Self Priming  Diesel Engine Water Pump for Irrigation

1.Structure of Self Priming  Diesel Engine Water Pump for Irrigation Description

The pumps are designed for economical & trouble-free operation in handling solids-laden liquids and slurries, it handle up to 76.2mm spherical solids.Pumps feature a large volute design which allows them to re-prime automatically in a completely open system without the need of suction or discharge check valves. And this is workable with the pump only partially filled with liquid and completely dry suction line.Standard Self-Priming pump units are available for Solids Handling or Clear Liquid service. Typical mounting configurations areEngine Driven for Skid or Trailer Mounted packages and Frame Mounted Electric Driven.  Pumps also are available in a variety of different metallurgies.

Q: i replaced the water pump and redid the timing belt. now when i start it, it sounds like one of the cylinder is misfiring and makes a chucking noise. do you have to reconnect everything together to see if thats the problem? the engine worked fine before i replaced my water pump. engine like vibrates at each chucking noise. could it be incorrect timing even when the engine starts fine? or is one of the valves bent which is causing the vibration and noise? i checked teh spark plugs and they are fine could if be bad coils? or is the crankshaft weared out? please help and thanks for you help about my situation.
sounds like the timing is off a little, yes, even with the timing set incorrestly, it can still start and run. I doubt your vehicle has coils and there is no such thing as weared.
Q: Submersible pump capacity I was 1500W, the normal use of voltage is 220 kV line 600 meters with 6 square aluminum after the start of the effluent is small, and the voltage of submersible pump is reduced to 150 volts could not use voltage of 380 volts (two).
Absolutely not, because 220V is not the same as the 380V waveform. Submersible pump single-phase motor is generally single-phase capacitor motor. The working principle is different from that of the single-phase 380 motor. If the power capacity is enough, it is recommended that you increase the wire (you can buy a line and go to use, to avoid waste), preferably with copper wire.
Q: Give me a general intro. about submersible water pumps.
Submersible pumps are among the pumps used for pumping liquids from a sump or reservoir at low level. The non-submersible pumps are placed above the the liquid level. Submersible pumps are immersed in the liquid in the sump. The submersible pumps have positive suction head while the submersible pumps have negative suction head.
Q: How to determine the pump installation elevation, why should we determine the pump installation elevation?
Determination of pump installation elevation: the geometric height between the suction well level and the center line of the pump impeller, plus the hydraulic loss of the suction pipe, is the actual installation height of the pump. (notice: if the suction level is higher than the center of the impeller, it should be negative)To determine the water pump installation elevation reasons: general water pump nameplate on the "NPSH" value, the above calculation of the value must be less than this NPSH value, so as to ensure that water pump is not prone to cavitation.[NPSH] - allowable cavitation margin is to determine the conditions of use of the pump cavitation margin.
Q: I live in a residential/country area, and I have a well pump down cellar. I notice that, even if I am not using any water, nothing is running (toilet, etc) it tends to cycle on and off every hour or so. The pressure is always good, so that's not an issue. I am just wondering....is it normal for it to do this?
How long does it pump when it turns on? This sounds like short cycling; you might have a leak somewhere in the system.
Q: One mechanic told me that my Toyota Corolla 2004 CE's water pump is leaking and I need to change pump and its belt costing me around $450. I took it to other mechanic today and he told that water pump looks good and no need to worry. I need to know how I can verify that water pump is leaking or not. Below are some facts of the car that I noticed myself.1. The engine collant level is above half level about at 70% 2. I started my car around 8.30 PM @ 90 degree F after break of 3 hours and the temprature gauge reach to half in 5 minutes. Please advice what can be done to determine the leak is there or not else I have to take it to other mechanic.
You did not say how many miles your 2004 Corolla CE currently has? We have owned 5 Toyotas from brand new and 211,000 miles is the most mileage we have gotten was on a 1993 Toyota Camry that did require radiator replacement. However, one of the more expensive preventive maintenance expenses requires replacement of Timing Belt every 75,000 to 90,000 miles when it also makes sense to replace Water Pump, Thermostat and both fan belts etc in one overhaul saving on expensive labor and normally being worry free of any breakdowns. If you are not overheating (meaning Temp Gauge runs normal) then I would say 1st Mechanic was just to put wool over your eyes but still one should always watch observe temperature gauge while vehicle is in operation and never run or drive if HOT <= put over to side of road and if recurring then carry gloves/bottle of water and see a good trustworthy mechanic. Hope the Above Info Helps!
Q: What things in my car could the seizing of my water pump cause? As I stated in another question, the power steering went, the red battery light came on and it over heated. The mechanic said it seized and i'm lucky the engine didn't seize. He has to look into it more. I'm just really curious as to what kind of damage i've done and the possibilities! thanks in advance.
If your car has a Surpenteen belt : 1 long belt runs all the componets If one of the components locks up (normally the belt will sling or break) and every thing else that is belt driven , becomes disabled. And the lights will come on.
Q: For what reasons can water pump in car break? Thanks
The 2.7 and it's water pump are simply a problem waiting to happen. Poor design.
Q: I brought my car to a shop because I get no heat. The mechanic diagnosed my car as having a blown gasket head because there were hydrocarbons in my coolant. The repair cost was too high, so a I figured I'd just run the car until it broke on me. A month later I see it overheating on the way to work and a month after that it completely powers down (electrically) while I'm driving and I see a lot of white smoke (coolant was all over the engine). After it's had time to cool down I can start it up just fine. I pour coolant in and it comes right back out the bottom of the water pump.Could a bad water pump have been the reason for the hydrocarbons and no heat in the first place? Could it have caused the appearance of hydrocarbons in my coolant? If the head gasket is blown and this is just a symptom, is it cost effective to replace the water pump or will it just break on me again in a short time?
The water pump is independent of the hydrocarbons in the coolant. Your water pump went bad. You have a blown head gasket. You could replace the water pump and run it. You could try some head gasket sealant in the coolant. It may not work but it only costs $20-$30 and may fix it up. The water pump may have been leaking for a while and caused the coolant level to get low so that the engine over heated and warped the head.
Q: For a basement water pump that controls the toilet, shower and sink--- does it always have to stay plugged in and running??? I heard it make a weird noise and shut it off immediately.. Any help appreciated!!!
No this is normal when you flush it should come on
