pump get an aluminum Stewart Stage 1, 2, 3 or 4. The impeller builds more engine and cylinder head coolant pressure which prevets steam pockets in the heads. Little does Jason know that not all water-pumps created equal.
- Q: I have a 94 Mazda b2300 it was working great last week then all the sudden it started making a knocking sound and started to overheat! Its still drivable but it overheats if i go far! A friend told me it can be the Water Pump so i put a new one, I was told it can be the Thermostat so i had a new one put in. It worked for awhile but began overheating again. My truck is my livelihood so its important i get it fixed! I cant afford a mechanic but just asking to see if anyone knows what it could possibly be? It catches good and the engine sounds strong but it keeps overheating!
- Your friends and Kirk don't seem to be working for you. The knocking sound has me concerned and I'm not sure how it plays into the overheating. First the antifreeze level? After the water pump and thermostat you should have bled the air out of the system. Don't think you can fill the reservoir tank and it will be okay. Take the cap off the radiator to confirm it is full. Next is the fan. If it is electric you need to make sure it is working if it is belt driven you need to grab the blade and give it a push, it should not spin free and should only go about one blade past where you pushed it. Engine off for that one please. Next the radiator it self. Make sure the fins and not blocked and air can move through them.
- Q: I was wondering if water pumps make any noise when they are submersed? Also, my pond is quite small and I don't want to scare my fish with a noisy pump. Thank you!
- i've got efficiently used that pump for ten years, recirculating water interior a fountain. it quite is not submerged and is thoroughly silent as long as you do no longer permit debris accrue on the impeller section. I double filter out the water earlier it is going into the pump. that's wiped sparkling via unscrewing the bleed-valve on the top and letting the debris be cleared. you could take it aside there, too, yet take care re-assembling because of the fact the o-ring is comfortable.
- Q: Is it a must to change the entire water pump since only driplets of anti-freeze leak out over a 7day period from the bottom of the pump? Can i simply change the gasket and make it all better? Water pump is pumping and making no noise, vehicle isnt over heating.
- That drip is from a weep hole at the bottom (Underside) of the water pump it is designed to start to leak when the bearing on the water pump is wearing out. It will need to be changed. IF it is truly the gasket that is leaking then take the cheap insurance while you have it apart and put a new water pump on anyway. It just may be the best time to do so on a 2002 vehicle and could keep you from having trouble later down the road
- Q: I'm going on a week long hiking trip and need safe water. What brand and model of water filter/pump should i get? Whats good quality for a low price?
- The best water filter depends on your objective. A ceramic filter removes large amoeba and bacteria, but not viruses from water sources. A filter that includes activated charcoal removes some harmful chemicals. The gear that you purchase is determined by factors such as speed of treatment; types of exposure threats; portability; ease of use; field maintenance. Study reviews and advice. Backpacker Magazine and YouTube are two sources of good information. The most popular filters are pump or gravity feed. SteriPen is an ultraviolet alternative, though unreliable in field testing that I have seen. Expect to pay $100 for any good filtration system. A ceramic filter is essentially permanent. Other filters require replacement periodically. Do not spend less on filters that do not perform adequately for removal of common water pathogens. I have used the MRS Miniworks and Platypus GravityWorks filter. GravityWorks is the fastest, easiest filter for water treatment.
- Q: I have two water well good water but not a lot of water .is it possible to hook two pumps up to one holding tank . if so how do I hook them up
- Not sure I quite understand the question completely, but here goes. If you have one well of sufficient pipe size, usually no less than 1 1/2 coming up out of the ground, and a standard 1/2 - 3/4 hp pump won't pump much water out of the well, then the point is probably partially plugged with lime and crud. If that's the case, you can try putting muratic acid down the pipe, let it set for a day and then hook the pump back up and pump water for a couple hours out of the well. Or you can try shooting a 22 rifle down the pipe, sometimes the concussion of the bullet hitting the water is enough to push enough of the junk off the screen to allow a decent flow for a while. Or you can do the proper thing and have the point pulled and replaced, (you can do it yourself with a decent bumper jack and a well dri ver). Good luck
- Q: I've noticed after driving my car for a while recently it squeals while accelerating. I'm wondering if its the water pump cause I've had a coolant leak for a while. I poured alluminum sealer in the reservoir and its stopped the leak almost completely though. If it was a broken pump, would this sealer have stopped the leak like it has? I drive a 2000 saturn sl2
- it could be, the sealer causes more problems than they fix. you will need to clean your cooling system, heater core and radiator and all your hoses.
- Q: Im replacing the water pump in my 1992 toyota celica, and i cant get the pully off! i have been working hard for like an hour, i took the belts off. all i have is good old fashoned sockets and crescent wrenches. do i need to get the pully off? and is it lefty loosey and righty tighty or righty loosy lefty tighty?? because sometimes i hear they reverse it. thanks- jordan
- Before you waste another minute get your hands on a Chiltons, or other good auto repair manual. I've never see a replacement water pump without a pulley on it, that didn't have a hub for the non-electric fan to bolt to. Get the new pump with a pulley already on it.
