- Your okorder . Also, if your PS3 is turned on turn it off. A last option would be to try another power off/on as follows: Remove the AC power cable from the back of your television for at least 30 seconds. Reinsert the power cable and power on the television. Also, if you get your television programming from a cable/satellite box make sure it is turned on before you start changing inputs on your TV. - Q:I'm 17 and I'm a beginner to weightlifting. I have a weight bench and barbell in my room and the max I can lift on it is 20kg. I was reading online and everywhere I looked everyone is putting the flat bench press down. They say to do a workout of incline and decline and that the flat is bad. Is that just because they have been training for years and it doesn't work for them anymore ? Is it ok for me ? Thanks in advance :)

- Q:Ok I was at a party last night and two psychos crashed in punching my friends and then chasing me into the living room. - You could definitely press charges because he assaulted you. If you are scared to do that, then get an emergency protection order (EPO) or restraining order so he can't come around you. That way you don't have to get a warrant on him and have him put in jail if you really don't want to take it that far. I would get and EPO for your own safety.

- i don't think so because to build muscle mass you need to do a weight that you can do only 4-5 reps of. I am 17, 9stone and bench press 100kg to build muscle and 70kg to build endurance. Try to chose a weight that you can only do a few reps in strict form. Do about 3-4 sets of these. To build chest muscle you can also try pec fly.
- Q:Whats the best pressed or loose powder to cover up acne scars and for oily skin? I use Revlon colorstay foundation i just need a good drugstore powder!
- Well, most setting powders are not the most pigmented, so don't expect the powder alone to cover your acne scarring. Try a concealer for that. Revlon colorstay is already a pretty heavy duty foundation with great coverage and tough as nails staying powder. It's one of the few foundations who can be worn without setting powder. But if you insist, Maybelline Dream Matte powder is a very well known pressed powder. It offers a decent coverage (light-med) without looking overly cakey. The packaging is really nice as well. Of you have lighter skin, try Rimmel Stay Matte. It has a light coverage, but is great at keeping your makeup in place for the whole day! My personal favorite is Coty Airspun Tranclucent Setting Powder. It's a loose powder that has a matte finish at first, but then transforms into a healthy, glowy look (not oily though!). It looks amazing over revlon colorstay. Downside is, it's translucent, but you can work around that with concealer. Anyways, good luck on your search! - Q:i'd like to heat press som letters onto the back of my under armour. is this possible? if yea, are there any special precations to take take? will any store that heatpresses letters do it? thanks for the help
- Under Armour, Dri-Fit and other performance fabrics can be heat pressed, but they are not the same as a nylon or polyester jersey, and that is important to know when you put lettering on. Because Under Armour is made to stretch, you want lettering that can stretch with your shirt without peeling off, cracking or wrinkling. If you take your shirt to a shop for heat pressing, you'll want them to promise you that the material they're using is made for performance fabrics. Ask them if they have a sample you can touch and stretch for yourself. One heat-press material made for performance fabric is STAHLS' SuperFILM. Right now, it comes on a roll, not pre-cut lettering. But, if the shop has a vinyl cutter, they should be able to cut SuperFILM and do your name or design easily. Good luck!
- Q:i am 17, 5ft8 and weights around 180, and i can bench 3~5 sets of 185 pounds for 5~8 reps. and my max is 225 pounds for 1~2 reps,, is there any way to increase my bench press? i have been bench pressed for long time. and i do rest my muscles and i also eat lots of proteins and work my whole muscle groups. is it possible for me to reach my max to 315~350 pounds?

- Q:I am making a chess board out of veneer, it needs pressing but I don't own one.... Does anyone have a plan to make a cheap one?
- The pressing thing may be a bit unnecessary - they were for the days of rabbit skin glues and board that might cockle. The proper thing tends to be cast iron affairs and dificult to make up someting unless you pile lots of heavy weights on a stout board. If you use a modern contact-type glue (ie not water based) and roller them down (something like one of those hard seam rollers) onto say MDF as a core you might get away without
- Q:Hi,Last year I got a garlic press from William Sonoma. I hate it! It is so hard to clean and just smushes the garlic. I want to know, what is a really good garlic press that will give me nice pieces of garlic and will clean very easily?Do you have a website? Do you have a link?Alot of the ones they have out now don't clean up well, ie you can never get the garlic out of the press. They also have really small holes so they just smush the garlic.So if you know of one, please let me know.Thank you for your help :)
- I like no garlic press the best. I have a santoku knife and I just peel my garlic then turn the knife on it's side and press the garlic flat. Then I cut garlic as I like it.
