Vertical multistage clean water pump
Application:
Widely used in urban water supply and pressure boosting, industrial cirsulating system and processing system, environmental protection water treatment and infiltration analysis system, liquid conveying, circulation and boosting of hot and cold clean water, soft water.
Stainless Steel type is also used for water with tiny content of alkali, mineral, distilled water, water for swimming pool and solution with chloride, but the allowed temperature of the liquid should be reduced.
Advantages:
1. Water-power model design, high efficiency and save energy.
2. There is vane wheel inside, the pump shell and main fittings takes with stainless steel punch, flow-road is very smooth, axle sleeve is hard metal tool, so that will be super-powerful long lasting using time, to prevent producing second pollution and its axle cover seals with wear-resisting machine, unreveal.
The range of parameter:
Capacity: 2 to 76 m3/h
Head: 15 up to 195 m
Efficiency: 72% up to 92.5%
Rotation Speed: 2900 r/min
Power: 0.37 up to 30 kw.
- Q: I drive a 99vw jetta and the coolant was leaking from it i took it to a repair shop they said the water pump was bad and that the seals on the water pump where bad that was defiantly where the coolant was leaking from. I replaced the water pump and drove my car this weekend no troubles, then this afternoon my coolant light came on and i put coolant in my car and it just started trickling out i called the repair shop they said it may just be a loose hose or clamp, is this true or am i looking at something worse than the water pump that has to be replaced?? or would that issue have already came up when they where looking for where the leak was coming from before it was repaired? please help
- The pump may have indeed been bad. Did the shop put on the new pump or did you do it yourself? If it was done by the shop, take it back and make them fix it correctly. You have already paid them for the work. If you did it yourself, it should be fairly easy to spot where the leak is coming from. It is also rare but possible that the pump you put on was bad out of the box from the parts store. Not likely...but slim possibility. Hopefully it is just a loose clamp or hose.
- Q: my nissan 1993 maxima SEthe AC is not cold at all this year it ran perfect the year beforecan the water pump pressure really affect the AC?how much should a new water pump cost for my car?
- You must know water pump is for cooling your motor ,by moving water around inside , AC has a pump or a compressor , Inside is a gas , under pressure the gas get cold when the cold lines are put in a space with a fan it makes cool air for you inside your car!!! All you may need is some more cooling gas for your AC pump
- Q: My family has a vacation home on the bay side of a small island off the coast of Texas. The house has a water well and uses an electric pump housed in a pump house underneath the structure, which is up on stilts. The house is infrequently used and with the seaside conditions the pump has corroded and will not start automatically. What do I need to do to clean it up so it will function? I do not believe that the motor is damaged.
- the problem with the pump not running will be the motor only.....most likely the motor rotor has rusted to the winding core of the motor ....soak it down with wd40 on the inside ...should be vent holes to spray wd40 in...try to find some way to turn rotor ....on some pumps there is a screwdriver slot on the end of the motor...if it still wont run take it to shop
- Q: When should I replace my water pump ?
- usually when leaking or noisy
- Q: new switch and new tank
- Sounds like a bladder tank issue. The bladder gets potential energy when the pump fills the tank. When you open a faucet for water, the potential energy stored in the bladder will push the water out of the tank without the need of the pump coming on until the tank is almost empty. You should be able to rock the tank when the pump first comes on to see if it is light weight, as it would be when almost empty. If not then there's your problem. When the pump ends its cycle is when the tank will be at its heaviest. Again: The tank should be full when the pump is not running and almost empty just before the pump comes on. The water pressure would behave as you describe if the bladder tank is not functioning properly.
- Q: I have a 2000 A4 1.8 T with 91 k miles on it. I went to the dealer for my oil service. I told them that I hear a quot;clinkingnoise when I start the car and that it goes away after the car runs for 5 minutes. I told them to check this also. They diagnosed and said that the water pump has gone bad and needs to be replaced. Since it was close to 105 K miles, I might as well change the timing belt. Total charges for both is 1250. And they also see that Cam Seals starting to leak oil. Since I was doing the timing belt, I might as well change them too. Additional cost to do them is 950. So the total for all three comes down to 2200. I bought the car at 90 K and checked it at Firestone and they said it was cool. They noticed an oil leak but said it was not anything major that needs to be taken care of right away. Do you think the dealer is taking me for a ride here? I just drove 500 miles and would things go this bad all of a sudden? Or should I make the replacements? Please advise.
- change the water pump and the timing belt. the belts on any car should be changed at 100000 miles. make them show you the water pump and explain what the problem was with it.as far as the cam seals just keep an eye on them and keep the oil checked.a little oil leak is no big deal with that many miles. go to your local parts store and ask them about oil addittives that might help recondition the seals.
- Q: There is a loud squeecking noise coming from the water pump and the serpentime belt isnt loose!I dont know how long it would take a mechanic to do the job?
- Spray some water on the belt while it's schreeching to rule the belt out. They often make noise, even when tight.
- Q: i'm changing the tyming belt the vehicle has done 120,000 km should i replace water pump as well
- Water pumps get changed when they start leaking or the impeller breaks loose. Not normally changed in a preventive maintenance program.
- Q: Sewage treatment plant design how many pumps should be selected, head how to calculate the maximum design flow is 833M3/h
- Maximum design flow of sewage treatment plant is 833m^3/h, water pump can choose 2 or three units, the flow rate is 1000m^3/h. The amount of information in the head according to the problem can not be determined.Sewage treatment plants, water plants and other pumps are the key equipment, usually 1~2 units standby. Therefore, to choose 2 or three units of the same type of pump, each pump flow should be able to meet the use requirements. General pump selection, the pump rated flow should be 1.1 times the design flow of sewage treatment plants, that is, 833x1.1=916 (m^3/h), round 1000 (m^3/h).Pump head should be based on the actual work lift h determined. When calculating the actual lift, we should not only consider the actual geometric elevation difference of the pump installation, but also consider the factors such as pipe water loss and elbow water loss. The rated lift of water pump must have a certain margin, generally choose 1.1h, h for the actual required lift.
- Q: i drove up a hill which was about a mile and when i got up the hill i drove anther half a mile to my location and as soon as i tuned my car off i notice coolant leak for the reservoir tank and being dumb i took the cap off off and i think you know so i drove it home after letting it return to a lower temp and it didn't run hot it just raised 2 line above the middle marker and i ran it today just to idle and refilled the tank and let it run it didn't leak but the Serpentine belt made a noise not loud but noticeable (could this be a bad water pump and i flushed my radiator before they swapped engine out which was not long ago) the current engine is used and run fine with power and pep
- How Bad did you get burned when you pulled the cap off the HOT Radiator?? Sounds like you need to Boil/Flush Out the cooling system again since the Engine Swap, make sure the Coolant you add is 50%-50% Antifreeze Clean Water, Replace the Belt. is your Radiator Cycling Properly? Does the Belt run the Water Pump or is it run by the timing belt? Year Mileage. Thermostat in the Used engine could be sticking half closed?
