Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is priority. Factory director always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has gained ZDHY, ISO9001 authentication.
- Q: my shirts say tumble dry low but my dryer only has tumble press. is it the same?
- No, actually it isn't the same. Regular Perm Press it hotter that Perm Press low. I also have the same issue. What I do is, put them on for about 5-10 min on Perm press, then 15-20 min on air. The heat from the regular Perm press stays in the dryer but doesn't keep getting hotter, and the then the air cools it off. Sometimes I go back and forth between the two until it is dried.
- Q: I have been bench pressing for 2 years now and I have never been injured. Towards the end of the school year I started feeling this sharp pain in my front deltoid and my shoulder. When I was lifting it hurt when I pushed the weight up. The pain isnt so much shoulder or chest its both, where the armpit lining is. The pain is a sharp pain sort of feels like the muscle inside is sore. I the pain wasnt going away so I iced it for like 2 days and I tried lifting again. I still felt the pain. So i took some time off and did not touch any weights for a whole month. Today i got back and tried lifting and I still felt the pain. There is no pain when im doing close grip bench, the pain comes when my grip gets a little wide. ANY ONE HAVE ANY AVICE or TREATMENT.
- Sounds like a rotator cuff injury. Don't bench press..... or shoulder press.. or do delt lateral raises. If you have torn a tendon the pain will be severe... so it is likely that you have a tendonitis. For recovery you should see an expert for diagnosis. Usually recovery involves strengthening exercises around the rotator cuff using simple movements on the cable machine.. light dumbells etc... Look around your gym and you will see a guy or two that use light dumbells in sideways movements... overhead arnold presses etc... these guys are probably nursing a shoulder injury... but fact is, all those little movements help build strength in and aroudn the shoulder joints and this adds considerably to your strength, long term so really everyone should do them... but they dont... most guys at the gym are show ponies looking in the mirror at their pecs and trying to bench 100kg.
- Q: would doing assisted bench presses (with a machine) gain me as much mass to the chest as doing regular bench pressing? Is there a difference in the amount of mass you would gain or is it basically the same?
- the asisted bench press just keeps your arms straight and guides you so you dont go down and cant get back up but you do need to increase the weight cause the bar isnt standarded olympic bar weight. my trainer allows told me the machines are for getting ripped and free weights are for getting big but logically as long as you putting up the same weight the same amount of mass is built but i prefer free weight benching
- Q: I weigh about 225 and I Bench Press 250 which I know is over my weight and is supposed to be good but is that really good for a 17 year old?
- I was on the power lifting team in high school and was in the 101 weight class and benched 145. So I think that you are doing good. My advice to you would be to do more strength training with lighter weight that way you can lift the heavier weights with ease. try to do anywhere from 55-65% of your 1 rep max, 3-4 sets fo 12-15 reps. this should help you on your ballistic power as well as overall strength. Lifting lighter weights is not just for toning but is also for building strength. Lifting heavier, as you already know is more for building mass.also make sure not to drop below 90- degrees when performing any kind of press or fly moves. The reason being is that you have a small muscles called the superspinatus muscle that is the size of your pinky. when you drop below 90-degrees you put and undo amount of stress on that small muscle to try to lift 250, all you are doing is stressing it and once yo stress it enough you will eventually snap it and you will not be able to do bench press for a while. This is the leading cause of most shoulder injuries because people are not aware of what they are asking that muscle to do. you can strengthen this area by doing rotary cuff exercises with no more than 5 lb. weights.
- Q: what do people think of loreal true blend pressed powder?
- are u talking about Covergirl's TRUblend pressed powder or Loreal's true match pressed powder? I havent tried the trublend powder but i have tried the true match and i love it! i use it to set my foundation and it makes it look flawless. Ofcourse you have to apply the right amount using a brush not the sponge cause the results may be cakey.
- Q: I have noticed that when I bench press I am able to lift more weight when I tilt the bar lopsided and then lift. It is hard to explain but I lift my left side first and then my right and it seems to increase the weight I can do. Is this going to effect me at all?
- Thsi happen to me as well in my youth but I learn to adapt to this problem.I am left handed so that is a question,but my left arm seems to be lifting the weight faster causing my right arm to tilt.My trainer thought of the matter is that my left arm is stronger but how can this be since Im right handed.But this is no longer a problem,I learn to balance my weight and strength,good luck.

- Q: What muscles are actually helping me bench press? triceps? biceps? and what else... How can it be the chest.... if it does not move at all or anything... Today there was some really skinny guy in the gym , and he was benching more than i could... So i thats why i am asking this... He did not had more muscles than me at all.... thanks
- primarily chest and triceps. if that skinny guy could bench more than you..then he either has a toned/ripped chest or he could be cheating by using his back.
