Application: MV is applicable to handling clear water of similar liquids at temperature below 80oC (MVR<130oC ).
1. It is used in irrigation and drainage of water supply for industry and mines enterprise(MVR is suitable for hot water systems).
2. Condensing water.
3. It is suitable for use in urban construction and lives as means for water supply and drainage(especially forwater delivery of high-rising buildings, pressure increasing water supply and fire control water).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Feature: 1. MVR Pump is Vertical Multi-Stage and Multi-Section Type. suction branch, intermediate stage and discharge branch are connected with through rod. The spacer is served the function of seal.
2. Axial stress is borne by thrust ball bearing between each branch and the bearing is lubricated by engine oil
3. Shaft seal is adopted by mechanical seal
- Q: What is the function of the pump?
- Pumps are usually used to enhance the liquid, conveying a liquid or liquid to increase the pressure, that is the original motive of the mechanical energy so as to achieve variable liquid fluid energy machine called pump. The technical parameters of measuring water pump include flow, suction, lift, shaft power, water power, efficiency, etc. according to different working principles, they can be divided into volumetric pump, vane pump and so on. Displacement pump is to use its studio volume changes to transfer energy; vane pump is to use the rotating blade and water interaction to transfer energy, there are centrifugal pumps, axial flow pumps and mixed flow pumps and other types.
- Q: Is the pump head related to the water level of the entrance and outlet? If the water level of the inlet and outlet is on the same level, but higher than the height of the pump, does the pump lift need to be coupled with this height difference?
- What's the relationship?! When the inlet level is low, the head is slightly higher than the liquid level!
- Q: After I replaced the water pump impeller in my outboard I fired up the motor and now its not pumping any water through the pee-hole at all and also the prop is spinning in the neutral position (motor seems as if it is in gear and trying to move). Would this be because of the shift rod or the drive shaft not being in the proper position and possibly the impeller is being span the wrong in the impeller housing cup?
- I had that problem once and the tube going to the pee-hole was blocked, the next time higher revs caused enough pressure to unblock it. With the motor NOT running, put it in forward, then neutral, or reverse then neutral. If the prop is locked, it's still in gear. If it was OK before the work, you probably need to re-adjust the linkage. The drive shaft from the motor only turns one way and so does the impeller. The prop shaft has a clutch dog that controls F-N-R through linkage adjustment. Good luck
- Q: My pump is almost 4 years old, work normal till recently I noticed sand mixed water flowing out of the delivery pipe. What should I do to make it normal again?
- Try raising the pump a couple of feet. You may eventually need the well cleaned out.
- Q: My Camry is overheating and I am assuming it is the water pump. I already changed the thermostat and that was no help. When I turn the heater on to cool off the engine, it blows cold air or the temp of the air outside most of the time and seldomly hot air. I bought a water pump, but I am not sure if this is something I can do?
- get it fixed at a mechanic shop and make sure ur getting a deal ; professional work is done by pros and you get what u pay for less time and less worry and less mistakes that can cost money by guessing buying wrong parts and gaskets
- Q: The garage told me my water pump was pumping quot;weaklyand needs to be replaced.
- Yes you can have a weak pump. They wear out after awhile. but before replacing the pump, make sure that you don't have any blockage in you hoses. A partially blocked hose can make it appear like your pump is not working well and cleaning a hose out is a lot cheaper then replacing the pump.
- Q: I have a leak coming from the water pump that flows down on the side of the AC compressor before landing on the ground. I cannot verify exactly where the leak is coming from on the pump, but I am sure it is the pump leaking because it also sounds bad like rattling. My question is do I have to remove any other components, such as the AC compressor to be able to remove the water pump. I would be great full for any suggestions.Regards,Steph
- First you have to mention which E320 you have. It could be either a gasoline or diesel model and the E320 model designation has had the M104 I6, M112 V6, M613 I6 diesel, and M642 V6 diesel under the hood. The water pump is not located in the same place on all engines.
- Q: We've changed the hoses, and thermostat for the radiator. It still leaks coolant but we can't find out where it's leaking from.
- This Site Might Help You. RE: where's the coolant water pump located on a 1999 Honda accord? We've changed the hoses, and thermostat for the radiator. It still leaks coolant but we can't find out where it's leaking from.
- Q: I have a 1997 mazda 626 4cylinder. For a while now, my hot n cold gauge keeps wobbling back and forth. I was keeping water in it and it was fine. A week ago it went all the way to hot and started smoking. There is water gushing out right beside the pulleys. I'm not sure if it is the water pump or not. Now, my car won't crank. Someone told me that it was the rotor button, but i can't tell if it is bad. I don't really want to take it to a mechanic. Can someone help me?????
- your water pump is bad if it leaks or whines. Sounds like yours leaked when you rcar overheated. I'd suggest that the overheating problem may have been caused by something else though, as you said that the water levels were not going down until it overheated. I would suggest you may have had a head gasket problem or thermostat or radiator problem. Now it sounds like you have done a lot of damage by allowing it to get so hot. You may have a ruined engine I'm afraid. It might have seized. Tip;- don't carry on driving when it keeps overheating. It does a lot more expensive damage if you do. Take your car to a professional to get it checked out. Expect the worse. Sorry to sound so gloomy, but I'm just trying to prepare you. I hope for your sake it isn't as bad as I think. Good Luck
- Q: My water pump went out. I had a new water pump put on my accord a year and a month ago. Since then have driven 5-6,000 miles in a small city town. Does this makes sense. Could it be a cheaper water pump was put on my car and it went out. The person who worked on it is a mechanic who does a bunch of cars on the side. Last time he worked on my brakes, I had to bring it back because he put cheap ones on.Can I call this guy back? What could I say?
- Unfortunately most water pumps, even new ones, are warrantied for one year so while you may have to pay for another one I'd be sure whoever I paid for the labor was a different mechanic. Even new pumps can go bad prematurely but a reputable shop would probably make some allowances since its so close to the warranty limits. The other advice given about the coolant is spot on too. It should have been refreshed at the time the pump went in but just because it should have, doesn't mean it was.
