Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

- Nothing will happen after 5 years.... there is no legal way courts could prosecute somebody for sexual assault... I think the Cut off time to press charges is 3 Years.

- Q:I wanna know from the people who know about lifting what reverse grip targets more off. People have told me triceps but I know that is if you have a close grip of about 12 inches. But what about wide grip reverse bench press. Does it target more triceps or chest? Also what are the pros and cons between the two grips? Thank u so much for ur time.
- A wide, reverse grip will work more of the lower pec region, along with the triceps, simply because of the bar placement. You need to move the bar further down your torso to get the full range of motion, so the lower pec comes into play. If your having trouble with lower developement, then I would suggest decline bench press for this, mostly for safety reasons, as the reverse grip is essentialy a suicide grip, and extreamly unsafe!
- Q:Hello, I do not like to do bench pressing, because it fell on me once and i never want to do it again, is there any other exercise that will train that muscle that bench pressing trains?
- Bench pressing helps with your arm strength and pecs. If you don't like bench pressing, do push ups, excellent exercise for them. You can limit your bench pressing to once a week if you want to maintain or improve your strength.
- Q:I want to make 10 inch flour tortillas. The only presses I can find are for 6 inch. I would rather not have an electric model that cooks the tortillas. Just a press. I have seen them used on TV, but I can't find them to purchase anywhere.

- Frosting press? Cookie press? For meringue? No. Not necessary. Take really big glops of meringue out of the bowl with a spatula, and set it on your pie in 3 or four sections, and carefully redistribute the meringue until smooth. Take a tablespoon and make the peaks with the back of it, or swirl with your spatula. Meringue is very delicate, being mostly air if you press it out, you will lose the air.
- Q:want to get a progressive press, on a right budget and need to get it right the first time. what do you guys use and what would you recommend for me? my budget is $300, and need to be able ot load a wide variety of calibers- from pistol to magnum rifle, such as 9mm, 38 special, 45, 40, 10mm, 500 SW Magnum, 357/38, 44mag/44, 30-40, 45-70, .223, 308, 7.62x54r, 32 acp, 7.62x38r, 30 carbine, 5.7x28, and so on. I've looked at the lee pro 1000 and lee load master, they look good and price is great but not able to (and cheaply) able ot load a wide variety of calibers, which is a big problem. i want ot know whats a good progressive press that can also load just as many calibers as my single stage press can?
- I have a Hornady progressive that will load anything but shotgun shells.

- If a 18 year old hits a 17 year old they can be charged with a felony for hitting a child. If a 17 year old hits a 18 year old they will be charged as a adult because criminal law makes 17 year olds charged as adult. Many laws are unfair. All you can do is fill out police reports. Then the DA will look at them and decide if they are going to press charges and on who. Who swung first typically does not matter. Often they just put disorderly on everyone. If battery is the charge they normally reduce it to disorderly if you take a plea deal.
- Q:I can curl 85lbs on a preacher table, squat 250, 75lbs skull crushers, leg press lbs, but for the life of me I can't bench 160+lbs I don't know why? I'm 26yrs old, 215lbs. I take pre-workout energy drinks, whey protein 2-3 times a day, and nitric oxide pills. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week up to 3 hours. All forms of bench pressing incline, flat, decline. - Impressive numbers on the other exercises, congratulations. 3 hours seems a might long to be in the gym, but if it's working great. Now, don't get me wrong on this, but when you hit the plateau on the bench press, did you ever consider dropping back the weight. Say you have tried 160 3 or 4 times, and went to 170, but hit a wall. Well, next time time try 150lbs in a few workouts, with more reps than you did with 160, and than go back to 155, 2 workouts, 160, 2 workouts, and 165, 2 workouts. We all hit a wall at one time or another, and the hardest thing for us to do, is drop back weight. One other side note, throw in a few extra dumbbell presses. This may have sounded corny to drop weight, but it does work. Good Luck
