I have this major thing for making accessories right nowI've made a few bags, and bracelets, a pendant for a necklace, etcMy favorite thing to use is aluminum foilSo, what are some more things I can make? I don't have a lot of equipment, mostly just aluminum foil, and cereal boxesBolts, plastic bags, etcSo, ideas? 10 points for best answer!
Too little info here: Type of furnace? Furnace blower capacity? Size of ducts? What feeds the upper floor? Static pressure of return and supply ducts? Second floor insulation and windows? These are just a few of the facts that need to be known to make an educated guess.
I got a fried haddock sandwich at a restaurant earlier today, I didn't end up eating it, so I brought it home and put it in the fridgeI wanna warm it up now, but my microwave isn't working, and my oven is the only way I can warm it upCan someone tell me the best way I can do it? Should I wrap it in aluminum foil? what temp, and how long? Please someone answer- I'm starving now-lol
I guess this answer's coming a bit late, but here goesDon't wrap in foilPreheat oven to 350 degrees FIf the fillet is greater than an inch thick it will probably take at least 15 minutes on a cookie sheet after the oven is preheatedOtherwise, it should take 10 - 15 minutesIf you have a probe thermometer (digital is best - you can find them for about $12), then the internal temperature of the fish you are shooting for is 165 degrees FWhen reheating food, any hot food, the FDA suggests 165 degrees is safest.
when looking at an engine what are the main features that are visible which classify it as a diesel engine.thanks
Your above two answers are correctDiesels have a distinct rattle sound as they idle but you can barely hear it at higher engine RPM'sThey use diesel fuel instead of gasolineYou will also see a large fuel injector pump on the side of the engine with individual fuel lines running to each fuel injector nozzle on the cylinder head instead of spark plugsMost diesels have inner - coolers and turbochargers to boost fuel economy and horsepowerIf it has a turbocharger you will see a large round aluminum housing bolted to the exhaust manifoldThe inner-cooler lowers the temperature of the compressed air before it enters the combustion chambersThe rattle or knocking noise is the fuel pump spraying the fuel through the fuel injector nozzles into the power chambers and being compressed and ignited.
Consult the periodic table (from slides, or internet, or an old chemistry textbook) and:A-Indicate the number of protons, electrons, and neutrons in atoms of these elements:B- Draw the electron shell models of each of these elements.ElementsProtons Electrons NeutronsLithium_ _Aluminum_ _Magnesium_ _Iron_ _Potassium_ _
I agree ^^^ Just confront to them or someone about it, they have no right to be doing thatThey really shouldn't be mean to your dog, it's rude.
my atom is aluminum its symbol is ALand its atomic number is 13its atomic mass is 26.981and it has 13 protons 14 neutrons and 13 electronsi dont know if this element is reactive or not so is it and why?and also if it has 13 protons and 13 electrons with 14 neutrons and we have to make a proect on the atoms do i have to use 13 balls for protons and 13 more for electrons and 14 more for neutrons? or is it like 6 protons and 7 electrons?my science teachers a butt and told me to figure it out myself
the element aluminum isn't very reactive because metals get less reactive as they go across (left-right) a group and up a periodyou'd use 13 balls for protons, 13 for electrons and 14 for neutrons because number of electronsnumber of protonsatomic number, and neutronsmass number-number of protons.
We made a thermos for school and we need to write a paper on it and the teacher wants to know what prevents whatI Used:Packing PeanutsAluminum foilPlastic ice cream pailA jar What it can prevent:RadiationConductionConvectionPlease Help! Thanks
aluminum foil, shiny, reflects radiation packing peanuts, and air space prevent conduction a top prevents convection currents
Can I put aluminum foil in the oven for as long as I want?
I just saw this fabric at a joanns in Walker, Michigan-on Alpine street.
I would like it to go about 300 feet and I will be using C engineI want to make it all, could I make it out of cut up soda cans, then roll up the aluminum tighter for the body?
metals like brass are not compounds but simple mixtures and lack a specific crystal structureThe expansion of Al or Cu would depend upon the particular form (or cyrstalline shape) of the materialThis is determined by the temperature and pressure of the metal when it solidifiedThere are phase diagrams or pressure temperture graphs that show this data that you can find in materials science3 booksBrass, however, is a misture of tih and copper so it is most likely to expand the most and to have the lowest melting point because there are no chemical bonds betweem the Sn and Cu.
