- Q: Do you know of any device or method to keep a button pressed? I'm talking about real life - physical - buttons of electronic appliances, not buttons of software applications (since these are the only results I find in Google).
- Lynn, great question. I have always had a hard time with buttons too. I went to a support group and physical therapy for this so I am kinda the expert. Glad you posted this question. My retarded son uses a lead weight to hold down buttons since he lacks the motor skills to hold it down himself. Even a small lead weight should hold down the toughest of buttons. I know a guy who uses a small marble and some tape to hold a button down because he is so lazy that he doesn't want to hold it down himself. I myself work at a prison. I am the guy who buzzes people in and out of a secure gate. I fashioned a device using rubber bands and a ball point pen to hold the unlock button down when I take my cat-naps. So if you can't hold down a button because you are retarded, lazy or just an *** (like me) one of these methods should work.

- Well you need to build two things 4 bench press. Pecs and Triceps. Do push ups with hands in close 4 pecs and do hands wide 4 triceps. also do bench press on the floor with dumbells maybe 6.5kg

- Nothing to worry about if you are not feeling any joint pains by what you are doing. If you are feeling any kind of pains during or after the workout on your joints, then your form should be changed. Shoulder press primary targets your deltoids, or shoulders, not your back.
- Q: How come you are not suppose to come in contact with people you're pressing charges against. I mean what happens if you do?
- Because you aren't pressing charges the state is they don't want you tainting the case through further contact with the accused. If you lodge a complaint against someone in most cases the state doesn't give you the option to later rescind your complaint if the state finds enough evidence during their investigation they can compel you to go through with the case. I mean what happens if you do? You might end up in jail on a contempt charge, even if you don't it certainly won't help your case especially if the accused says you tried to blackmail them or cut some sort of deal.

- No, not really the same. I guess you should be able to bench around 120 lbs, tbh. It matters if you lift or are active.. I'm guessing the average person is 120 in your weight and age.. Height kind of matters. Average out of all 15 year olds is probably 100. Doing 20 reps is dumb... If you're looking to gain strength you should be doing 5... Nothing more than 10... Some races are genetically stronger, weaker... Erm, it's not average at all to bench your own bodyweight T_T

- Yes bench press will work your triceps although more emphasis is on the chest. Wide grip pushups will work your back good but for chest, close grip is best.

- Jose, The professional sports photographers you see at the major games are all there with a magazine or publication of some type. Obtaining press passes as an individual is close to impossible. However, you would contact the publicity company of whoever the home team is. They are who have the final say (not the vendor) of whether or not you can get a press pass. Veteran photographers have seasonal press passes for certain teams which also works out quite nicely. If you want to jump into pro, I'd say start off at your local newspaper. Photographing high school sports, local sporting teams, etc. Then, after you've built a portfolio, start looking to actual publications. Even if they say they'll do you freelance, they can still provide you with press passes.

- Permanent press is a medium setting. You can use it any time you would use medium heat. I keep my dryer on the 'permanent press' setting, and only use 'high' for things like dog blankets that I don't care about.

- Yeah that is a well determine to do but in addition check out do this for incline and decline as good. Don't simply awareness on bench press. Do a large sort of chest sports adding utilising dumbbells and that'll support you expand the quantity of weight you'll be able to do for bench press.
