- Make sure that you use a base paint. If this pressed wood is near any water or might get wet, try and find a oil base enamel base paint and this should do it
- Q: I have a 2000 Mazda Miata and up until recently it has functioned perfectly. Recently it started to make a squealing sound when the clutch was pressed. I noticed the sound would go away as soon as the car warmed up. Now however the problem has leveled. The car now stalls every time i press the clutch. - Chris is dumb for giving that answer dumbbell press requires each arm to hold the weight balancing each side of the body and also providing a better range of motion. With the bench press your stronger side will help your weaker side and also your shoulders are involved more which is bad since they both work your chest that's why you can't lift as much with the dumbbell press as you can with the bench
- Q: Stop you from growing? Like your height. Because i've been bench pressing since i was 14 and im 17 now and i've been the same height ever since. Could this be why im not growing anymore? I stopped doing squats this year i did them since my freshman year in highschool (i was in football). Maybe that could be why too?

- start out little and do alot of it. start out with 25 on each side and do like 10 and rest then 10 again..keep doing that until u get stronger and slowly add more wieghts.
