1.  Description of solar pumps.

CNBM Solar Water Pump is the pumping facility driven by solar energy, which consists of a solar pumping inverter and a pump. Solar water pumps kit is called  solar pumping system combining with solar arrays designed according to different head and daily water flow for application. System is widely utilized for agriculture irrigation, desert control, pasture animal husbandry, city landscaping, daily water supply, etc.

In recent years, with the development of photovoltaic products from city application to huge demands of agriculture, pasture, desert areas, CNBM Solar Pond Pump has become the leading products combining photovoltaic industry with traditional industry such as agriculture water conservancy, desert control, daily water supply, city landscaping, etc.

CNBM Solar Pump driven by infinite solar energy, works from sunrise, and stops at sunset, need no connection to grid power nor diesel oil and battery. System can irrigate directly or store water instead of electricity in a reservoir. Solartech Solar fountain Pumps works with sprinkling irrigation, drip irrigation and infiltrating irrigation facilities, can be more efficient for water saving and dramatically lower the cost of using fossil energy.

2. Technical Features

Solar Water Pump is a pumping device powered by solar energy, consists of a solar pumping inverter and a deep well pump, mainly used for agriculture irrigation, desert control, pasture animal husbandry, city waterscape, seawater desalination, living water supply and so on. And there are lots of excellent advantages with regard the Solar Water Pumps.

1> Use solar energy, need no connection to grid.

2> Automatically operation, maintenance free.
3> Easy to install and move, high universality.

4> Clean and green, high economic benefits.

CNBM solar pump kit also named solar water pumps, solar pond pump, solar borehole pump, solar funtain pumps, solar powered water pump, solar irrigation pump, solar deep well pump, and solar submersible pump.

 3. Specification details.

1> Flow: Max. 700m³/day. (6 hours total)

2> Head: Max. 290m

3> Power: 0.37Kw~55Kw

4. FAQ

1> May we ask if the bare pump or the whole pump system would be all acceptable for you to make the arrangements?

The bare pump and the who systems would be all acceptable at your side. A controller will be equipped with the pump freely. Regarding the whole system, we can also make the best solar panels configuration according to your requirements.

2> How would we choose the DC or AC Solar Pump?

DC pumps had a better performance in the smaller power, such as if the power is below 3Kw. DC would be better. If the power is more than 3Kw, then AC would be much better. By the way, DC also can't achieve the bigger specification.

3> Can your pump work automatically?

Yes, it would be the basic advantage of solar water pumps.

Q:Does the water pump and the circulating pump belong to the centrifugal pump?
As long as the flow and head to meet what pump can be, the general centrifugal pump applications are more.
Q:I have a leak on the front of the engine by the timing belt housing coming out of a small hole by the alternator. I assume it is a leaking water pump. How do to go about changing the water pump?Short clip of actual leak coming from the hole by the alternator and under the timing belt housing
water pump is timing belt driven, so you have to pull all of the belts off, the timing belt cover and that belt also. if that belt has not been replaced in 80,000 miles. you want to do that. i had a 93 civic and a 90 civic that i did the belt and pump in at 230,000 miles. it takes a little time but it is not that bad. the harmonic balancer has to come off for the timing belt also.
Q:Ok i was wondering which is the from hose off of the motor the bottom or top since i thinl my heater core hose are reversed and i only get nuke warm air and not hot and yes ive got a brand new heater core, new anti freese, new thermostat and gaskets and all hoses are clear and not rust in the system
I think the info you are looking for is which heater hose supplies the heater core and which hose returns the water to the system. The heater core has two connections, the bottom is usually water in, the top water out. Generally the hose from the top of the engine supplies the heater core and the hose going to the water pump is returning back to the system. Having cleared that up, it doesn't really matter, even if the hoses are reversed, coolant will flow through the heater core regardless, unless there is a control built into one of the heater hoses that actually cuts off the flow of coolant to the heater core. Some trucks have them some don't. If yours does, check that it is working properly or remove it altogether. Now let's examine the possible source of your problem. I would look at either the heater control in the cab or the heater box itself. In the early 70's GM started using pneumatics, and vacuum operated components for their environmental controls. Vacuum operated doors opened and closed to allow airflow to different parts of the system, A/C, defroster, vents, heat, etc. A vacuum leak, a kinked hose, a bad control will cause the doors to stay closed, giving the illusion that there is no heat. By the same token, the wrong door stuck open could allow excessive outside air to mix with the heated air effectively cooling it off, but that is not likely. Check the main control in the cab, and the vacuum actuators and hoses. If by some chance yours still has the steel cables, make sure they are well lubricated, connected, and functioning.
Q:I just replaced my submersable well water pump, the wire that connects the pump, the d switch, and the water tank. Everything was installed correctly and with the help of a licensed plumber. While the D switch is closed (providing power to the pump) the pump will run for about 5 seconds then shut off for about one minute. It will continue this process until the system attains proper pressure and the D switch will open, shutting off power to the pump. The pump is brand new. Why, when power is being supplied does the pump cut on and off? We have tested the current at the well head and it shows that 230 is being supplied the whole time that the D switch is closed, which is correct.
Your problem is with pressure. The air tank needs to be 2 -4 lbs below that of the setting of the D switch. I had to change my air-tank a couple of weeks back, and I had the same problem. EDIT: the current drawn should be about 24 Amps and the line voltage is 230v with resitance at 100K ohm. for the coils. Cure: Using a good tire air valve checker, make sure the air tank is about 25- 28 lbs. Turn off all the faucets or the main valve feeding the house or garden lines. Give power to the pump. Turn the D valve nut (the one with the spring) **up** one half turn. Turn on the valve and let the water run and listen for the pump working. It should run for no more than 2 minutes. (there is a thermal cut-off in the pump that saves you blowing the pump up). When the thermal cut-off disconnects the power, don't worry, all is well. It is trial and error with the setting and is a pain in the butt, but you will get the setting right, I assure you. Remember, turn up 1/2 turn at a time... Best of luck. XX
Q:I want to either get a kit to rebuild the water pump or just by the entire assembly, but im not sure which water pump/kit that i will need for a 1997 mercury 25 hp 2 stroke.Serial Number 0G474648,1997 year, model is 25el according to transom plate.Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Well to start of, and two, A 25 hp does not have a water pump, like a car, it has am impeller driven by the out board motors gear system
Q:I'm curious to know, where does the water go after it is sent to a pumping station??
Potable (drinkable) water pumps placed just outside the treatment plant boost pressure in the water mains, where it eventually gets to homes, businesses and hydrants via the pipe network. Most sewers flow by gravity (downhill) to a waste water treatment plant (or septic field). But if an area is too low to be serviced by a gravity sewer, an ejector pump is set at the bottom of a collection well which pumps the wastewater to a higher elevation in a pressure pipe called a force main. A good pump station will kick on about 4 or 5 times an hour and run for several minutes. Eventually it outlets to a manhole in a gravity system and ultimately the treatment plant.
Q:I have a 1998 pontiac grand prix yesterday I started leaking anti-freeze so we ( me, dad, bf) checked and came up w/ h2o pump, all the classic signs. so $51 latter started her up and wouldnt you know the same thing. anyone have any tips????
I would go with what the Dodge guy said, dont just take anybodys word for this. good luck
Q:I have gotten oil in my coolant, and coolant in my oil..It might be the head gasket, no doubt, but many people said (online forums) that my bike, has issues with the seal that is separating oil pump from water pump. They go bad, and when they do, the oil mixes with coolant and vise versa. Now, I am seeking from professional help, on how to take out both of the pumps, without messing up timing, and also without messing up anything else. I have removed the entire exhaust system, dropped the oil pan, and i can see the oil/water pump pretty good. What i do not know is how to remove it properly. Any help is help, I have searched and searched on google and forums on how to perform this task, but couldnt find any specific help on how to remove the pump. Thank you!!!!!

Q:My car is overheating and i don't know why just trying to rule out as many options as possible.Things it is most likely not: blown gasket/cracked head, both replaced 2 years ago and no tell tale signs I will be doing a block test soon, thermostat replaced it and put the old one in hot water and it opened, hoses replaced with new one two years ago, no leaks pressure test a few days ago. Things yet to be ruled out The radiator being clogged or not allowing good airflow, water pump impeller failure.
Not nessesarily. because the pump could still be pumping , but leaking. When the thermostat gives out and the coolant gets low, then the heater will not blow cool air out. Anything that has a leak could be a cause for the coolant being low. Every time you remove the coolant from the system, bleed it by turning the bleed screw that is near the thermostat housing. be sure the car is hot enough before turning the screw slightly. You did not mention the year , model , and engine of the car. so I am assuming only. Radiator flush works well to clean out motors . Buy a can and follow directions. it may also be a coolant temperature sensor. This is a very important sensor because it affects the signals the Computer is getting. It may not run well. Have it scanned for a trouble code free at Autozone ot other store.
