Automatic spray paint for submersible water pump

4.  QJ submersible water pump using condition

(1). 380V voltage deviation is no more than ±5%, frequency is 50HZ, three -phase power deviation is no more than ±1%.

(2). Motor cavity must be filled with water.

(3). The first stage impeller of the pump should be more than 2mm below the moving water surface, pump unit should be less than 70m below the static water level.

(4). The distance from the motor bottom to well bottom must be more than 3m.

(5). Water temperature should be no more than 20 centidegree.

(6). Sand content of the water ( by mass) should be no more than 0.01%.

(7). PH value of water 6.5~8.5.

(8). Hydrogen sulfide content of the water should be no more than 1.5mg/L.

(9). Chloride ion content of the water should be no more than 400mg/L.

(10). Water yield of water source should ensure the requirements of pump continuous working.

5.  QJ submersible water pump characteristics

(1).  Motors and pumps assembled into one.

 (2).  Simple structure.

(3).  Easy installation and removal, small area.

 (4).  Simple using and maintenance.

(5).  Safe and reliable operation, no pollution to water, etc.

6. Structure explanation of submersble water pump

1.Submersible electric pump is composed of five parts: water pump, submersible motor, water line, waterproof cable and control switch. Water pump belongs to single suction multistage vertical centrifugal pump.

2.Submersible motor adopts water-filled wet structure, internal chamber was filled with water for cooling the motor and lubricating the bearing. In the operation, due to the changes of temperature, the pressure of the filled water in the internal chamber also changes,it can be automatically regulated by pressure-regulating unit in the lower part of motor.

3.For preventing the sand getting into the motor, the sand-preventing unit including sand slinger and skeleton oil-sealed was installed in the upper part of motor, the whole motor was sealed tightly.

4.There are water injection hole and exhaust hole in the upper part of the motor and discharge hole in the lower part.

5.There are thrust bearing and thrust collar, mainly for sustaining remnant axial force of pump and the empty weight of motor's rotor.

6.The winding of motor stator adopts water-proof electromagnetic wire with good insulating and water-proof functions and rotor adopts squirrel-cage structure.

7.When used in the environment where there are large grittiness or corrosive water,it should adopt the submersible pump made from casting stainless steel or copper alloy.

Equipments & Tools of Installation of submersible water pump

1,A pair of chain hoist with the lifting capacity exceeding 2 ton

2, A tripod with the vertical height surpassing 13.1233596 ft (4m)

Q: how do I know my water pump failed. 98 mustang V6 started to leak coolant from the front lower part of the the engine. How do I know for sure my pump is bad? Did refill and kept on leaking as I manage to get home. Little help please!
Locate the leak. If it is directly below the pump, you are right. There are many other points on the far that will leak coolant also.
Q: We usually wait 4 - 5 minutes for hot water in our master bath. I've been looking into ricirculation pump systems. This would have to be a retro-fit system since some of the lines run through concrete slab making adding a return loop on the line non-feasible. I have found some people comment on simply using a by-pass valve system without a pump (ie. Hot Water Lobster). We do have hard water which I've also read that can present a problem with pumps dieing quite quickly. While I'd like it, I don't need 1 second hot water, but I can't stand wasting gallons waiting for 4-5 minutes. A reasonable 15-30 second wait would be a huge improvement. Has anyone had reasonable success with the bypass valve without the pump or should I plan on getting the pump too? Thanks in advance!
If the water isn't moving, it is not going to change the situation. This is what you would have with a by-pass valve. You need the return loop. Is it possible to run it through the attic? Some companies are making a switch that is pushed when hot water is needed so the pump is not running continuously.
Q: How do I change the water pump on a 2003 PT Cruiser. What do you do with the timing belt and gears?
Changing the timing belt and water pump on a PT Cruiser is about a difficulty level 7 out of 10. If you do not have much mechanical experience, give this job to a shop and pay the $500 to $800 to have it done right. Done wrong could cost you an engine.
Q: A guy i know changed the Water pump on my 02 Chrysler Sebring with a 2.7 in it because it was leaking coolant, when i got it back the leak was fixed but now there is a ticking noise. He thinks that the Timing Chain Tensioner needs to be replaced... can i get some opinions here? does he sound correct?
Sounds like he's ripping you off.
Q: My car started to leak anti-freeze Really fast, so i had to pour water in there to keep it from overheating, so i took it to my mechanic, and left it there overnight, and they call me the next morning and tell me that the water pump needs to be fixed, and a few belts got water damage on them, and a a few driving belts need to be replaced. he said it would come out to be 695.97, does that sound like the right cost?
actual okorder ....bet its 150 dollars..... around...u may get someone to do it for 400 to 500... water damage on the belts LOL,,,every time u go through a puddle they get water on them
Q: My radiator light came on this morning i was running late for work so i topped it off with water (about twice a year the light comes on, it has only ever had to be topped off) and after about 20 minutes of driving it started to heat up, so i pulled over shut it offsomebody stopped checked the temp of the water in the reservoir, said it felt to only be about 100 degrees, but topped it off with more water. the gauge dropped right back down to being almost as cold as when you first drive it, but after about 2 miles it was right back up near the red line.I pulled over again there was steam coming off the engine. I stuck my finger in the water it felt warm, but nowhere near hot. I couldn't get it cool enough to finish driving to work. Does this sound like the water pump?If so, how long should this take a decent mechanic to replace? If not, what else could it be?
The water pump could be clogged a bit or the radiator could be the problem. the water pump should not cost much, but if changing the water pump does not help, then you should take the vehicle to a radiator place to see if they could replace the radiator or clean out your current radiator.
Q: honda acord water pump 1988
hello Purchase a how to book, because part of the water pump sits behind the timing belt cover.Hope this was some help.
Q: I have a '97 Chevy S-10 2.2 with 208K miles. Today on the way to work the heat cut out suddenly.I have had an issue with my engine where the temp will go up and down while on the highway but maxes out at like 215. Today after the heat cut out it was getting up near the redline before going back down to 150.I made sure the coolant was good before coming home but on the way home it was doing the same thing. I changed the thermostat but it's still doing the same thing. When I rev the engine I can see the upper radiator hose collapsing so it seems like there's a clog somewhere but I don't know how to find it. I guess it could be the water pump but then what is causing the suction on the upper radiator hose?Anyone have any ideas?
The possibility that the thermostat is up side down comes to mind. Chevy water pumps have been known to loose an impeller, but the collapsing upper hose suggests a vacuum is being pulled, so I don't think it is the water pump.
Q: the car is a 1973 Pontiac Lemans, 350 V8. Water pump needs to be replaced. It's obviously a mechanical pump that's in there now. I was thinking of getting something with more capacity (to start off) as I feel the car could do with a better cooling system (and I have to get a water pump anyways). I was thinking of getting an electrical pump as that would also free up a bit of power from the engine. From what I gather, by doing this it seems I need to switch to an electrical fan also. Is that the case? Any advice/opinions on electrical systems and set ups? Any recommendations? Thanks in advance to anyone who answers. Much appreciated.
stick with the stock set up
Q: When the pump is connected in parallel, will the head and flow change?
Parallel pump should lift the same head, the flow is the sum of the flow of a single pump.
