CNBM Solar Water Pump is the pumping facility driven by solar energy, which consists of a solar pumping inverter and a pump. Solar water pumps kit is called solar pumping system combining with solar arrays designed according to different head and daily water flow for application. System is widely utilized for agriculture irrigation, desert control, pasture animal husbandry, city landscaping, daily water supply, etc.
In recent years, with the development of photovoltaic products from city application to huge demands of agriculture, pasture, desert areas, CNBM Solar Pond Pump has become the leading products combining photovoltaic industry with traditional industry such as agriculture water conservancy, desert control, daily water supply, city landscaping, etc.
CNBM Solar Pump driven by infinite solar energy, works from sunrise, and stops at sunset, need no connection to grid power nor diesel oil and battery. System can irrigate directly or store water instead of electricity in a reservoir. Solartech Solar fountain Pumps works with sprinkling irrigation, drip irrigation and infiltrating irrigation facilities, can be more efficient for water saving and dramatically lower the cost of using fossil energy.
2. Technical Features

4. FAQ
1> May we ask if the bare pump or the whole pump system would be all acceptable for you to make the arrangements?
The bare pump and the who systems would be all acceptable at your side. A controller will be equipped with the pump freely. Regarding the whole system, we can also make the best solar panels configuration according to your requirements.
2> How would we choose the DC or AC Solar Pump?
DC pumps had a better performance in the smaller power, such as if the power is below 3Kw. DC would be better. If the power is more than 3Kw, then AC would be much better. By the way, DC also can't achieve the bigger specification.
3> Can your pump work automatically?
Yes, it would be the basic advantage of solar water pumps.
- Q:Today I see the saying that if your pipe diameter has been selected, then the pipe diameter on the pipe diameter should be smaller. I don't know why
- In order to reduce the water outlet resistance of pump outlet. The statement should be: if your pump has been selected, then the outer outlet pipe caliber than the water pump outlet diameter one.
- Q:I just put a thermostat in my 92 chevy but the gauge still shows close to hot but go down to normal pretty fast and occasionally i her a loud sound coming from the area where the belt is but i can't pinpoint it. I replaced the pump about three years ago, could that be it again so soon?
- Agree with motorhead. You (question asker) replaced the pump, did you see anything that could break? Only issue with GM water pumps is normally if the cooling system is abused and fluid never changed, which can lead to the impellers rotting away. If the water pump fails fails (not just a leaking seal, the normal failure mode) the engine will overheat. The waterpump is the only thing that moves coolant, if the coolant can't move, the engine will fail from overheating. Take the belt off and see what happens for yourself. Did you purge the cooling system if needed? Did you use a genuine AC Delco thermostat instead of whatever the parts store handed you (probably Stant)?
- Q:I just replaced my submersable well water pump, the wire that connects the pump, the d switch, and the water tank. Everything was installed correctly and with the help of a licensed plumber. While the D switch is closed (providing power to the pump) the pump will run for about 5 seconds then shut off for about one minute. It will continue this process until the system attains proper pressure and the D switch will open, shutting off power to the pump. The pump is brand new. Why, when power is being supplied does the pump cut on and off? We have tested the current at the well head and it shows that 230 is being supplied the whole time that the D switch is closed, which is correct.
- Your problem is with pressure. The air tank needs to be 2 -4 lbs below that of the setting of the D switch. I had to change my air-tank a couple of weeks back, and I had the same problem. EDIT: the current drawn should be about 24 Amps and the line voltage is 230v with resitance at 100K ohm. for the coils. Cure: Using a good tire air valve checker, make sure the air tank is about 25- 28 lbs. Turn off all the faucets or the main valve feeding the house or garden lines. Give power to the pump. Turn the D valve nut (the one with the spring) **up** one half turn. Turn on the valve and let the water run and listen for the pump working. It should run for no more than 2 minutes. (there is a thermal cut-off in the pump that saves you blowing the pump up). When the thermal cut-off disconnects the power, don't worry, all is well. It is trial and error with the setting and is a pain in the butt, but you will get the setting right, I assure you. Remember, turn up 1/2 turn at a time... Best of luck. XX
- Q:So I have a 2.4L chrysler cirrus. The water pump appears to be not working(pumping the fluid through) and the car over heats. They location is on the side since its a front wheel drive car. I have both a Chilton and Haynes manual and they both say i need to loosen the front engine mount and lower it. Thats about it really..Now i was wonder couldnt that mess up something. I dont plan on doing this myself but i would like to know how. Is it possible for the engine to fall out? Might sound stupid but im not sure how all that will work so i would like to know. Thanks -Joe
- Engine mounts generally keep the motor secured to the frame. It sounds like your water pump may have a mounting bracket bolted to the engine mount. Obviously you should not move a vehicle after you loosen the motor mounts. And for saftey reasons it's always a good idea to rig a chain pulley to hold the motor while removing the mounting bolts brackets. Hope this answered you question.
- Q:Water pump is STILL constantly running! Since this past thursday, we did:new check valvenew pressure controlnew foot valve (well)well is not dryprime, air pressure are finewe have above ground pump in the basement. we called a plumber and he could do nothing! we have water and pump/tank and everything seem working fine. But the pump is on and off every 30 seconds - 1 minute. It is so annoying and out of ideas what could be wrong. My husband think it could be the tank and suggested that we replace it. But the plumber didn't say anything about the tank. And it is not too old.Do you think it is the tank and we need to replace it? If so, we will do it on this Sunday morning even though it might cost extra charge! please help!!!
- ITS A WATER LOGGED TANK, DONT REPLACE IT JUST DRAIN IT drain the tank, you need the air pocket in the tank. drain the pressure tank completely, let it fill it again, and have an air pocket in it. if it has a rubber bladder in it , the bladder could be leaking and all the air has been replaced with water, drain the tank and see if it feels empty after it is drained, if not the rubber bladder is full of water, new tank is needed. with no air pocket the pump is going to keep cycling on and off. the pressure switch comes on at 20 lbs, shuts off at 40 lbs. the only way it gets the 20 lbs difference is with the air pocket expanding. if all is well, lets say it takes 2 minutes for the pressure to drop from 40 to 20 with a faucet wide open. with no air pocket it will drop from 40 to 20 in a half a second, pump kicks on to pressureize it and its back to 40 in a half a second. pump is on and off, on and off over and over over. with an air pocket it will take the pump several minutes to bring it back up to 40 from 20.
- Q:It stops and every few minutes and when it stops, it sounds like water is running.
- Ok lets go down the check list. 1) Is your cut off switch working good? Turning on and off at proper set pressure. (I don't know what you may have yours adjusted to. Mine is on at 70 off at 95.) 2) Is your expansion tank (or pressure tank) water logged? Knock on it. Does it sound full or partially full. Full is bad. You will need to shut off the water pump, close off any outgoing ports to the rest of the house, open the drain valve nearest that tank, and press your finger into the shraider valve at the top (the thing that looks like a tire stem valve). Drain the tank only. Then turn the water back on. 3) Do you have water softeners hooked up? Listen closely to the discharge tube. (this may be where it is coming from). IF you hear a leaking it is because the valve spring inside and washers need to be replaced. 4) do you have any other whole house filters? If so check the discharge tubes of them. 5) Do you have a reverse osmosis filter? IF so this is supposed to drain and you will hear it constantly. 6) Look for any water puddles 7) IF all these fail, then replace your water pump.
- Q:This only happens while I am running water. I can hear the pressure switch clicking on and off the whole time I am doing dishes, laundry, ... Since it is only when the water is running I believe that means it is not a leak. I changed the check valve and that did not fix the problem. I checked the pressure in the tank and it seemed to be around the 20/40 mark. Any other ideas anyone? Thanks.
- It sounds like the bladder in your pressure tank has ruptured.
- Q:Why does the water pump in the tank pull out the power supply and then plug it in?
- After the water pump of the fish tank pulls out the power supply, it is plugged in again. The possible reasons for the non pumping of water are as follows:1, power failure, please check the power supply contact is normal.2, continuous cycle interrupt, this is the pump design reasons, and more appear in the waterfall filter, once the electricity can not automatically restart, need to pump the water in the artificial vessel.3, air embolism, this is the pump design reasons, and more appear in the waterfall bucket filter, once the electricity can not automatically restart, the need for manual pressing to exhaust.4, the water pump is stuck with debris, in the continuous flow of water, debris to the same direction, once the pump stop, debris position change may be stuck water pump, remove, wash it.5, severe wear, which requires a new pump.
- Q:I have 1 92 cadillac sedan deville and I am takin a 12 hour road trip tomorrow and I want to know if my water pump is goin bad or is it the fuel pump? Please help driving by myself and don't wanna get stranded anywhere. thank you in advance
- CAR SHOULD GET HOT FAST,ANTI FREEZE ON FLOOR,BUT NO MATTER WHAT IF IT DONT FEEL RIGHT GO TO YOUR MECHANIC BEFORE ANY LONG DRIVE..MY CAR RUNS PERFECT,STILL BEFORE ANY LONG TRIP I ALWAYS GET MY MECH TO GIVE HER THE ONCE OVER...EVEN IF ITS JUST FOR PEACE OF MIND...
- Q:When we turn our water on in the house it will run for a while and then shut off.. It has been coming back on after 5 0r 6 mins.it used to do this about once a week but now it does it every day we don't mess with any breakers because they don't get triped . We are on well and this well is about 7 yrs old anyone have an idea what could be the problem .. If any more info is needed I can reply..
- Would say the pressure switch is bad. You might try TURNING OFF THE POWER to the well. Use a voltage tester to make sure it is off. Use a finger nail file to file the contacts of the switch, make sure they are clean and smooth when you are through. Turn power on and watch operation of the switch, If you have a pressure gage at the switch the switch should make at about 30 psi and open at about 50 psi. If you have to replace switch be sure and add a pressure gage as it is very helpful in setting switch and troubleshooting system..
